I tried lot of ways but nothing is working for me.
Do not drink water before and during meals.Avoid fast foods.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Don't skip meals.Eat extra amount of food.Add cream,butter,ghee with food.Use dense fruits,vegetables,unrefined foods.Eat fish,egg,meat,mushroom,tofu,peas,peanut butter,yogurt,cottage cheese.Add extra fat in cooking.Drink water 3 lit/day.And sleep for 7-8 hours.

Dear you need to make sure that your diet & exercise are regular. Inspite of that if your sugars are not under control, then you need to add some other medications or if not then insulin. The dose of your current medications is maximum &will not help much further by increasing its dose. Please consult your doctor for the same.

Test tube test is done to know about the tubes whether tubes are open or not. Through the mouth of uterus a dye is injected into uterus with the help of a plastic catheter, if tubes are open dye spills out in the abdominal cavity. If tubes are partially blocked and dye is pushed with slight force, it does help open the tubes, so it increases the chances of pregnancy as it is done on 5th day of cycle, as soon as the period ends and it is opd procedure, woman can lead a normal life after this test, many cases have reported getting pregnant in the next cycle itself. Tube test is diagnostic & therapeutic.

My diet schedule: 10 am I take heavy breakfast with protein shake 2 pm lunch 7: 30 pm to 8: 30 at gym 9 pm protein shake 9: 30 pm light dinner 10: 30 pm sleep But there is no gain in muscle. Green tea is just another health drink with some antioxidants which are available in all fruits and vegetables. It has no effect on weight. It will not create any weight loss. Such myths are created only for marketing. The best solution for Weight loss is Simple Diet + Daily exercise. Add more Fruits /Salads/Proteins to your diet. Double your water intake. One glass every hour. Cut down Oils/Sugar/Maida/Ghee from your diet.  Cut down Puris/Parathas/Pizzas/Burgers/Fried Rice. Eat slowly and mindfully. Take 1600 calorie diet daily. Reduce portion size. Take small bits of food in your plate. You can take upto 50 gm paneer in a day. Exercise daily - 'Intense' Cardio for 40-60 mins.  Reduce socialising/company of people who are addicted to junk food and overeating. Love yourself and respect your body.

I gather that you want help for managing obesity. First thing you need to ensure is that your blood sugar remains under check. Eat lots of fibres, avoid fatty food. Exercise daily. If you are morbidly obese, ypu may go for bariatric surgery to reduce weight.

Diet and lack of exercise are the two most important factors that contribute to obesity. While the modern day diet is becoming more and more full of fats, sweets and empty calories, it is becoming devoid of nutritious vitamins and minerals. The fibre content is also decreasing. One tends to stack up on junk food in an effort to take a quick bite while on the go. At the same time, physical activity is on the decline. One has increased access to vehicles and the need to walk or cycle is almost not present. Even for commuting short distances, one uses cars or two wheelers. All these things are readily contributing to this epidemic of obesity. When it comes to getting rid of the excess fat, one needs to work conscientiously and consistently on both the counts mentioned above. One’s diet has to be altered so as to include more and more natural fruits and vegetables. Processed food and junk food should be cut down to the minimum. A daily exercise regimen needs to be adopted. Exercising for 30-40 minutes for a minimum of 5 days a week is necessary. Homeopathy helps by regulating the metabolic system of the individual. There are more than 100 medicines listed in the Homeopathic literature for obesity. It is a tough job selecting the right medicine for a particular patient. If you want to gain weight then a healthy high calorie diet which includes a combination of carbohydrate, protein and vitamins should be part of your daily routine. Gaining weight is difficult as compare to losing weight because you need to eat more calories than you burn. Thus, it is important that you should follow a proper weight gain diet schedule that is healthy and nutritious. Let’s have a look at the weight gain diet plan and know the easy ways to gain weight quickly.
Reasons of weight loss:-
• An inadequate diet in terms of protein and kcal.
• Diseases like tuberculosis, diabetes, malabsorption syndrome or cancer.
• Eating very little food.
• Depression / very tense.
• Pathological conditions such as fever and stomach disturbances.
High calories, high protein, high fat with liberal vitamin, antioxidant and PH to nutrients intake are recommended for weight gain.

Tips for weight gain:-
Meals quantity/intake should be increase. Easily digestible foods like potato and sago should be included. Eat dried fruits, sweet, fried food (serving/ day). Fluids should not be taken or with meal but only after a meal so food intake is not reduced.
• Emotional well being is essential to have a good appetite.
• Constipation reduces the appetite so the bowel movement should be regulated with adequate fluids, exercise and fruits.

Hi lybrate-user you need to consume low calorie nutrient dense food with high fibre and along with that you need to follow few healthy lifestyle modification tips in life. 1. Donot skip breakfast 2. Eat regular meals 3. Eat plenty of fruit and veg 5. Drink plenty of water 6. Eat high-fibre foods 7. Read food labels 8. Use a smaller plate 9. Don't ban foods 10. Don't stock junk food 11. Hello lybrate-user, weight gain is the result of well balanced diet, physical activity for 30-40 mins 3-4 days/week preferably weight training and rest of 8-10 hours. All foods included in your diet should be power packed i. E giving you many nutrients and calories, also it should be high on proteins so as to help you in gaining muscle mass for better health and immunity. Examples-banana/mango/chickoo milkshakes with honey and nuts, paneer stuffed sandwiches/parathas, chikkis of peanuts/chana to be stocked with you as this can be conveniently had anywhere, dryfruits and mixed nuts. Overeating can lead to indigestion. Foods that boost the brain are- almonds, walnuts, flaxseeds, melon seeds, fish.

White Rice Vs Brown Rice

White rice is originally Brown rice which has been thoroughly refined before it is made available in the stores. Rice grain in its natural unpolished state is rich in fiber, thiamine, proteins, magnesium, calcium, and potassium. Whole rice is also rich in fiber which is good for your digestive system and also aids you to manage your weight effectively. There is a raging debate over the type of rice which is good for your health.

The following are some of the pointers that compare white rice to brown rice:

  1. Calorie composition: White rice contains more calories when compared to brown rice. A cup of white rice comprises of 242 calories, while a cup of brown rice comprises of 218 calories. Brown rice is recommended to people who are interested to cut down on their calorie intake as a whole.
  2. Carbohydrates and Fiber composition: Both brown rice and white rice are rich in carbohydrate. A cup of brown rice comprises of 53 grams of carbohydrates and a cup of brown rice comprises of 46 grams of the same. But when it comes to fiber content, brown rice contains more fiber.   5. Glycemic Index: According to studies, foods which have a high glycemic index tend to increase your blood sugar level. As per the glycemic index, brown rice has a much lower glycemic index than white rice. The average glycemic index of white rice is about 89 while in case of brown rice it's 50.

It can be said that brown rice is much more nutritious than white rice due to its wholesomeness and higher concentration of nutrients. Brown rice is highly recommended to those people who are health conscious and tend to be careful about their calorie intake.
