Hi Jaya, some people gain max 7 kgs in pregnency , if the baby weight gain n growth is good then u don't have to worry. U need to inc protein intake , Take protein powder with milk twice daily, sprouts, soya, rajma, n other dals r rich in protein , paneer is also good. Inc the quantity of ur food intake , cont treptin biscuits.

Hello dear dark circles are not a disease it's a sign of weakness. You take almonds, walnuts, cashew and milk. Add citrus fruits in your food. Apply papaya's paste on dark circles daily for 30 minutes.

Please get your thyroid checked again. May be you need higher medication. Try to avoid cabbage, peanuts and all goitrogenic foods.

You may increase your weight by taking banana shake daily in morning. Take a paste of 40 grams butter with sugar daily for month on chappati or bread for two months. Also you may take figs and black raisins soaked daily in morning.

Hye, Thanks for the query. Gaining weight requires you to eat more calories than you burn. Although fried or sugary foods are calorie dense, eating them exclusively won’t provide enough nutrition to keep you energetic and healthy. Eating several meals and snacks throughout the day and including nutritious, calorie-dense food will help you gain weight healthfully. Weight gain depends primarily on your genetics, age, weight and activity level. To gain weight, you need to eat more calories than you burn. If you’re not used to eating large quantities of food at one time, you may find it difficult to fit all of your calories into three meals per day. Eating nutritious, calorie-dense foods every two to three hours will help you get your calories in without making you overly full and sluggish. If you tend to forget to eat or are always on the go, bring calorie-dense snacks such as eggs, mixed nuts, fruits and dairy. Nutritious, calorie-dense foods provide essential vitamins and minerals, which promote good health and energy. Adding ghee and cream to foods adds additional calories for very little extra physical bulk. Fruit juice, masala milk provides crucial nutrients. Meal-replacement shakes and protein powder sound like good options but also remember that unless your diet is not planned sadly they won't help.

HI, It is great you have identified your problem your self. All you have to do is slowly start moving around during your work time. Take time out and walk, cycle, skip rope for 30 minutes a day. Remember being active is a conscious decision, start less using your bike, start using mobile apps to record your number of steps per day and slowly try to increase them. Movement is life.

Advice - lentils and soyabean for protein intake, and my advice eat Indian food avoid western food, drink plenty of water, eat local fruits and vegetables. , I've been getting acne breakouts since 2012 (I was 22 then) and since then pimples have been a regular face issue. The dermatologist consulted me that they were hormonal, gave some medications but it didn't work. I am struggling with these pesky pus filled germs till now. My skin has never been pimple free and I have developed marks as well. Recently, I've adjusted my diet. Eating less spicy food, drinking water, eating fruits etc (I have lemon water and curd every alternate day). I apply honey almost everyday for half an hour and at night I either massage my face with olive oil or lemon. For almost a month, I have been taking'Herbal antibiotics from Organic India and somehow I feel pimples haven't surfaced for the past month. However, they have been substituted with occasional boils which disappear after 2-3 days. I don't understand where am I going wrong? I wish I had a clear face like I used to have prior to 2010 Please please help me out!

There are four main factors which causes acne: Oil production Dead skin cells Clogged pores Bacteria Factors that may worsen the acne: Androgen hormones, certain medications (drugs containing corticosteroids, androgens or lithium can worsen acne), dietary factors, including dairy products and carbohydrate-rich foods — such as bread, bagels and chips — may trigger acne and Stress can make acne worse. Management: Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Use home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 20 days.

I am a b tech student. And I have sit for nightouts. Sometimes my eyes get blur and I can not distinguish things around me. After it gets normal, I get a severe headache. That blur remains for 15-20 mins. But headache longs for more than 3 hrs. Can you suggest any reason and cure for it.

Hello, get your eyes tested from an opthalmologist. Include the following for getting better vision: vitamins a, c, e, and minerals like copper and zinc are essential to eyesight. Get the antioxidants from dark leafy greens, egg yolks, yellow peppers, pumpkin, sweet potatoes, and carrots. Include garlic and onions. Blueberries, grapes as they have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties that can help improve your vision. Dha is a fatty acid found in coldwater fish like salmon, sardines and mackerel. Exercises for strengthening eye muscles: -begin by partially closing your eyes; the lids should only be halfway shut. After holding for 10-15 seconds, close your eyes very slowly. Take a few deep breaths to increase oxygen in the blood. -warm your eyes. Rub your palms together to create heat, and then place them against your eyes for five seconds. Repeat this three times. -hold a pen at arm's length. Focus your gaze on the tip of the pen. Bring the pen closer to your nose at a slow and steady pace. Repeat this exercise 5-10 times. -concentrate your vision on the tip of your nose. Then shift your gaze to an object further away, either at arm's length or 20 feet away. Then shift your eyes back to the tip of your nose. Repeat this exercise 10 times. -sit in a relaxed but upright position. Begin by look to the left-most position (without moving your head) and hold to stretch your eye muscles. Hold for 5 counts. Blink and return your gaze back to look straight in front of you. Then look to the right-most position with your gaze and hold for 5 counts. Repeat 3 times, blinking between each hold. Then, repeat this exercise looking up and then down. Do not forget about blinking. -sit in a relaxed but upright position. Look up and to your right for 5 seconds. Return your gaze to center. Look up to and to your left for 5 seconds. Return your gaze to center. Look down and to your right for 5 seconds. Return your gaze to center. Look down and to your left for 5 seconds. -one helpful way to do this is to imagine that you are looking at the number 12 on a clock. Then, follow the numbers around the clock with your eyes. Repeat going the other way around the clock. -massage your temples. Using your thumb knuckles, massage your temples in small circles, 20 times in one direction and 20 in the other. Repeat the same actions above the midpoint of the eyebrows at the forehead, then below the eyes on both sides of the bridge of the nose. -take a mini-nap. Put your head back, close your eyes, and relax for 3 minutes. Insufficient sleep may weaken your vision, so shoot for 8 hours of sound sleep a night. Rest your eyes 10 minutes for every 50 minutes spent reading or in front of the computer. If your eyes feel overly tired, lie down and place cooling cucumber slices over your eyelids.
