Yes it's safe. In fact every women who does not desire to have a pregnancy should take oral contraception like saheli from 5th day of menstrual cycle to 21 days till months/years she want to postpone pregnancy, instead of facing unwanted pregnancy and unwanted abortion and unwanted damage to uterus and body and guilt of killing our own child. It's safe to use it and you will concive once you will stop taking it. It never leads to infertility in future.

lybrate-user ji, Thanks for the query.
Your blood glucose levels are fine. There is no reason to stop breast feeding. Even mothers with either T1 or T2 diabetes are advised to breast feed the baby exclusively for 6 months or longer. Thanks.

After depot injections like this periods can be delayed. There is nothing much to worry. See a specialist if you don't get periods soon and earlier if you plan to conceive. Based on ultrasound you may be required to take medications to get your periods.
