Anything chronic is bad, period.And chronic anxiety will bring in a lot of complications, both physical and psychological, because of the stress factor. In fact, any prolonged stress will cause a lot of damage to your system, including​ psychosomatic ones.

Get some relax during the work and walk for 15 min. In between the work. Intake healthy diet and green leafy vegetables. Drink 1 glass of milk every day with half table spoon of turmeric. Do cervical exercises for that. And not use pillow at night.

Sir mujhe 2 din se fever tha maine medicine le li hai. Abh fever nhi hai. Gala kharab tha. Thora uskhi bhi medicine chal rhi hai. In morning, take a glass of milk added with 1 teaspoons of bornvita or maltova powder with breakfast. In lunch time, take a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. If you are fond of eating crunchy snacks like peanuts, almonds, cashews, walnuts, raisins and figs, they will definitely help you gain weight. They are full of fats, fibers, vitamins and minerals, and also contain essential oils which enable a thin person to put on some kilos.  Chomp on a handful of nuts every day to increase your body weight.  Add 3 almonds, 2 dates and 1 dried fig to a glass of milk and boil it. Drink this for a month to witness a significant amount of weight gain.  Alternatively, soak 6 dried figs and about 30 grams of raisins in water overnight. Eat them in two parts.

Yes, jogging everyday will help even if you lift weight 3 times a week. Jogging alone can help if you take sufficient protein. It will be better if you inclue weight lifting 3 times a week, with jogging for 20-30 minutes, to get better results.

You are interacting too much about office work. You are neglecting your personal care. Everyone has personal office. Doctor has so many patients regularly. But always he takes very much care in all aspects. He does not confused. Doing work very systematically. He never takes his work into home. He relaxed when the work is over. He does not think about his patient's condition in home. Every day comes serious problems do or die situations. But he never take the situation in to home. Or never applied his personal status. It is professional life. So professional life is different from personal life. You are equating both professional and professional life status. Then it iscause of no sleep. It may affect on body also. So take rest when work is over. Relax very well in the middle of the work. Do not be tensed. Feel always comfortable. Be share your all feelings with your friends and family members. Be happy all the time. Do some good exercises. Practice yoga and meditation also. Ok all the best.

Dear, you will definitely get more stamina by following these very useful tips. * you should take proper balanced diet first. That means you have to take vegetables, milk, chapattis or rice, butter / cream, cereals (daals) or cheese every day. * very important thing, do not miss or skip your meals at any cost and take meals on time * drink atleast 2 litres of water daily. * proper 6-8 hours sleep is very important. If your sleep is less than 6 hours, then you feel tired very early. So complete your sleep. * do breathing execises daily in morning & evening. Just sit down in peaceful place, close your eyes, take deep and long breaths in and out. Do it atleast for 10-15 minutes daily. *take a walk, in first walk normally for 10-15 minutes for 15 days. Then slowly walk fast and slowly start running. You can do it on treadmill also. * you can do surya namaskar yogasan daily to improve your stamina under the guidance of yoga expert.

Quadriceps strengthening exercises- Quad Clenches: Lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, Hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short Arcs: Lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight Leg Raise: Lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.

Take control of your diet. Take more and more cereals and cereal products with ghee or butter. Take high protein diet also like pulses and pulse products, creamed milk and milk products, dry-fruits, egg, fish, chicken or mutton. And high fat diet and also use some salads and do exercises daily as they help in better absorption and assimilation of food.

Hi, If you’re aiming to gain some strength and build muscle, you must follow the points mentioned below: 1.Start exercising. If you’re a beginner, focus on bodyweight exercises like push up, pull up and squat. The basic push up and chin up are invaluable exercises you can do with very little equipment. Increase their difficulty by adding reps or affixing weights to your legs. 2.Consume a balanced diet. It's important to eat big meals to fuel muscle growth while you're training. You’ll need to eat healthy, whole foods that will nourish and restore your muscles. Consume all types of fruits, vegetables, grains, oils and dairy products. 3.Take adequate rest. Many people take this step lightly, but it's absolutely essential when it comes to gain strength. That means you won't be able to work out as hard or lift as much as you otherwise would, not to mention you'll be more prone to injury if you're feeling sleepy. Get at least 7-8 hours of sleep per night, possibly more depending on your individual needs, during heavy workout periods. 4.Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Chicken breast, egg whites, fish, pulses provide you all the protein you need without containing any unnecessary fat. 5.Focus on compound movements. Compound movements are those which engages more than one muscle group. Exercises like bench press, squat, dead lift are great examples of compound exercises to gain strength quickly. 6.Lift heavy. If your main aim is to gain strength, you’ll need to lift heavy weights in the gym and thus, lower the repetitions of your sets. Moderate-rep sets are important when training for muscle size. However, to build strength, you're going to have to train with heavier weights, meaning you'll do fewer reps. 7.Limit cardio to once or twice per week. Cardio exercises like running, swimming, and biking are great ways to keep your endurance good and your circulation healthy. However, they aren't the best exercises you can do if your goal is to gain strength. Weight training requires loads of energy, and if yours has already been used up by a long run or bike ride, you won't have enough left over to give weight training your best shot. Limit cardio to once or twice per week so your energy reserves are ready to expend on building strength. Best of luck!

Hye, Thanks for the query. Firstly understand that weight gain is very dependent on genetics and metabolism along with your daily diet and exercise routine. It is important to know that just eating just two heavy meals a day will not help. Weight gain is all about taking more calories than you burn. Eating the right foods at the right time is very important. There is no one food that helps weight gain. Eat meals at frequent intervals. You need to eat at least 6 main and mid meals a day. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits, dry fruits, starchy vegetables, rice, bread, whole grain cereals, smoothies, masala milk, ghee, cream in your meals. Just eating sugary, sweet foods is not good. Try to have healthy deserts like kheer, chikki or lassi. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. It helps development of muscle mass and improves appetite. Even if you were to take just medicines or supplements they will not work in isolation. You need to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal and good exercise routine, it's crucial.

Include food rich in good calories. Salty peanut butter on bread. It gives you approximately 192 calories plus it is extra high in protein. One serving of cheddar cheese packs a good 69 calories. Cheese is concentrated milk, so it is high in protein and calcium, fat, cholesterol and cheese calories. One banana contains approximately 100 calories. Not only are bananas rich in carbs and nutritious, they're also great.

You are right, mustard oil heating point is higher than other oils like soy oil. One should use little amount of mustard oil to saute the vegetables & cook it by steaming in a thick based vessel with a tight lid, preferably made of iron, like our grannies used to cook on a slow fire. The taste remains better with full value of nutrients of minerals and vitamins. Use soy oil for frying. But do not reuse it. Do not throw it either. Use a spoon of it to make curries, oil is not reheated but mixed with home made tomato purries & spices as a gravy instead of onions which soak more oil.
