Stones in the gallbladder doesn't need any treatment of there is no symptoms. Size of the stone increasing or decreasing in size is not a factor for treatment. If symptoms are there she need to get it removed by key hole surgery. The complications of gallstones disease can be sometimes very dangerous.

Dear Sir, Syrup will not help. Reduce weight if overweight, 30 min of brisk walking everyday. Avoid high caloric food, junk, cold drinks. Stop alcohol if taking. Show to hepatologist for assessment of liver functions, any damage. Control of BP, sugar, high cholesterol if having any of these.
