I have a back spots in my face it looks very ugly and also pimples in my face please tell me the solution.
You have to understand that pimples & pimples marks are basically infections in your skin pores (glands) in which sweat is forming. If you want complete cure of pimples you have to be infection free, as skin have very little blood supply, so take time to remove infections. If you will trust me, I will cure it but it will take time and some precautions, please upload its photo.

Please note the following in respect to your queries: there can be many reasons behind your hair fall - like mental worries, nutritional deficiency, hereditary and anemia. Take homeopathic medicine acid phos 1m/single dose (5 drops in little water) and revert after 2 weeks. Apply jaborandi hair oil. Also use arnica shampoo. Drink 8-10 glasses of water daily. Eat healthy and balanced food like pulses, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts etc. Add more vitamin rich food to your diet. Avoid stress and anger by meditation. Cut down the use of hair spray, hair gel. Take sound/good sleep. Avoid too much exposure of your hair to sunlight/ hair styling tools, as they damage hair and cause split ends.

Namaste. After hospitalisation for dengue, i have got scalp infection. Symptoms are pin piercing pain, itching, forming small watery pimples which when pinched infects my facial skin. Forms white powderlike and falls on neck and shoulders and gets pigmented. Please help me. Any home or ayurvedic remedies? Is this folliculitis?

Doctor of Homeopathic Medicine (H.M.D.), MD homeopathy
Homeopath, Mumbai
Most likely sounds like folliculitis. What you can do is use a good anti fungal shampoo. Do not burst the pimples. Do not apply oil. Wash your hair daily at least with water and for soothing effect, apply alovera gel an hour prior to wash. If the problem still persist do see a homoeopathic doctor.

1.Make sure that you have a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and mix it in with a cup of warm water. 2.Place the solution that you have created on the affected area and wash it thoroughly. Do not wipe the area and let it dry on its own. 3.Do this about 2 – 3 times a day every day. It will help get rid of the jock itch in no time.

With all its moisturizing action, aloe vera is one of the most effective skin soothing agents. When you rub the gel over an itchy spot, it helps reduce the skin irritation in that area and provides quick relief from itching. Just break a leaf from the plant, cut it lengthwise using a knife and using a spoon, scoop out the jelly-like substance inside. Apply a little of this gel to the itchy area and leave it on for a few minutes.

5 Bad Habits That Are Destroying Your Skin!

5 Bad Habits That Are Destroying Your Skin!

Following a proper skin care regime ensures a flawless skin. You cannot enjoy a beautiful, supple, flawless skin without taking good care of it or putting much effort into it. Giving energy and time into taking good care of your skin will result in soft and alluring skin. However, sometimes despite a proper skin care regime, your skin looks dull and unhealthy. This is due to the habits you have incorporated that ruin your skin as a consequence and make it look drab. Mentioned below are 5 habits which are terrible for your skin and should be stopped at once.

1. Washing your face with harsh cleansers:
Most people who are prone to oily skin resulting in acne and pimples, resort towards cleansers and exfoliators to dry their skin out. While this seems like a great idea in theory, the cleaners end up removing the beneficial oils produced by the skin and destroy the skin's natural protective barrier.

2. Using products stored in jars:
Skin experts and dermatologists believe that tube packaged products are much better than products stored in a jar. This is because most skin care products contain antioxidants which break down when repeatedly exposed to air and sun thus making your products less effective with every use.

3. Skimping on sleep:
Apart from benefitting your mood, energy levels and metabolism, sleep also rewards you with a beautiful skin. It keeps dark circles away and makes your skin glow. Lack of sleep causes stress and generates free radicals in our skin, thus harming it.

4. Using cotton pillowcases instead of satin ones:
Your collagen breaks down due to persistent pressure of your face into your pillow which is traumatic to your skin. Avoid too much friction by opting for satin pillows instead of cotton ones. Moreover, if you are prone to acne, wash your pillows every week to remove the buildup of residue that accumulates on your sheets.

5. Talking too much on the phone:
Studies show that bacteria gathers on the surface of your phone which is why you must clean it every time you talk over the phone or talk to them on speaker. Phone applies pressure on your face which traps the oil and causes zits.

In case you have a concern or query you can always consult an expert & get answers to your questions!

Hair fall. I am 18 years old male and have hair fall last 2 month. What should I do?

DHMS (Diploma in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery)
Homeopath, Ludhiana
Hair fall. I am 18 years old male and have hair fall last 2 month. What should I do?
Most probably the reason for your hairfall seems like weakness due to deficiencies. Please follow below given diet to reduce your hairfall. Omega-3 Fatty Acids Good for more than your brain, omega-3 fatty acids nourish your whole body. The essential nutrient reaches both the hair shaft and the cell membranes in your scalp, nourishing the follicles and promoting healthy hair growth, Plus, they add elasticity to your hair, preventing it from breaking off and ending up in your shower drain. But get this—the body can't produce omega 3-fatty acids on its own; whatever you eat is what your body gets. So dig in! The foods to eat: Flaxseeds, walnuts, salmon, tuna, kale, Brussels sprouts, rapeseed oil. Zinc Boosting tissue growth and repair, zinc helps keep your scalp and hair stay healthy. It also regulates hormones (testosterone included) in the body and helps maintain production of oil-secreting glands on the scalp that help your hair grow. There's no need to go overboard, though. High levels of testosterone are actually linked to hair loss, 11 mg a day is all you need. While it's not proven your body will go on a T rampage if you consume too much zinc, there's no need to tempt hair follicle fate. The foods to eat: Chickpeas, wheat germ, oysters, beef, veal liver, roast beef. Protein Your hair is pretty much pure protein. So if you don't eat enough for both your muscles and hair, you'll have bulging biceps—but a bald head. And even if you do hang onto your hair, eating too little protein can turn it gray. Eat a diet rich in high-quality, naturally occurring protein. Wait, you're a veg or a vegan? No worries. As any good meatless eater knows, protein abounds in more than just animal sources. The foods to eat: Greek yogurt, egg yolks, kale, peanuts, beans, peas, lentils, tofu, chicken, turkey. Iron When it comes to healthy circulation, eating enough iron is clutch. Iron helps deliver blood to the body's cells. Neglect the nutrient and your blood can't carry enough oxygen to your scalp for good hair growth. Many doctors have seen a correlation between treatment for iron-deficient anemia and an increase in hair growth. The foods to eat: Dark leafy greens, whole grains, beans, red meat, turkey, egg yolks, clams, mussels, oysters. Vitamins A and C Both vitamins contribute to the production of sebum, the oily substance that your hair follicles spit out. Nature's hair conditioner, it keeps your hair from breaking off. Plus, vitamin C increases the amount of blood-boosting iron that your body can put to use. While some vitamin A is good for your scalp, more than 15,000 IU a day can actually spur hair loss The recommended daily allowance of the vitamin for men is 5,000 IU a day. The foods to eat: Swiss chard, spinach, broccoli, sweet potatoes, pumpkin. Magnesium Magnesium is the fourth most abundant mineral in the body and is needed for more than 300 biochemical reactions—hair growth included. Magnesium deficiencies have been linked to hair loss in both men and women. The foods to eat: Almonds, spinach, cashews, lentils, brown rice, halibut. Selenium A trace element that helps the body make selenoproteins, which regulate reproduction, metabolism, DNA synthesis, and immunity, selenium also stimulates hair follicles to encourage new growth. Scrimp on selenium and your body will churn out way too much selenoproteins, leading to hair follicle abnormalities, reduced growth, and hair loss.
