Get adequate sleep. One reason behind stressing on the need to get adequate sleep is because it’s so closely linked to the immune system. While you sleep, the body secretes certain hormones and substances which help better fight infections and diseases. This makes these hormones so vital and indispensable at the same time. Exercise Regularly. If you're looking for a safe and smart way to boost your immunity, regular exercise is the answer to it.
