Hi lybrate-user firstly, start doing surya namaskar in morning and start eating triphla chooran (natural medicine) in morning empty stomach with luke warm water. Start a fruit dieting every alternative day, means you have to eat fruits every alternative days & normal fruit every other alternative days. Avoid late night dinners and try to eat nothing after sunset. Sit in vajrasana after every meal you eat for 10 minutes. Walk atleast 30 min in morning.

Hi lybrate user, according to your height your weight is ok. But if want to increase your weight in the form of muscles try to increase protein in your diet. Take sufficient amout of protein in the form of milk & milk products (milk, curd, paneer, butter milk), dal, sprouts, roasted chana & if you are non vegetarian take egg, fish, chicken. Besides these do regular work out approx for 40-60 minutes.

1) Whole grains - brown rice, rotis made from whole wheat flour, whole jowar flour and bajra flour, Ragi, Oats 2) Fresh vegetables - they have high fibre content. Also include green leafy vegetables. 3) Fruits - they also have high fibre. Your mother can take apples, pears, Sweet lime (Mosambi), Orange, papaya, guava etc. Mangoes, bananas and grapes have high sugar - hence only consume in less quantity. 4) Protein - pulses, egg, lean meat (fish, chicken), sprouts 5) Milk - low fat milk and dairy products 6) Good fats like Omega 3 and mono unsaturated fats (MUFA) should be consumes. Eg; Canola oil, flax seed oil, nuts etc Take frequent small meals instead of 3 big meals. In between meals she can take snacks of fruits, buttermilk, yoghurt etc.

Are you suffering from diabetes and are looking for ideal at home management remedies? Diabetes is a health condition, which occurs when the blood sugar level of the body rises. There are several ways following which you will be successfully able to manage your diabetes. They are as follows:

  1. Exercise regularly and track your workout patterns. Exercise is the most important lifestyle choice for a diabetic patient, which allows you to maintain a good shape. It boosts your body's metabolism rate and insulin uptake process. By taking notes on your exercising habits, you will be able to make timely and required changes. 
  2. Stop consuming fast food. Try to abstain from eating outside food and reduce your intake of sugar, salt and high calorie food. Meal should be prepared at home using light ingredients and less amount of salt and sugar.
  3. Quit smoking as it is very harmful, especially if you are a diabetic. Smoking narrows your blood vessels, as a result of which, your blood circulation gets disrupted.
  4. Increase your fiber intake. Fiber is beneficial for all diabetic patients and helps in smooth functioning of your digestive processes. It also help in reducing your cholesterol and blood sugar levels.
  5. Take care and pay attention to your feet properly. You should wash your feet in lukewarm water regularly and dry them gently. You should moisturize your feet with a lotion. Check on your feet for cuts, sores, redness, swelling and blisters and consult a doctor in case of an unusual foot sore.
  6. Get your eyes checked frequently as diabetes affects your vision in serious ways, which may also lead to blindness. Regular eye checkups will help you to prevent retinopathy.
  7. Take proper care of your teeth which includes brushing and flossing at least two times every day. This is because diabetes makes you prone to several serious gum infections. Go for regular dental checkups if you have type 1 or type 2 diabetes and in case you observe swollen, red gums, consult your doctor immediately.
  8. Avoid stress and adapt ways to eliminate stress. Your body hormones, which are produced in relation to intense stress, prevent insulin from working efficiently, which increases your blood sugar levels and stress levels further. Relaxation techniques are effective for dealing with stress. 
  9. Opt for several small meals instead of a few large meals every day. This helps in keeping your digestive processes active, which in turn increase insulin sensitivity.

Eat few these for help reducing fat. Apples: They are super foods that you can take three to four times a day as a substitute to carb-rich foods. Almonds: Rich in Vitamin E and has high fiber content that will make you feel full and reduce your hunger. Green Leafy Vegetables: They are rich in fiber and very low in calories. They will help in preventing water retention. Avocado: They are rich in high fiber and have high monounsaturated fatty acids that help in reducing belly fat. Exercise and nutrition work hand in hand for weight loss. One doesn't work without the other. Just eat mindfully, control portion size, avoid junk food. Eat some nuts like almonds, pistachios, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds as 4pm snacks to avoid the unnecessary junk at around 6 pm. Have early dinner. Like at about 7.30pm. Indulge in some sports or walk at least 3times a week and you will be good to go. This will ensure permanant fat loss over a period of 6 months.

Increased thirst, increase durine frequency, weight loss, weakness, dryness of mouth are main symtoms of diabetes. For intestinal TB , anti TB drugs , minimum four drugs as per weight and protocol

Donot force feed the patient with a particular type of food. Give her foods in portion size in the allowances advised.there is no food which has to be completely avoided.balance is the key.if the problem persists, I would recommend to get the renal profile done
