Life is extremely precious and under these circumstances, it may seem hopeless but that is a fallacy. At your age, this is an indicator of something serious troubling you and there is, fortunately, a lot of help available. You are going through the final phase of adolescence and this heaviness you talk about are expected. During this time there will be a spurt in the production of the male sex hormone, testosterone, which has a duration of two years. Due to this chemical alone, there are three identified features that present itself over which you will have poor control: you will be sexually active, aggressive and rebellious, and you will have acne and pimple problems. Then if you have unresolved childhood issues, they will compound the situation and fuel uncontrolled behavior. Please remember that you may not be aware of all this. If by tension, you mean fear-related, then talk about that fear. If you don’t you will typically act angry and people will relate to your anger not realizing that you need help with the fear. Nothing gets resolved and now you have made others angry with your anger and you stand to lose their friendship. Exercise will channelize a lot of your energy and help you to deal with the situation better. Meditation will also help. Make sure you get good sleep, a minimum of 8 hours and do not exceed 9 hours. You will need social acceptance, especially from your friends. If you are not faring well in that area, then at least develop one or two close friends with whom you can share feelings and other matters. The social acceptance includes having a boyfriend but do not get too close as in a romantic relationship now – you will get easily drawn in with the hormones not yet fully settled down. Talk to a counselor, if there are unresolved childhood issues.

Few things related to headache so that we can plan the treatment accordingly - if pain is associated with blurred or decreased vision than check your eye sight for refractive error - if the pain is associated with cold and fever than we have to rule out sinusitis as the cause and if the pain is pulsatile in nature and with a throbbing pain usually with an aura than we have to rule out migrane as the cause - if the pain is associated with neck problems than we have to rule out cervical spondylosis as the cause - if the pain is associated with either low or high bp or due to hyperacidity than we have to treat the cause after examination.

Mam, First of all and even before exercises I would like you to consult a dietician because with 102 kg weight no exercise can help you. I am sorry to put it this way but mam weight plays a significant role in knee osteoarthritis. Moreover, a leg is a single unit and any deformity at ankle level will affect you knee and vice-versa. I am really happy to know that you have already taken initiative and doing exercises but mam weight plays significant role. If you loose 30 kg weight your knee and ankle pain will reduce too provided you keep on doing exercises in a correct way. I really want Indian women to be strong and free of pain. So please mam consult dietician, exercise regularly, eat healthy and stay fit. I hope I helped you. THANK YOU!

•Standing hamstring stretch: Place the heel of your injured leg on a stool about 15 inches high. Keep your knee straight. Lean forward, bending at the hips until you feel a mild stretch in the back of your thigh. Make sure you do not roll your shoulders and bend at the waist when doing this or you will stretch your lower back instead of your leg. Hold the stretch for 15 to 30 seconds. Repeat 3 times. •Cat and camel: Get down on your hands and knees. Let your stomach sag, allowing your back to curve downward. Hold this position for 5 seconds. Then arch your back and hold for 5 seconds. Do 3 sets of 10. •Quadruped arm/leg raise: Get down on your hands and knees. Tighten your abdominal muscles to stiffen your spine. While keeping your abdominals tight, raise one arm and the opposite leg away from you. Hold this position for 5 seconds. Lower your arm and leg slowly and alternate sides. Do this 10 times on each side. •Pelvic tilt: Lie on your back with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor. Tighten your abdominal muscles and push your lower back into the floor. Hold this position for 5 seconds, then relax. Do 3 sets of 10. •Partial curl: Lie on your back with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor. Tighten your stomach muscles. Tuck your chin to your chest. With your hands stretched out in front of you, curl your upper body forward until your shoulders clear the floor. Hold this position for 3 seconds. Don't hold your breath. It helps to breathe out as you lift your shoulders up. Relax. Repeat 10 times. Build to 3 sets of 10. To challenge yourself, clasp your hands behind your head and keep your elbows out to the side. •Gluteal stretch: Lying on your back with both knees bent, rest the ankle of one leg over the knee of your other leg. Grasp the thigh of the bottom leg and pull that knee toward your chest. You will feel a stretch along the buttocks and possibly along the outside of your hip on the top leg. Hold this for 15 to 30 seconds. Repeat 3 times. •Extension exercise: Lie face down on the floor for 5 minutes. If this hurts too much, lie face down with a pillow under your stomach. This should relieve your leg or back pain. When you can lie on your stomach for 5 minutes without a pillow, then you can continue with the rest of this exercise.
