along with nutritious diet a B d plenty of water by mouth its good go for morning walk followed by free hand exercises. I don't know about whey creating but as you are doing taking water and dietbis good muscle develop s by regular exercise and balanced diet avoid alcohol and spicy and junk food.

None. 1. Do regular exercise for 30 minutes daily like brisk walking 2. Reduce weight if overweight 3control diet a) avoid sweets, sugar/honey, milk, milk product excess calorie and carbohydrate rich diet like white bread, cereal, rice, pasta b) avoid all refined food like maida, pasta, starchy food like rice, potato, bakery item, processed food, c) include more fiber like pulse, green leafy vegetable, cucumber, carrot, tomato, j legume. D) avoid sweetened fruit like banana, mango, litchi, chickoo, sapota, seethaphal jack fruit, grape etc. Can have fruits like guava, pineapple, papaya, orange, mousambi, strawberry, watermelon, pomegranate, jack fruit, sweet potato, a handful of walnut daily (akhrot) e) avoid white/polished rice, take unpolished rice like brown rice/wheat/jowar/ragi, moong and chana dal. F) avoid ghee/ butter./coconut oil/excess salt intake like papad/pickle. G) avoid red meat. Take fish/chicken. H) avoid alcohol and carbonated drinks like soft drink 4. Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1. Arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4. Lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

Breastfeeding or nursing is the feeding of babies and young children with milk from a woman's breast. Health professionals recommend that breastfeeding begin within the first hour of a baby's life and continued as often and as much as the baby wants. During the first few weeks of life babies may nurse roughly every two to three hours. The duration of a feeding is usually ten to fifteen minutes on each breast. Older children feed less often. Mothers may pump milk so that it can be used later when breastfeeding is not possible. Breastfeeding has a number of benefits to both mother and baby, which infant formula lacks.

Deaths of an estimated 820,000 children under the age of five could be prevented globally every year with increased breastfeeding. Breastfeeding decreases the risk of respiratory tract infections and diarrhea, both in developing and developed countries. Other benefits include lower risks of:

  • Asthma,
  • Food allergies,
  • Celiac disease,
  • Type 1 diabetes, 
  • And leukemia.

Breastfeeding may also improve cognitive development and decrease the risk of  obesity in adulthood.
Mothers may feel pressure to breastfeed; however in the developed world children generally grow up normally when bottle feed

Benefits for the mother include less blood loss following delivery, better uterus shrinkage, weight loss, and less postpartum depression. 
Breastfeeding delays the return of menstruation and fertility, a phenomenon known as lactational amenorrhea. Long term benefits for the mother include decreased risk of breast cancer, cardiovascular disease, and rheumatoid arthritis.
Breastfeeding is often less expensive than infant formula. 

Health organizations, including the world health organization (who), recommend only breastfeeding for six months. This means that no other foods or drinks other than possibly vitamin D are typically given. After the introduction of foods at six months of age, they recommend continued breastfeeding until at least one to two years of age. Globally about 38% of infants are only breastfed during their first six months of life
In the united states, about 75% of women begin breastfeeding and about 13% only breastfeed until the age of six months. Medical conditions that do not allow breastfeeding are rare.
Mothers who take certain recreational drugs and medications should not breastfeed. 
Smoking, limited intake of alcohol, and coffee are not reasons to avoid breastfeeding.

Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * for thighs - work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories.

Adjust Your Diet Drink lots of water. You may be suffering from chubby cheeks because your body is retaining too much water because you're not drinking enough of it. ...Take it easy on the salt and sugar. ... Avoid alcohol. ... Eat more fruits and vegetables. ... Eat more calcium-rich foods. DO Straight jaw jut Tilt your head back and look toward the ceiling. Push your lower jaw forward to feel a stretch under the chin. Hold the jaw jut for a 10 count. Relax your jaw and return your head to a neutral position.

Low blood glucose also known as hypoglycemia is a serious condition and should be avoided. Hypoglycemia is defined as blood glucose <70 mg/dl. The following can be the cause of hypoglycemia in diabetes: 1) overdosing of medications needing dose adjustment 2) irregular and erratic food intake and meal timings 3) need to rule out diabetes chronic kidney disease and renal failure 4) need to rule out low cortisol levels 5) need to rule out hypothyroidism daily glucose charting is mandatory please consult an endocrinologist immediately.

