How are the foods I should take to be healthy.
You need to take a proper high protein balanced diet chart to gain weight. Also take good protein foods in your daily diet. Do regular physical activity to increase the muscle mass. Avoid junk foods. Drink liberal amount of water. Take food at regular interval. You can also ask for a individualized diet chart for weight gain according to your height and weight.

Hello, Diabetes is not a disease ,it is a metabolic disorder so it csnnot be cured,but can easily be managed. Cinnamon with water early morning helps drastically to maintain ideal sugar levels. Eating diet rich in fiber also helps.

1) Take 10 ml of fresh lemon juice and ginger juice along with 1 tsf of jaggery along with 60 ml of water early in morning on empty stomach and after meals, 2) do regularly BHUJANGASANA, UTTANPADASANA and PAVANMUKTASAN regularly early in the morning on empty stomach for 15 minutes…. Depends on your tolerance people have been seen to take 10-12 if size normal .Antibiotic .allicin is result after chew which smells terrible.

I am a 51 year old male, having diabetes of cource with the sugar level up to about 170. I have not taken any medicine and believe that I can over come this through work outs etc. I do exercise with weights but little with long distance walking or running, some times skipping is this good enough. 2) there is a another thing that my desire for sex has decline from daily to 3-4 days a week and after intercourse I feel weak. Is this ok? is protinex good to recover my weakness. I am 70 kgs and love to be fit and strong as ever.

Good to see that u r determined enough to overcome your problem. Monitor your blood sugar levels and regulate them at upto 110 fasting and upto 140 pp. If yr level r above this at a regular basis then it can effect other organs of yr system. Ibeing a homoeopath I will suggest you very good homoeo medicines without any side effects. Take these medicines to maintain yr blood sugar levels. Syzizium jambolanum q ( dr. Reckeweg ) 20 drops thrice daily in 20 ml fresh water before meals. Vincteoxinum ( adel ) 20 drops morning empty stomach in a glas of fresh water homoeo med. R very light medicines. Homoeopathic treatment adzag forte (adven lab) 20 drops in 20 ml fresh water twice daily alfa malt (sbl) 2 spoon twice daily hite aid (bakson) 2 tabs twice daily. Chew directly in mouth silicea 200, calcarea carb 30, tuberculinum 1m,(all 3 of Dr. Reckeweg) take the above 3 medicines alternately every 15 days. Means today night one drop of silicea 200 direct in mouth, after 15 days calc. Carb 30 1 drop night, again after 15 days tuberculinum 1m 1 drop night, again after 15 days silicea 200 1 drop night and so on. Continue this for 4 months and then again consult me. See any change in your height things to do daily. 1. Daily body stretch for 2 minutes early morning whenever yr feet touches the floor. This can be done by standind on your fingers of feets, arms joined upwards, looking upwards while stretching yr body upwards. 2. Swimming in summers for atleast 30 minutess daily 3.6-8 glass of extra water daily 4.2 glass milk daily 5. Green leafy vegetables in diet.

Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana -- lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

1) eat foods rich in protein like milk and milk product, eggs, chicken, meat. 2) eat energy dense foods like nuts, dates, potato, halwa, kheer etc. 3) eat fruits high in energy like banana, chickoo, sitaphal, mango, grapes. 4) eat two servings of pulses in a day esp. Masturbation is normal and does not cause weight loss. You should do blood tests hb, tc, dc, fasting sugar, t4, tsh. I don't recommend supplements and proteins. Eat more of rice, potato and eggs.

Starting eating more chapatis and rice with butter or ghee. Take creamed milk upto 500 ml daily and also eat milk products like cheese, khoa, etc. Also take dry fruits daily like 4 to 6 almonds or cashew nuts or some raisins. Eat fresh and high calorie fruits like apple, banana, etc. And vegetables like spinach, etc. You can also take fruit juices. If you eat non-veg then eat 2 or 3 pcs, of chicken or red meat daily. Take salad with your every main meal. Also do exercises daily as it increases your satiety.
