Try scheduling your studies in the early morning hours or before 7.00 pm. At this time the brain is in a better position to take your inputs. Take short break in between and relax without thinking about your studies for sometime. Eat a good break fast and good amount of omega3 fatty acids for better memory.

Dermatologists or plastic surgeons usually give several treatments with a "pulsed-dye" laser. Laser treatment is often started in infancy when the stain and the blood vessels are smaller and the birthmark is much easier to treat. You should consult the doctor or upload your pic so that the apt treatment can be advised according to the area involved.

Hello, A night cream containing kojic acid, niacinamide is safe and effective like Melaglow, you can also use Vit C serums. The most important thing during these treatment is sun protection. You have to be strict with usage of sunscreen atleast three times a day to maintain the results.
