Hi yes you can breastfeed your baby tak lactare capsules n you can regain breastfeed. Tak lot of water n milk even tat helps.

Sir, mere hubby ko suger hai unko hamesha kabj rahti hai pet saaf nahi hota a 6 din tak bhi saari dawai khila kar dekh li par koi fayeda nahi hua woh bahut preshan rahte hai please bataye me kya karu. Abhi unki age 42 hai bas insulin bhi lete hai 30 but control nahi hoti sugar. Kuch aisa khate bhi nahi hai fir aisa kyu.

Unhe constipation b h to uske liye fibre rich food de, junk food avoid kre. Morning m 1 glass lukewarm water with half spoon methidana powder de. And halki si exercise b kre and din m kam se kam ek bar walk pr jay ya morning ya evening m unke liye balance diet follow kre. Din m thoda thoda krke khane k liye kahe ek baar m h jayda na khaye. Aur koi b juice lane se achcha h k raw fruits le. Month m oil change kre.

Am 35 . I have undergone thru test whr they did the LIPID Profile in my report cholesterol is 266. Triglycerides is 285 Cholesterol HDL is 47 Direct LDL CHOLESTEROL is 169 Am being advised to meet cardiologist Am I not fit what needs to be done. In addition to am over weight (90 kg) Pls advice what need to be done.

Hi lybrate-user the best solution is avoid having the oily and junk food. Because it is not necessary that oil food alone will be stored in the body, even high sugar will be transformed into cholesterol. Start to do regular exercise for 1 hour daily, it is the only best solution which I can give to overcome this problem.

I am not interested in eating food.
I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2. Take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3. Triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating. When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts also contain fats in them and can help in adding that extra pounds you desire. 2. Sometimes loss of appetite may also cause weight loss. So you should take following remedies improving weight a]triphala kadha 4tsp before lunch and dinner b]amala juice 4 tsp + sugar 2 tsp+ honey 2 tsp empty stomach in the morning umami flavor increases satiety and enhances appetite. Due to improving hunger and digestion whatever you will eat more and even you eat more it will digest properly and your weight will increase naturally without any supplement.

Hi lybrate-user - incorporate more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains into your diet while eliminating unhealthy foods. - if you are working or studying away from home, try to pack healthy lunch and snacks for yourself to avoid eating unhealthy food daily. - don't eat straight from the packet - use a plate or bowl to control how much you eat. - don't delay or skip meals. - cut down your consumption of aerated drinks and sodas. - drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. Drink water after waking up and before sleeping. Being dehydrated may make you feel like you're hungry, so it is important to stay hydrated. - have homemade fruit and vegetable juices - eat 5-6 small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, every day, instead of having a few big ones. This regulates your blood sugar level and your metabolism. - don't skip breakfast, instead, make it rich with complex carbohydrates and proteins, so it can provide you with energy to get through the day. Try to include the following as your morning breakfast, oats porridge, eggs on multigrain toast or daliya with sprouts. - avoid artificial sweeteners in processed foods. - eat slowly as it takes about 20 minutes for your brain to register if you're full or not. Eating too fast leads to overeating, so chew slowly to digest your food better and control how much you eat. - use a smaller plate to control your portion sizes and avoid overeating. - know your cravings and do not snack when you're emotional. It is said that you crave crunchy and savory food when you're stressed, frustrated or lonely. Figure out what you crave and replace them with healthier alternatives. - do not eat mindlessly; concentrate on your food instead of watching tv or playing with your phone to avoid overeating.

I am 34 years old, Height 182 cm, Weight was 104 kg, after GM diet for one week weight reduced to 95 kg. Now continues diet with a low carb foods, please suggest a best diet plan for me, I am an indian I prefer south indian diet, my target weight is 86 kg. Kindly advise.

1.Take bland diet.avoid oily,fatty,spicy,junk,proceessed,fast food, fried item,soft drinks, bakery item like burger/pizza/cookies etc,excess calorie, carbohydrate and and cholesterol rich diet 2.Take plenty of green leafy vegetables,fruits,salads etc 3.Reduce intake of salt,sugar etc. 4.Consult dietitian for proper dietary advice
