Hye. Thank you for your query. There are many ways to lose a lot of weight fast. However, most of them will make you hungry and unsatisfied. If you don’t have iron willpower, then hunger will cause you to give up on these plans quickly plus all you lose is unhealthy muscle mass and the fats are still around hence causing gain after loss. Eating sensibly and as per your body's nutrient needs will reduce your appetite significantly, Make you lose weight healthily without hunger and improve your metabolic health at the same time. Here are some tips to help you lose weight. Eat a high-protein breakfast. Eating a high-protein breakfast has been shown to reduce cravings and calorie intake throughout the day. Avoid sugary drinks and fruit juice. These are the most fattening things you can put into your body, and avoiding them can help you lose weight. Drink water a half hour before meals. Drinking water a half hour before meals increased weight loss by suppressing appetite and avoiding overeating. Choose seasonal foods. Eat smaller but more frequent meals. Eat soluble fiber. Eat fruits and vegetables. Eat mostly whole, unprocessed foods. Base most of your diet on whole foods. They are healthier, more filling and much less likely to cause overeating. Eat your food slowly. Fast eaters gain more weight over time. Eating slowly makes you feel more full and boosts weight-reducing hormones. Use smaller plates. Studies show that people automatically eat less when they use smaller plates. Get a good night’s sleep, every night. Poor sleep is one of the strongest risk factors for weight gain, so taking care of your sleep is important. It is best to do some sort of resistance training. If that is not an option, cardio workouts work too. Workout at least 4 times a week to see good fat loss.

Sir, I am a diabetic and high blood pressure patient. I take Istamet tab.(50/500) twice daily and Telma H/Lipril 5 1 tab. Each morning and evening. I am suffering from constipation for a long time. I had fissure problem. Now fissure problem is much less but fistula-in-ano has recently been operated. I take diabetic diet and fat free salt restricted diet. But constipation problem is there. I have to take cremaffin, lactihep, mucibael, softovac SF etc. Regularly. Please advise.

Mr tapash kumar, try and increase fiber content in your diet by consuming more salads, flax seeds (25 g, roasted) or fenugreek seeds (roasted or powdered). Fruits which are permitted like papaya, apple (with skin), pear and guava. Drink enough water. Normally these measures help in overcoming constipation. If nothing works then the laxatives which you are already taking.

Take high protein and high calories diet. Take whole pulses, egg,lean meat, paneer,soya milk, sprouts.take plenty of fruits. Take milk nd milk products. Take curd 2 times in a day. Do stretching exercise.

I will suggest you to do suryanamaskar daily as per your capacity for a minimum of six months and few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast, khaari ,naan ,white bread. Can drink tea but without sugar say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout's can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits say no to coconut water.

If you are able to combine a proper and healthy diet with an exercise regime, then this could be your passport to the fastest way to lose weight and that too naturally. I am 61 year old diabetic retired bank officer. Since last 4 months suffering from left side frozen shoulder problem. The physio therapist advised exercises which reduced pain up to 50%. But still suffering from pain while sleeping causing sleep disorder.

Dear frozen shoulder at your age is common with diabeties. Check the status of your diabeties first. If your blood glucose levels are with in limit and hba1c levels are normal then you check consult an orthopedic surgeon. You need regular exercises, hot fomantations for a very long periods with a course of analgesics for a short period as advised by an orthopedic surgeon. You have to take this seriously otherwise the frozen shoulder will worsen to the extent that the movements are restricted severely.

Yes you can if you like the taste. Also note that milk is just one part of a healthy diet and may not be sufficient to cater to your nutritional demands. So adapt a holistic health approach to ensure fitness and stamina.

Follow these best tips to get in shape and to reduce belly fat: body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. Work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15 minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce belly fat: * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily. * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories.

Bananas are full of calories and contain high amount of carbohydrates and potassium that give you instant energy. Whosoever want to gain weight must eat a banana daily in the morning with a glass of warm milk. Add a teaspoon of sugar in it. Moreover, you can also have it after your meals.

First you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it *in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *in evening, you can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *in dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes. * you can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Follow these exercises in the morning - * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories and the calories deposit in body in the form of weight if not utilised. * you can take medohar guggalu 1 tablet daily for quick weight loss but only under the guidance of ayurveda expert.

Eat small frequent meals. Avoid all oily and fatty food. Avoid ghee, butter and oils. Decrease salt and sugar. Always eat half of what your body demands.

Hye, thanks for the query. You are underweight for your height. Now you are young hence the body is trying to cope up by breaking down energy from within. There will come a time when body will give up and you will start showing signs of malnutrition. Being underweight can be a concern if it's the result of poor nutrition. Here are some healthy ways to gain weight when you're underweight: eat more frequently. When you're underweight, you may feel full faster. Eat five to six smaller meals during the day rather than two or three large meals. Choose nutrient-rich foods. As part of an overall healthy diet, choose whole-grain breads, rice and cereals; fruits and vegetables; dairy products; lean protein sources; and nuts. Don't fill up on diet soda, coffee and other drinks with few calories and little nutritional value. Instead, drink smoothies or healthy shakes. Snack on nuts, dried fruits and fresh fruits. Even when you're underweight, be mindful of excess sugar and fat. An occasional slice of cake or ice cream is fine. But most sweets should be healthy and provide nutrients in addition to calories. Sheera, lassi and chikki are good choices. Exercise, especially strength training, can help you gain weight by building up your muscles. Exercise may also stimulate your appetite.

Hello, Egg white has nearly 3.3 gms of proteins in it, egg consumption is based on various factors and the special care has to be taken that one shouldn't go overboard with the quantity ,as that might give trouble later. A health expert/Dietitian can only judge how much should one take based on other factors.

Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one cup of water. If you use freshly ground black pepper, then just add one-quarter teaspoon. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. Do this daily for at least three months.

Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day.
