u need to start back muscles strengthning exercises gradually and regularly. Avoid lifting heavy weight avoid bending forward and sitting for longer duration.

There are some methods you can apply for relief from joint pain: • Do exercise such as walking that strength your muscles and move your joint. From movement of joint you got relief from pain and stiffness. •Gentle massage your joints with lukewarm oil. You can use medicated oil. You can apply ice packs and heat with warm water bottle on your painful area. • If you are obese then lose some weight. Heavy weight make strain on your joint and causes pain. • Take healthy diet avoid junk foods. Take diet rich in calcium such as milk, cheese. During my exams time I feel like anxiety and depression and head ache please suggest me.
You are stressing yourself unnecessarily. Learn some stress management techniques and also meet with a counselor to see if there are any issues from childhood that has somehow awakened now. It sounds like the depression may be related to anger. Emotional therapy will certainly help. Would you know what may be causing so much anger and that you feel you cannot express it for various reasons and have chosen instead to turn it inwards and become your worst enemy? If it is of recent origin, you could easily pinpoint it and take care of it. But I suspect that it may have to do with something in your developmental years or your family background. In the meantime do the following, sincerely: Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber, nuts, avocado, exercise regularly, eat dark chocolate, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. I suggest you do the opposite of what this depression makes you feel like doing (actually, not doing): you will need to fight this condition. You must become active; stay upright during the daylight time; meet people; never sleep during the day, wake up by 6 am every day, play some active games, especially contact games, do physical exercises, talk to people and join some social clubs, attend Yoga classes etc. Watch sitcoms on TV or comedies and cheer yourself up. Go for excursions in groups, for outings, camps, conferences, and religious conventions. Get a pet dog and spend time training it, exercising it and relating to it. Expose yourself to some sunlight every day, at least 30 minutes but not in the scorching heat. Whatever happens, please incorporate these three important adaptations in your life: always be responsible, be respectful, and be functional. If you did these three, lots of things will go well in life. Please pray and have faith in God to alleviate your sufferings. Don’t wait for others to help. Use your own motivation, which might be at its lowest, but persevere and win this battle. Above all to be really happy, you need to live in love and for love: find someone to love and to love you back. If you love yourself adequately, you will never do harm to yourself. Be positive always and learn to do everything possible to invest in yourself. Life is extremely precious and because the depression, which is a mood disorder, makes you feel like giving up you must still persevere. Learn all about emotions and how to handle them and that will get you out of the depression rather easily and quickly. A counselor is there only to facilitate you, all the hard word must come from you, and your cooperation with that person is very critical for your success. Be positive every day and learn to be contented with what you have. Do some left brain exercises: it is the happy brain. Here are a few suggestions: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. Whatever happens please cooperate with the therapy and do not discontinue until the condition is completely resolved. Because you are young the prognosis is good, subject to your cooperation.

Few remedies to keep back pain at bay –

1.Keep yourself warm
Back pain is caused due to vitiated vata and the main quality of vata is that it is cold and so it is necessary to keep yourself warm to prevent this disease.

2.Avoid intake of spicy/chilly food
Another feature of a vitiated vata dosha is dryness. To keep yourself hydrated it is necessary to keep a check on your diet. Chilly or spicy food like green chilies and can have a drying effect on the body which can in turn cause constipation, resulting in back pain.

3.Perform and Practice Padahastasana
Padahastasana (standing forward fold pose) is a great Yoga pose for lower back pain as this prevents the restriction of the stool-carrying channels that causes both constipation and lower back pain. Most of the reasons of back pain are not muscular and Padahastasana helps in elimination of the toxins from the body.

4.Oil your body
A vitiated vata causes stress, exertion, depletion and tiredness which in turn cause back pain. Also excess build-up of vata dosha leads to early ageing, and pain in various parts of the body. So to keep yourself young, supple and warm it is necessary that you oil your body daily before a warm shower. This will not just reduce pain in your back but will also slow your ageing process and make your skin healthy and strong.

5.Drink Ajwain (Bishop’s weed seed) tea
Ajwain seeds are highly beneficial for reducing and preventing pain in the back, as well as checking constipation. This can be included in the diet of a person not suffering from heat-related diseases. This is especially good to be consumed during the time of periods by women. Ajwain seeds can be boiled in water and consumed as a decoction. It is an instant pain reliever.

Doing daily yoga and exercise will always keep you fit. Take calcium supplements for few days. Do not start any exercise now. Let your pain subside. You can take pain killer for 2 days. Take dashmoolarishta kadha 2spoons twice a day with equal quantity of warm water.

I'm suffering from cold and fever for 2 days or whole body pain. Now what should I do.
Several things can be done to prevent cold: -Always wash your hands after coughing or sneezing into your hands, blowing your nose, after touching someone who is sick, or when using public restrooms or telephones. -Cover your mouth and nose when you sneeze or cough. -Get plenty of rest/sleep.Avoid people who have a cold or cold symptoms. -Drink plenty of fluids(veg/tomato soups,dal water/coconut water/herbal tea etc), and eat nutritious food(like sprouts/milk). Avoid fatty foods or drinks with caffeine -Treatment: A cold usually lasts for a week or two. Unless you develop complications, you shouldn't need medical treatment. -Gargle to keep from getting a sore throat.Take only lukewarm water to drink during the day -Use saline nasal sprays or nasal irrigation. -Tablet nasorest-p once/twice daily may ease breathing. -Do steam inhalation once or twice daily. take tablet dolo-650 mg once or twice daily for fever

1.Take one tablet of crocin pain relief sos after food upto a maximum of 3 tablets daily 2.Apply volini gel twice daily 3.Give warm compress locally 4. Take rest If you have recurrent attack of neck pain a) Take X ray/MRI cervical spine to exclude spondylitis and consult orthopedic specialist b) Sometimes It could be due to bad sitting posture while reading or working on computer. Adopt proper sitting posture, put neck rest, use soft pillow while sleeping c) Do physio therapy and neck exercise after consulting physiotherapist.

Try to concentrate on things and if some repeatitive thoughts are coming then take 5 deep breathes and say to yourself that in this 2 hours i am suppose to study then after that i will deal with whatso ever problem is.and try to link topics with some familiar things or make graphic representation in your mind as graphic representation reatains for long time, just like if you see 2-3 lines written somewhere you will forget in few days but if you will see posture it will be in your mind for more time.trust me you will see the difference in 2-3 days.good luck

I am 67 years old, of late, i find difficulty in walking after between 500 to 1000 yards - from my right knee joint to ankle joint followed by swelling in foot ankle and uable to wear shoes. Upon test for uric acid which is found slightly on higher side. Kindly let me know whether there is cure for this ailment at this age.

Hello, you may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ENT problem kindly follow advises given below: you can take: 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) 2. Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day 3. Get check eyes for refractive error 4. We need to go for ent evaluation to rule out sinusitis 5. Get BP checked 6. Regular physical exercise and meditation and yoga complete history of your headache for further management like duration, severity, aggravating factors/relieving/ triggering/ associated factor to reach diagnosis/relieving/ triggering/ associated factor to reach diagnosis

First of all check your posture when you are lifting any material like heavy bucket. And try to lift the heavy bucket without bending your back. You may lift the bucket after bending your knees only. This will definitely help you. * gentle massage with lukewarm mustard oil of your waist area will also give you relief. * surya namaskar is only exercise which you need to do. * in diet vegetable protein of cereal, b complex supplements and half teaspoon of haldi in a cup of milk for seven days will give you enough relief.
