Hi, please follow these tips: 1. Drink 2-3 lts of water per day. 2. Consume lot of fibre in your diet like raw vegetabes, fruits, whole grains, oats. Etc. 3. Eat one fully ripe big banana at bed time. 4. Drink one glass of hot milk with one spoon of ghee in it at bedtime. 5. Take your food at regular intervals. Avoid spicy and oil fried food. 6. Never curb the urge to pass stools. 7. Never put in lot of pressure to pass stools. 8. Take 1tsf of isabgol powder with a glass of hot water at bedtime to get an easy evacuation. 9. Apply pilex ointment before and after passing stools. 10. Take tab arshonyt 1-1-1 for about a month and inform. 11. Do sitz bath twice daily.

For fair skin: • Applying a mixture of cucumber and papaya with one teaspoon of each and with three teaspoon of oatmeal apply it for 5 to 10 minutes then rinse off with water twice a week. • Apply one teaspoon Besan with one teaspoon of curd and a pinch of haldi (turmeric) mix it with water then apply for 15 minutes then rinse off it with water Once a week.. • Apply one teaspoon orange juice or take a piece of orange open it then apply that area for 5 minutes then rinse off it once a week. • Eat More fruits daily. • Mash half banana mix it with 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice and half teaspoon of sandalwood powder mix it well and make smooth paste apply it for 10 minutes then rinse off with water. • Save yourself from sunlight by covering your face with cloth or by using sunscreen lotion.

Rashes on skin are mostly caused due to allergy or called hypersensitivity. It may caused by some special food items or cloth fabrics. * you are advised to please check the clothes you are wearing. Avoid all types of synthetic cloths like nylon & use only cotton clothes to avoid rashes. * avoid peanuts, jaggery (gur), garlic, tila, cashew, pista, dates, spices, curd, egg, chicken, alcohol because these food increase the internal heat of body which may also cause redness of skin & appearance of reddish spots, itching & burning. * apply calamine lotion on sites of rashes to get relief from itching & burning. * drink upto 2-3 liters of water everyday. * practice sheetali pranayan in the morning for 5-8 minutes.

Hi Diabetic diet is nothing but a balance diet. Take small meals every 2-3 hours Avoid excess carbohydrates like rice, pastas, bread, biscuits, potatoes. Avoid fruits at bedtime. Take in plenty of proteins like paneer, channa, sprouts, white meat (chicken without skin, fish) Drink excess of water Exercise regularly.

Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicines 1. Ruta 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week. 2. Rhus tox 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week and update. Keep a gap of 15 - 20 minutes in both the medicines. *take rest or move about once in 1-2 hours in case of working in a constant position. *maintain a good posture while reading or working with computers. *take a high fibre content diet like vegetables, fruits, etc.

For acne do the following: wash your face 5-6 times daily. Take one cup of spinach juice every day. If you can, eat only fruits and fruit juices for three days. Apply steam on your face. Do some exercise for 20 mins to 30 mins, which will cause heavy sweating on the entire body. These will remove pimples from his face in less than two months. Also remember no lotion, cream or medicine can actually remove them permanently. Only the above treatment can do so.

diabetes cannot be cured ..it can only be controlled...take medicines regularly and follow following tips: Following are the tips to prevent onset/or control diabetes 1-Losing Extra Weight:-The most significant thing which can make a big difference to your health is to lose your extra weight. This will not only lower your blood pressure but also helps lowering your cholesterol too. For woman: waist of 80 cm or more & for man: waist of 90 cm or more are at risk 2- Constant and regular food timings :-the timings at which you have your meals should be set fixed and at regular intervals each day. This will considerably improve your metabolic activity and helps reducing your weight. 3- Split your meals and eating in moderate amount:-Splitting your meals into 3-4 times per day (including snacks)and eating in fair and consistent amount , improves your metabolic rate as the food u take is not concentrated at one time. 4- No long Gaps and skipping of meals:-There should be no long gaps between meals. Never miss out breakfast. 5- No overeating:-Never eat in a bulk on one time .Try to have moderate amount of food each time u eat. It will help maintain your blood sugar at a healthy level and won’t let it to fluctuate. Remember to eat your food slowly, chew well. 6- Proper Exercise and work outs:-Exercise is very important and a fast way to trim down calories, extra weight and controlling glucose level. Brisk walking for 30 min. atleast five times a week is the best and easiest way of exercising. You can also try Cycling, swimming, dancing. Timings for exercise should be fixed and regular. Avoid heavy exercise. Do not eat right away after a workout . 7-constant and regular timings for medication 8-Avoid fried foods and meat: Limit fats and sweets. Rather choose a variety of foods including whole grains, fresh vegetables, salads, fruits, low fat dairy products. 9- Take high-fibre and complex carbohydrates:-like oats as they are easily broken down to basic sugars. Add whole grain foods in your diet. Avoid carbohydrates like white bread, pasta, pizza , candies, and snacks .Instead include high-fiber carbohydrates like wheat bran, flaxseed and methi seeds to your wheat flour. This will increase fibre in your diet. 10-Drink enough fluids:-Keep your body well hydrated. Drink a lot of water that will help flush the toxins off your system. 11.Fresh vegetables and fruits:- gives essential benefits as these contain a lot of vital minerals as well as nutrients .Include sprouts in the diet as they are easily digestible and a rich source of nutrients. 12- Avoid excess salt:-in form of pickles/papads etc. 1 tsp(5 gm)is sufficient for a healthy hypertensive individual. 13-Avoid alcohol consumption:-Alcohols such as beer and wine contains large amount of calories. choose sugar-free drink. 14- dairy products :-Dairy products are high on fat content such as cheese, curd, milk etc. So instead consume skimmed milk products , low fat cheese, yogurt (curd) etc. Do not have more than two cups of tea or coffee every day. Try green tea instead.

I am having issues passing motions since the last 15 days. I am not fully constipated but I am not being able to get a fulfilling feeling post passing motions and I am pretty sure that I am not passing motions completely. I have a sedentary working lifestyle with one hour of exercise in the evening. I eat dinner post 9 pm and have a glass of milk at night. Since the last week I have increase finer uptake eating papaya, tried laxatives and also tried castor oil yesterday. Still the motions are not complete. M motions are sometimes hard or sometimes soft and very rarely loose.

Hi Make a powdered preparation of dried ginger root, long pepper, black pepper, and black salt in equal quantities. Have 1 teaspoon of this mixture at bedtime with lukewarm water and 2 to 3 teaspoons of psyllium husk. Take pranacharya virechan churna or triphala churna 1 tsf in warm water before sleep at night. Take chitrakadi vati 1- tab after lunch and dinner. Take 5-7 munakkas with milk. Eat papaya in fruits .avoid tea. Coffee.spicy food. Fermented food. Junk food. Avoid alcohol consumption.

Hi boil 1 ripe banana in 1 cup of milk, mash well. Take 3-4 times a day. Make an ointment by mixing an equal amount of powdered long pepper and turmeric with milk (preferably cow’s milk). Apply this on the external piles.

Mr. Lybrate-user, in case of high uric acid in blood some persons get gouty arthritis, which invariably affects foot and great toe to begin with. Get your blood checked for uric acid, if it is high (above 7 mg), then what your doctor has said is right. It can be treated by different drugs called as uricosuric agents and/or nsaids. Plus you will have to avoid high purine (a type of protein) containing foods, particularly red meat, organ meet, certain fish like sardines, trout, scallops, salmon, herring and mushrooms, mussels etc. Also avoid alcohol and high fat cheese.

Hello Headache:- Headaches are pains that occur in any region of the head; they can occur on both sides the head or be isolated to a certain location.
