First we hav to work on ur digestive system...Mix 1 teaspoon each of cinnamon, ginger and cumin powder with honey to make a paste. Take 1 teaspoon 3 times a day...Follow up after 1week...drink plenty of fluids..avoid constipation.

Hi lybrate-user, it seems that you may have anxiety and depression. In both of these condition patients complains of fatigues, pain over several regions. Also you may have somatoform pain disorder. In those cases usually the reports are normal. I think you can consult with neuropsychiatrist. Hope you will be improved. Do stretching exercises and yoga also. Thanks.

. Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15 minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories. * you can take medohar guggal of baidyanath 1 tablet daily for atleast 3 months but only under the supervision of ayurveda expert.

I have some fat in my lower stomach. So I want to remove these. Please give me a suggestion how to remove fat.
Don’t worry. You can lose weight easily if you are patient and determined to shed those extra kilos. You just have to alter your daily routine, watch what you eat and be physically active. This requires you to be on your weight loss commitment for quiet long. As soon as you start seeing the results, you will be surprised as well as motivated to go beyond your weight loss and adopt and a lifelong healthy attitude. For a start please follow: 1. Watch what you eat – Are you eating too much junk, drink excessive alcohol and eating too much white food and sugar? Please cut it down to as low as you can from tomorrow. Cut down tea/coffee if you are too addicted to it. It is creating havoc inside your body. 2. Lifestyle – Are you a late sleeper and late riser? You can’t imagine what this schedule of yours is doing to your metabolism. It is degrading your digestive system from inside and your looks from outside. 3. Physically active – If you are a couch potato who loves to watch tv whole day then throw that couch of yours in the street and get yourself a treadmill tomorrow. Yes it is as simple as that. Who is stopping you? You have to be physically active all day long if you want to burn those extra calories. Do daily brisk walk, Pranayam, atleast 20 surayanamaskar everyday to start seeing the results. Take break between office work to walk a little or rather just climb some stairs to get that food you ate in lunch have space and heat to digest and absorb. What’s the harm in using your washroom to do a little middle of the day squats. Do that – No one is watching you. The key is to stay physically active all day long, no matter what. 4. Eat healthy and eat on time: Not only eating healthy is important but eating at right time is equally imp too. Have an early breakfast and early dinner and have 4 small meals between breakfast and dinner. To guide you a bit, here you go: A. Breakfast (Between 8-10 a. M) – Have oats/porridge or brown bread with milk and nuts. B. At 11 a. M - Cup of Green Tea c. Mid day meal (around 12 p. M) – Have a bowl of fruits. Citrus fruits are best taken during this hour and absorb well in the body. Have oranges, amla, pineapple etc during this hour. D. Lunch (between 2-3 p. M) – Daal, roti, mix veg, buttermilk and salad. You can also take brown rice with daal in lunch. Try to get your food cooked in olive oil. Lace your salad with apple cider vinegar, black pepper and seeds like flaxseeds or chia seeds to make it nutrition packed lunch. E. Between 4 p. M – 5 p. M – Cup of Green Tea F. Evening (4-6 p. M) – Have some nice sprouts with tomatoes and cucumber. G. Dinner (2 hours before sleeping, preferably before 9 p. M) – Paneer & veggies salad with olive oil, Roti or brown rice with Daal. H. Have a glass of warm milk. Weight loss is 80% about what you eat and 20% about exercises. That said, both the things go hand in hand. If you want to lose weight in a more healthy way than be patient and just follow the regimen everyday. Slow and steady wins the race.

The most common high-lactose foods include: Milk, milkshakes and other milk-based beverages. Whipping cream and coffee creamer. Ice cream, ice milk, sherbet. Cheese. Butter. Puddings, custards. Cream soups, cream sauces. Foods made with milk. Regular yogurt is often tolerable for people with lactose intolerance, even though it's high in lactose. Most yogurts contain active, live bacteria that actually help break down the lactose from the yogurt. However, frozen yogurt doesn't typically contain these beneficial bacterial cultures.

Firstly start doing surya namaskar in morning for amazing results, its more than just a weight loss exercise, it should be done empty stomach. Secondly start eating fruits and juices (seasonal fruit) every alternative days, and other alternatives days eat normal routine diet, do this for 90 days for best results.

You might not know you have the condition until it's discovered by accident, such as when a blood test shows elevated bilirubin levels. Gilbert's syndrome requires no treatment. Gilbert's syndrome (GS) is a common genetic liver disorder found in 3-12% of the population.[1][2][3][4][5] It produces elevated levels of unconjugated bilirubin in the bloodstream (hyperbilirubinemia), but this normally has no serious consequences, although mild jaundice may appear under conditions of exertion or stress. How to improve digestion naturally? In my case I am eating a lot but health is not improving. I am not felling strong but I am taking nutritious food everyday. First of all make sure that your stomach is not having any worms in it. Sometimes people have worms in the stomach and they don't realise it and are unable to die just food properly. To have a very good dietician start drinking fennel tea twice a day. Put 1 table spoon saaunf (fennel) in water and boil that water. After boiling it remove the fennel and drink the water. Do it twice a dt for 3 months. Secondly after eating your meals do not drink of water for 90 minutes. Give a gap of 90 minutes and then drink water. After every meal walk for at least 15 to 20 minutes.

  4. Dental implants: Missing teeth can give your smile a goofy appearance. Thankfully, if you have lost a tooth, you can easily correct your smile with dental implants. A dental implant tooth has a titanium root that is fixed to the gums and a natural-looking replacement tooth that is fitted to match the rest of your teeth.

if you hv normal blood pressure, haemoglobin, pay attention to balanced diet, daily dose of iron, vitsmin, calcium, protein rich food. Take enough rest, and fluids too. Arginine sachet twice daily with water for 2 weeks will improve liquor volume

To reduce weight 1) do not eat for 3 hours before you go to sleep. Eating before going to bed is one of the main cause of rapid weight gain. 2) drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday. 3) eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, and brown rice are all excellent sources of energy and sources of nutrition. 4) don't skip meals. 5) green tea help with weight loss, is by reducing appetite. 6) eat fresh fruits instead of fruit juices. Fruits are good source of fibre except banana mango, chiku. 7). At least half hour walk/day. All are common things but for definite result you need individual diet and exercise schedule. Itis also necessary to have proper diet plan along with the exercises.

Hello to gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. Follow these things: 1. Start exercising. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2. Eat healthy. Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food and any form of sugar. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your daily food intake should ideally consist of nuts, dry fruits, seeds, almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. 3. Consume good amount of fruits and vegetables. Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. 4. Eat whole grains. Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. 5. Supplementation. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. 6. Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow the regimen of weight gain religiously and you will soon start seeing the results.

Warm regards lack of sleep can be really frustrating and is a welcome board for a series of health hazards. At your age sleep of minimum 7 hrs is a must. Try these tips 1. Drink a glass of plain milk before going to bed. 2. Avoid caffeinated beverages or drinks in evening, for eg. Tea, coffee etc. 3. Also do light exercises in morning. 4. Do deep breathing 27 times before sleeping. 5. You can listen to calm soothing music while sleeping. 6. Avoid daytime sleep. 7. Keep your cellphone 15 feets away from your body while sleeping. If all these doesn't help revert back.

Get your Thyroid profile test done to check Tsh levels. Also check what has changed in your diet in last 3-4 months. Weight gain happens gradually. But we only notice it much later. Change your diet reduce oil/sugar. Reduce portion size. Start exercises regularly.
