Good morning doctor, My concern that my height 168 and weight 86 kg. I need to reduces my weight to 60. Guide me with diet and exercise. I practice exercise but after some day I got pain in back. Hi be postiive, you can lose weight. It is good that you have set a target. If you can think of losing weight you can lose weight. Avoid fast food, food with high sodium & processed food. Exercising for 20 mins is less you, exercise for 40 mins.(you can do 20 mins in morning, 20 mins in evening) please share your daily diet pattern (what you eat in breakfast/lunch/dinner)

Carrot juice is very effective in reducing fat from your body. Take one or two fresh carrots and peel off its outer skin. Now put the carrots in a juice blender and extract its juice. Drink a glass of carrot juice every day in the morning. You can also include carrots in your daily salad mixture or eat as raw carrots or can even have it steam cooked with other vegetables every day to see a visible weight loss.

You need to take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me privately for customized diet plan for you. Do crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat.

Hello, follow the below tips to loose weight :- 1. Take phytolacca berry tablets (wsi), 2 tablets with warm water, three times a day, half an hour before meals. 2. fatoline drops from Haslab, 15 drops + 1/2 cup of warm water, twice a day. 3. Take 1 glass of luke warm water with lemon juice and honey in the morning for 15 days in a month. You should consult a dietician for a proper diet chart. Thanks.

Green tea
Green tea is the most popular remedy which promotes weight loss. According to studies at penn state revealed that a compound named epigallocatechin-3-gallate (egcg) found in green tea helps to slow down the weight gain. The egcg increase the body's ability to use fat and also limits the fat absorption, also green tea is enriched with nutrients such as vitamin c, selenium, carotenoids, chromium, zinc and other minerals. Drinking 4 cups of green tea daily helps to combat obesity.

Lemon juice
Lemon juice is another effective remedy for obesity. On the first day, the patient should be given nothing but plenty of water. On the second day, the diet should consist of 3 lemons mixed with an equal amount of water. Subsequently increase lemons to 12 per day and then the number of lemons should be decreased in the same order until 3 lemons are taken in a day. First 2- 3 days patient may feel weak, after that his condition will stabilize.


Cabbage
Cabbage is the finest remedy for obesity. The tartaric acid present in cabbage inhibits the conversion of sugar and other carbohydrates in to fat. This is very helpful in weight reduction, so substitute a meal with cabbage salad is a simplest way to stay slim.

Tomato
Take two to three ripe tomatos in the early morning as a substitute of your breakfast for a couple of months. This remedy is considered safe for reducing weight. Tomatoes also reduce water retention in our body.

Being a dietitian my views: there is no single diet chart for everyone. To plan a specific diet we do collect lot of information like height, weight, food frequency, digestive history, medical history, likes, dislike, lifestyle, eating habits. Remember one thing to follow a diet it should be personalized according to person's body type and not generalized. Starting with there is no pills or powder or shake which can help you to lose weight in a healthy way. To lose weight eat an hour within walking up and dinner at least 2 hours before you sleep. Avoiding eating anything after dinner. Breakfast should be your king size have good complex carbohydrates and protein rich. Eat every 2 hours small frequent meal do help in weight loss. And do not overeat. One can come to ideal body weight with few lifestyle modification. Have green tea only 2 cups a day. For exercise I would say diet plays 80 % role and exercise plays 20 % role in losing weight. Personal advise on gym. You should not make your body habituated with machines rather do simple walk or surya namaskar or planks. So only with healthy eating one can lose weight.

Just with exercise you will not achieve fat loss. You have to eat clean as well. To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1. Exercise at least 5 times per week 3 days of weights and 2 days of cardio. 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, whey protein powder, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.
