White Hair or greying hair mainly occurs when your hair follicles stop producing melanin, the pigment that gives hair its color. Though, ageing is the primary reason of grey hair  but premature greying of hair in early 20’s or 30’s is now common. Genetic factors, stress, lack of nutrition, chemicals, smoking or any underlying disease like anemia can also lead to premature greying of hair. All these factors lead to underproduction melanin that leads to grey or white hair. Lack of minerals like zinc, copper is one of the most underestimated yet one of the most analysed reasons for grey hair. Turning already grey hair into black is not possible after a particular age, but you can always slow down further greying of hair. I am posting on this topic as many of users have been asking on the same issue.

 

Pros

1. It has nice taste.

2. Freshness lasts longer.

3. Has good antibacterial property of neem and turmeric.

4. Its soothing action on the cavities and gums.

5. Minimum side effects.

 

Cons:

1. It cannot be an alternative to dental treatment as it cannot reverse progression of disease of gums or cavities.

2. As it soothens (obtundant) effect of clove oil on regular basis misguides the pain response which would end up in the end stages of the disease finally results increased cost of dental treatment in late stages of the disease or the tooth should be removed if caries or periodontal progression goes beyond to save the tooth.

3. The turmeric might cause tooth discolouration in long run.

 

As far as to my knowledge is concern use it just if you want to give a try but I will never recommend on a daily basis.

according your age it can due to over strain activity so do hot fermentation and put a towel roll under knee and press for 10 second then release repeat 10 to 20 times twice a day. it will help you otherwise physiotherapy treatment. if u HV calcium deficiency then a x-ray must. avoid long standing till relief

The best way to get your skin glowing is to increase oxygen circulation in your body with the help of exercises, yoga. Taking break between hectic work schedule and splashing your face with cold water 2-3 times a day is helpful. Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Have a balanced diet, eat more iron and zinc containing foods like dates, nuts and dry fruits. Include Skimmed milk, cottage cheese, lentils in diet. Vitamin C, Zinc and Vitamin B are important nutrients for great skin. So include lot of fresh fruits, vegetables and whole grains in your daily diet. Using a good sunscreen properly is of great help.

What does neck and shoulder pain indicate?

The stabbing pain that you experience around the neck and shoulder region should never be ignored as they may indicate health problems that require medical attention. There are certain points that you need to keep in mind the if you experience prolonged pain in these areas of the body.

1. Neck injury? your neck and shoulder pain should be seen as a warning sign that you need to take a look at the neck injury you may have sustained during a rear-end automobile accident. More specifically, whiplash injuries that happen when the head experiences a sudden backward and forward jerk, straining the tissues of the neck. 

2. Pain in these areas of the body could indicate abnormalities in the vertebrae of your neck such as herniated disc, causing added pressure on the nerves of the spinal cord.

3. Your neck and shoulder pain complaint may also point towards muscle strains. Lifestyle factors like working long hours in front of laptops or desktops leave you with no time and zero energy to exercise, resulting in serious neck and shoulder pains.

4. Your neck and shoulder pain may also indicate the problem of cervical spondylosis. This is a degenerative disc disease, which is characterised by severe pain that originates from the neck and radiates till the shoulders.

Dear Lybrate user, your symptoms of weakness and tiredness and losing weight seems to be hypoglycemic condition. there may be underlying anxeity. work on your nutrition eat small amount of food every two hours altest a fruit or two biscuits apart from your lunch and dinner.
