Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1.arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4.lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

For increase hormone testosterone level apply these very useful methods: • Take 1/2 teaspoon ashwagandha powder and 1/2 teaspoon of amla powder mix it and take it with water once in a day. • Do Sarwangasan daily in the morning. • Eat healthy diet such as green leafy vegetables, fruits and drink a glass of milk daily. • Do running and jogging daily and long breathing pranayams. • Do neck massage with oil daily.

Cold water or water which is more beneficial for weight loss?
There is lots of debate over ideal temperature of water for weight loss. Gym instructors say its cold water that is more beneficial and result in fat loss where as doctors recommend warm water for removal of fat and greasy substance from our body.

You will be amazed to hear that both warm and cold water have their own health benefits. Both are known to slightly increase your metabolism. Upon exercising cold water get absorbed better and also increase immunity. Where as hot water helps in breaking down fat cells and helps in detoxification.

So include combination of both, around meal timings have warm water where as in between meals and during exercise have cold water.

Dear, you can get a healthy muscular body by following methods: - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like milk powder, soya protein for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. To gain weight you need to consume above 3000 calories. Fruits that are good source of energy and fat are 1. Mangoes - additional benefit of vit a, c, e 2. Banana - additional benefit of potassium content 3. Avocado - good fat, vitamin m and potassium 4. Olives - good source of sodium 5. Dried fruits - almonds, cashew, nuts, fig etc use them with milk as a shake or smoothie for better taste and added benefits.

Your tummy problem is due to delayed periods nd uti infection start taking below given homoeopathic medicines for 2 months nd consult me thereafter pulsatilla nig 30 (dr reckeweg) drink 5 drops in 1spoon fresh water daily night agnus castus pentarkan (wilmar schwabe india) chew 2 tab 3 times daily mensoaid syrup (bakson) drink 2 sspoons in evening. Dear, These are methods and instructions to reduce cholesterol in body : * Avoid Butter , Ghee & cream in your diet . * Eat five leaves of Kari patta and five leaves of neem once in a day . * Avoid non veg food because it contain high fat content . * Do not eat fast food and avoid cold drink. * Do running and jogging daily for 15 minutes . 1.no alcohol 3. No smoking/ tobacco 4. Diet - no ghee/ butter, have mix of vegetable oils - mustard, til, ground nut, olive oil, have more green vegetables and fruits, have whole grain atta, no fried. Fast. Spicy / processed/ junk food. 5. 30 mts brisk walk daily 6. Deep breathing exercise for 10 mts daily 7. Meditation daily for 10 mts. 6-8 hrs of sleep at night 8. Expose your body to sun for 15-20 mts daily after some oil massage to get vit d. 9. Take more water for medicine contact on private chat.

There ways to control your blood pressure without medicines. 1) avoid stress. Try mind relaxation techniques 2) reduce salt intake to 5 gm per day. Stop papad pickle etc. 3) regular exercise walk at least half an hour every day. 4) start meditation.

You are having type 1 diabetes and are on the correct regimen of insulin. type 1 diabetics require to compulsorily take insulin thrice a day. although there are insulins avaliable which are effective for the entire day, just taking that one shot wont be enough in your case and you may land up with complications. People who are on one shot of insulin in a day are having a completely different type of diabetes, one in which tablets are also useful.

You should go for 45 minutes brisk walk and do exercise atleast 15 to 20 minutes. Take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Consumption of plenty of water be ensured. Take salad before meals. Don't take rice at night. Take frequent meals instead of 3 big meals. Don't use table salt. Take sprouts. Avoid junk food.

Hello, Gaining weight is a slow process which requires patience and dedication! The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points ( if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day.Protein shakes will help you to gain muscle mass, particularly if you're working out. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Strength training includes working with weights and performing exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bicep curls, crunches, chin-ups and leg curls. Just keep in mind that the more you exercise, the more calories you will need to consume to replace those you lost while working out. This is where protein shakes and bars really come in handy. -Quit smoking. As it suppresses the appetite. -Stay healthy. The most important thing through the entire weight gain process is to stay healthy - eating a balanced diet and continuing to exercise throughout. -Take enough of rest and sleep for rejuvenation of the cells and tissues. -Think Positive which will help you in achieving your target of gaining weight. -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos., both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 1month.
