The main causes of hair loss are stress, hormonal disorders, bad eating habits, diseases, drugs, hair dyes, genetic disorders, smoking and dandruff. So proper treatment is necessary according to symptoms. So please see some ayurveda physician near you personally. Till then you can try these home remedies. 1) start taking 1 amla everyday. 2) Apply paste of trifla, bhringraj & methi seeds on head before washing & wash after 1 hr. 3) Increase the qty of milk & ghee in your diet. 4) Have a good sleep. 5) Go for shirodhara, a panchakarma treatment for reduced stress & better hair growth 6) Reduce the amount of salt & spices in your daily diet 7) wash hair with trifla & neem kadha 8) Make a Hair pack mixing fine powders of triphala 50 gm, nagaramotha 10 gm, methi seeds 40 gm and mehendi or hena (Lowsonia inermis) powder 150 gm in water and apply from the root to the tips of the hair. It may be tempting to eat fast food, but greasy foods are among the worst culprits for hair loss. If you have a craving for a burger and fries, your best bet is to cook the burger yourself and dice, season and bake some potato wedges (leaving the skins on) to go along with it. Try to limit your intake of excessively cold, spicy and sugary foods as well. These can tax your body, and when your body’s fighting something unhealthy, it’s not functioning at its peak level.

Baking Soda Baking soda is an effective treatment for blackheads as well as acne. It helps clear the skin of impurities such as debris and dirt. 1. Mix two teaspoons of baking soda with mineral water to make a paste. 2. Apply the paste generously on the affected skin area and massage gently. Allow it to dry for a few minutes before rinsing it off with warm water. 3. Repeat this remedy once or twice a week. 2. Cinnamon Cinnamon can be used to remove and prevent blackheads • Mix one teaspoon each of cinnamon powder and lemon juice with a pinch of turmeric powder (optional). Spread it on your face, leave it on for 10 to 15 minutes and then rinse it off. • Alternatively, mix one teaspoon of cinnamon powder and honey to form a thick paste. Apply it on the affected area before bed and leave it on overnight. In the morning, wash your face well with normal water. For best results, follow this remedy daily for about 10 days.

Hi. There are four main factors which causes acne: Oil production Dead skin cells Clogged pores Bacteria Factors that may worsen the acne: Androgen hormones, certain medications (drugs containing corticosteroids, androgens or lithium can worsen acne), dietary factors, including dairy products and carbohydrate-rich foods — such as bread, bagels and chips — may trigger acne and Stress can make acne worse. Management: Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 20 days.

Besides diet, excessive stress, current/past dandruff and some medication are known to retard the hair growth and promote hair loss. Cut down on the use of hair sprays, hair gels, and styling creams that contain harsh chemical ingredients which can dry the scalp and cause the formation of flakes. Also, harsh treatments such as perms, colours, relaxers etc. Take a toll on the health of your hair. Avoid changing your shampoo and conditioner constantly. Stick to one good mild cleansing shampoo for six months before changing. Excessive exposure to the sunlight, pollution, rain water and dust without proper protection makes the hair dry, brittle and limp. Use a live-in conditioner during the rains to protect it from the humidity and wash and oil it regularly to maintain a healthy scalp. I may also prescribe medications like biotin or minoxidil. Start below mention tips. 1. Eat healthy and balanced food like pulses (soyabean is best for hair), egg, green leafy vegetables, fishes, fruits and nuts etc. 2. Drink more water (12 to 15 glasses per day) 3. Avoid stress and anger 4. For prevention of fungal infection in scalp, wash your hair regularly with some good shampoo. You can use conditioner for smoothing of hair quality. 5. Avoid combing of wet hair. 6. Do not share your towel or comb with other people. Try these tips.

I have rid of pimples. It should not be there in my face. How to cure the pimples?

I have rid of pimples. It should not be there in my face. How to cure the pimples?
Pimples or acne is caused when Hair follicles in your skin gets clogged due to oil, dirt, bacteria or dead skin. Acne generally occurs in people with oily skin but other factors like dead skin, dirt, pollution or hormonal imbalance can also cause acne in people with normal skin. Acne can be reduced or controlled by including some habits in your daily life style. 1. Keep your skin clean – Wash your face daily with an oil control face wash. You can also use a good AHA glow face wash that not only controls oil but also removes dead skin and bacteria. You can also use a good tea tree face wash. By shedding the old dead skin, your skin feels rejuvenated and clean. Apply a good toner, like tea tree toner after washing your face. After toning, apply an oil free and non- comedogenic cream on face. Last but not the least, apply a good sunscreen with minimum 30 spf daily. 2. Face packs – Occasionally apply good oil controlling face packs. Multani mitti + Lemon + yogurt is a good face packs for oily skin beauties. You can apply organic apple cider for 5 minutes after washing your face to kill the bacteria that clogs your pores. Green Tea can also be used as a toner once a day. 3. Diet – Most important thing is diet. Eat fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables daily. Reduce junk food intake, colas, alcohol and soda and consume whole grains. Keeping your digestive system healthy keeps your body and blood toxins free. Drink green tea, lemon juice, orange juice and food items containing Vitamin C as it is responsible for maintaining good skin health. Drink at least 10 glasses of water every day. 4. Exercise – Exercises, yoga, suryanamaskar improves the blood circulation and balances hormones. They keep skin healthy and boost body’s immunity to deal with several issues and not just acne. Include it in your daily regime.

If you suffer from acne, pimples, blackheads & dark spots it means that the PITTA Dosha (Heat in body) is increased. For that you need proper ayurvedic medicine along with following diet & lifestyle changes. 1) Avoid eating salty, spicy & sour foods 2) Have milk & ghee twice daily 3) Green tea has antimicrobial and antioxidant compounds that can help fight acne. To get its effects, use a cooled cup of green tea as a face wash or lay the bag over the affected area. 4) Apply a teaspoon of honey to affected areas, or make a mask by mixing 1/2 cup of honey with 1 cup of plain oatmeal and leaving it on for 30 minutes. The best cream is Flora fair cream along with kumkumadi tailam oil drops in nose.

Yu can remove the marks by dermabrasion or laser therapy . Or you can try home remedies. I have read your concern about pores on your face. There are various reasons that can cause pores to appear larger: oil, dirt, and skin cells can clog them and expand their diameter (and once the clutter has oxidized and darkened, create blackheads); and while they're generally most noticeable on congestion-prone oily skin, they can also flatten out and look bigger If you have oily skin, you are more likely to have pronounced pores. Overactive sebaceous glands (or simply, oil glands) cause oil to constantly pass through the pores, and in some cases, clog them. This may lead to skin's loss of elasticity, which result in enlarged-looking pores. You can apply coconut oil to make skin regularly/ evenly oily instead of the irregular/uneven oiliness which damages look and gets clogged The unproven myth is that pores open and close. While the truth is despite what people believe is that you cannot steam your pores open. 'Pores do not have muscles around their opening to allow them to open and close,' However, steaming the skin can help loosen up underlying debris, making blackheads easier to extract. Homemade sugar scrubs can be of great help in reducing large pores as they exfoliate the skin and remove excess oil and impurities. Mix two tablespoons of sugar, one tablespoon of olive oil and a few drops of lemon juice. Gently rub it on your skin for 20 to 30 seconds, and then wash it off with cool water. 1. Method-2 Prepare a scrub by combining grounded almonds powder and orange peel powder. Apply it on your face rubbing in a circular motion. It's the best cure for opened skin pores. 2. Mash a banana. Add two teaspoons of sweet almond oil to it. Apply it. Rinse off after 20 minutes.
