Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

Doctor my knee was paining for 2 years when I consult to doctor he made an orthoscopi iwas having pain when I get down to staircase, walking 100mtr, walking without sports shoes. Now it is almost 1 year over but icant do some exercise or play cricket or football I get pain immediately. So what should I do

Hello, if diabetes is in control, then fasting should be closer to 100 mg and pp 150 to 160 mg and hba1c% <6.8. If you are fit and sugar levels are normal there is no need to feel any of these symptoms. If possible you should move away from the chair after each 30 minute period for about 2 - 3 minutes, that should reduce the strain. Stand up or just walk a few steps. Learn relaxing techniques and use them at the end of the day so as to relieve all the stress.

Hello. Take homoeopathic medicine 1. Staphesagria 30 (3 drops once a day in morning time) 2. Actaea spicata 30 (3 drops three times a day) take it for 15 days. Hello, Some primary headaches can be triggered by lifestyle factors, including: Alcohol, particularly red wine Certain foods, such as processed meats that contain nitrates Changes in sleep or lack of sleep Poor posture Skipped meals Stress Insufficient sleep or rest Overexertion Nutritional deficiencies A secondary headache is a symptom of a disease that can activate the pain-sensitive nerves of the head. Any number of conditions — varying greatly in severity — may cause secondary headaches. Get your blood pressure checked, make a chart. Let me know about the readings, will give you medication accordingly. Also, get eyes tested. Medication: Meantime, can start with homoeopathic medicine - Bakson's Mig-Aid tablet/ after every 2 hours.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

How long it will take to recover from a frozen shoulder after fracture healing and I am already taking physiotherapy.
It takes about 45 days for 90% recovery. And the rest 10% is the strengthening of shoulder muscles which doesn't require physiotherapy. You can do it by yourself by doing some light weight lifting exercises.

Hello, you may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ENT problem or may be Migraine Headache kindly follow advises given below: you can take(If No drug allergy) : 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) 2. Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day 3. Get check eyes for refractive error 4. We need to go for ENT evaluation to rule out sinusitis 5. Get BP checked 6. Regular physical exercise and meditation and yoga complete history of your headache for further management like duration, severity, aggravating factors/relieving/ triggering/ associated factor to reach diagnosis consult physician for further management.

Don't take stress, neck pain in your condition is due to poor posture at time of studies. It is nothing surgical. Proper ergonomic measures will relieve your neck pain and also prevent it. 1) Take rest for 1-2 days. 2) Simple analgesics like paracetamol or Ibuprofen to relieve pain 3) Application of ice pack helps in new onset neck pain. 4) Massage locally with analgesic cream 5) Perform neck stretches and muscle strengthening exercises once pain is decreased. 6) Follow good posture habits to avoid further increase in neck pain. Proper ergonomic measures to be taken while studying: 1. Study in a well lit area with good lighting. 2. Use a chair with proper back support. If needed a small back support pillow can be placed behind. 3. Feet should rest flat on floor. Knees and thighs should be on same level when seated on chair. 4. Elbows and forearm should rest on arm rest of chair. 5. Book should be at comfortable reading distance so that slouching of shoulder or bending of neck is avoided. 6. Every hour between studies take a break and walk, perform back and limb muscle stretches.Focus eyes on distant objects during breaks. Consult your doctor immediately in following cases: 1) Neck pain is persistent and progressive 2) Neck pain associated with tingling or numbness in hands or shoulder. Consult again for further queries.

Hello. Drink at least 200ml of water after every hours and do stretching exercises for legs. Stretching: Sit with your knee straight and try to touch your toe with both hands. You will feel stretch pain in your leg. Do this for at least 3 times a day.

I get headaches if I sit in ac room/car. I also feel my ears get blocked and I suffer from hearing loss. This lasts for 1-2 days. Usually yawning suddenly opens up my ears and going to sleep makes me feel blocked again. What can I do to prevent my hearing if I cannot avoid ac. Is there any medicine/treatment?