Mr. Lybrate-user, according over all information in relation to alcohol, it is not recommended at all for a diabetes patient. So whatever may be type of alcohol (beer, scotch), hence quantity is not the case.

Hi, Take calcirol 1 sachet once a week for 6 weeks to restore Vit D to normalcy. Take a walk in morning sun for 15 minutes as sun is the best source of Vit D. Include fish, cod liver oil soft gels, mushrooms, Vit D fortified oils, cereals and yogurt in your daily diet.

Quite contradictory to popular belief, as per a research paper published in 2015 by Harvard medical school, people who eat spicy foods on a regular basis and in moderate amounts have a 14% probability of outliving their non-spicy food eating peers. Also, the same research also indicates the fact that people who eat spicy food on a regular basis are less likely to suffer from cancer or other fatal heart diseases as compared to those who are averse to spice.

So, what is it that makes spicy foods better for your ticker and the overall health? Let’s find out.

  1. Spicy foods are usually rich in anti-oxidants, a regular intake of which helps to prevent cancer, respiratory diseases and other heart disorders.
  2. Peppers have a high amount of ‘capsaicin’ in them which is particularly beneficial in resisting abnormal swelling of different body parts. Capsaicin also helps in the regulation of metabolic functions of the body which prevents further serious complications of diabetes and cardio-vascular disorders. Capsaicin also helps to prevent sinus infections, hypertension and severe intestinal disorders. At times, Capsaicin acts as a pain-reliever.
  3. Peppers also contain a healthy amount of Vitamin C which defends the body against cancer and helps in the formation of collagen (building blocks of the skin) and other connective tissues. Vitamin C is useful in the production of glutathione, an immensely strong anti-oxidant that strengthens the immune system of the body.

Hello, It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems including irregular menses are directly related to overweight! Read the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous) . Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: Eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, and brown rice are all excellent sources of energy and sources of nutrition. 8: Choose lean proteins instead of fatty ones. 9: Cut the salt from your diet. Eating more sodium causes your body to retain water, which can cause you to feel bloated and gain more weight. 10: Don't skip meals.When you skip meals, your body stops breaking down fat and starts breaking down muscle tissue. Muscle tissue burns more calories at rest than other tissues, so you're actually working against your goals 11: Eat at home. Going out to eat makes it too easy to cheat. Food sold at restaurants is commonly much higher in fat, sodium, and other weight-loss killers. 12: Give yourself a treat now and then. If you're attending a party or going out for a special occasion, allow yourself an indulgence. Just make sure that these indulgences don't become daily habits. Medication: Start taking Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 1 month. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. All the best!

I am 70 years Male from Bokaro (Jharkhand. I have sleep disorder-Do not get sound sleep in night, always remain dreaming all unconcerned. I am also Diabetic (FBS 155) HTN (145/90). I take Rivotril 0.5 mg daily in night, this causes over- exhausted during next day all along. Reducing the does to 0.25 mg Rivotril also does not work well. Shall be grateful, if you please advice. As par bmi calculated in your case your bmi is coming to 31. That means you are falling in the category of obese. Obesity gives rise to several health problems and diabetes is one of them. It also causes a less appreciated condition called sleep apnoea syndrome. If you are snoring too much and loud. And you have significant daytime somnolence (feeling sleepy during day. If your bystanders watch that you stop breathing for long pause. Then struggle and wake up briefly and then again fall into sleep with loud snoring. You are perhaps having this syndrome. Once it is suspected. First thing will be a proper diagnosis by a chest physician (preferably) who will carry pit a sleep test. This simple test will diagnose your problem in a day. Accordingly you will be suggested treatment. In sleep apnoea. The treatment is very effective. Your daily use of revoltril will no more be a necessity. I wish you also take care of your excess weight issue more seriously and put more endeavour to bring it down to normal level. Once you achieve that. Your diabetes and blood pressure will also come under better control and you may need to takei less medicines.

Dear wt loss for your cousin is an emergency now. With pcos wt loss is difficult but that is the only treatment for pcos. For wt loss start off with a low cal diet of 1200 cal/ day. Walk for 30 min/day. Do it regularly for 6 months results will be good.
