Plantar corn external removal by burning it with salycylic acid or by laser. Both are temporary management of the problem, the permanent solution is to cure your tendency of the formation of corns!

Calf Stretches Standing calf stretch Stand away from a wall and.put your fight foot behind you and be sure your toes are facing forward. Lean forward at the ankle while bending the right knee and keeping your heel on the ground. Hold this for 30 to 60 seconds. Repeat 10 times a twice a day. Downward dog yoga stretch Get down on all fours with your hands under your shoulders on the floor. Walk your hands forward slightly on the floor. Spread your fingers apart to allow for a broad base of support. Push your hips up toward the ceiling and tighten your abdominal muscles. Keep your heels on the ground and gently try and straighten your knees. Repeat 10 times a twice a day. Wall calf stretch Stand about two feet away from a wall. Place the ball of your right foot against the wall while your heel remains on the ground. Slowly and gently lean into the wall while keeping your knee straight. Hold this for 5 seconds. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Downward dog yoga stretch Get down on all fours with your hands under your shoulders on the floor. Walk your hands forward slightly on the floor. See dear if the pain is so much like ij legs also then you need a bed rest and do not be afraid of disc bulge as it is very common these days and good news is its totally preventable by just doing simple changes in your lifestyle like use stairs, drink more water, keep changing your positions frequently etc.

I would like to examine your aunt in detail & investigate. Presently investigations suggested: hb, tlc, dlc, esr, blood sugar fasting & pp, uric acid vit d xray of the affected part. Anyway she may try sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Do not ignore it. Let it not become beginning of a bigger problem. Make sure she is not allergic to any of the medicines she is going to take. For emergency treatment contact your nearest hospital or family doctor. If it does not give relief in 4-5days.

You should take Acupressure therapy and take Biochemic Nat mur 200x + Kali phos 200x 4 tab each thrice a days with warm water and take it 5 days than consult private online.

It requires detailed investigation and examination. Preliminary investigations suggested: hb, tlc, dlc, esr, blood sugar fasting & pp, uric acid vit d urine r/e x-ray of the affected part. As per your height and weight, you do not show any sign of over weight. Your legs can pain also because of vitamin D3 or B12 deficiency. Do some weight training exercise for 3 days and cardio vascular for 3 days. To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1. Exercise at least 5 times per week 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.

The ulnar part of my wrist has been experiencing some pain for the past few months. I am usually very active and workout everyday. But this is hindering my exercise routine. Have rested it enough but there is no relief. Have been doing wrist rehabilitation exercises regularly- while that has reduced the pain but its not completely gone. Please suggest what can I do.

Hello Sir, I met with an accident 5-6 years back and from that time there is a pain in my right hand at wrist joint. Hi. Take homoeopathic medicines - Arnica 200 and Rhus Tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply Schwabe's Topi-Arnica and Topi MP Gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. And wrap crepe bandage over it.

Multiple joint pains is caused by the rheumatological group of disorders, which includes: rheumatoid arthritis, gout, sle etc which can cause pain and swelling in multiple joints. You have to check your for esr, uric acids, ra factor, ana tests and thereafter see and orthopod or a rheumatologist.

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. There are many causes of pain in lower back region. It can be due to faulty posture, related to weak muscles, issues with intervertebral disc, narrowing of spinal canal, any bony instability besides many other, so accurate diagnosis is the key to proper management of the condition. You have mentioned ddd which is a very common cause for pain in lower back region. You will have to elaborate your problem as to a detailed discussion of your back pain which means duration of pain and mode of onset. I would also like to ask you if it is associated with any leg pain or any other neurological symptoms like numbness, paraesthesias (electrical shock like abnormal sensations) or any weakness in limbs. Please also tell me about any associated symptoms like fever, weight loss etc. What medications you generally take and what has been your treatment history till now for existing problem. I also need to understand why a lumbar brace has been advised to you, so once I have all these details, I will be able to actually advise whether your travel is ok or not? do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further assistance. Yes walnut is useful for bone 2-3 walnut empty stomach with milk afterwards. Do massage with warm sesame oil or suitable oil for 15 min. Afterwards take hot fomentation for 10 min. Start natural calcium supplement. Do regular stretching exercise In yoga DO BHUJANGASAN, HALASAN & SURYANAMASKAR are helpful This will give you relief in mild to moderate cases. If you’re not satisfied please do consult you need medicines to achieve complete relief.

You can start with simpler exercises to begin with like walking instead of jogging and similarly other exercises which do not put strain on your abdominal muscles.

Hello this pain may be caused by certain activities. In order to get relief do hot fomentation 3 times a day & don't lift weight. Do some exercises which includes moving wrist & fingers through their normal ranges. Revert me after 7days.
