It is generally noticed that the people who fast for long hours (self dieting), tend to put on more weight because their body start storing even carbs. To loose with heathy food like eat every 3 hours in moderate amounts, a combination of more fibre, whole grains, sprouts, legumes, salads, 3-4 cups green tea, 1 fist dry fruits to have virgin fats, limit aerated & sugary beverages, junk foods, fast foods etc. And exercise for 45 min including yoga especially kapal bharti - 15 min every day. You are obviously stressed and probably doing a lot of emotional eating. Your sedentary work style is not helping at all. You seem to display a lot of anger. Your over-eating may be due to that. Apart from that, you need to look at your metabolic rate ? my assumption is that that may be low as well. So the thing to do is deal with your feelings with a counselor; eat a lot of fiber food, whole grains, vegetables, and fruits; exercise every day in the morning and during the day, take periodic breaks and just walk around from your desk; and finally do some stress management course. Among these things the exercise will increase your metabolic rate and your expressing feelings are the most critical.

During pregnancy weight loose exercises are usually not prescribed, I would say that start walking everyday atleast 20 minutes upto 7 month of pregnancy. Do not eat food after sunset you will loose weight naturally by doing this. Avoid sugar and oily food. If possible start using atta peesne ki chakki. Its the best exercise for women, your baby will born naturally because it brings flexibility in your uterus. Eat methi ka dana or methi ke ladoo for a healthy baby and to reduce delivery complications.

How about some simple foods from your kitchen which can help you burn fat? We bring to you below the 5 such foods which you should try to consume if you want to lose the extra flab.

CINNAMON

Cinnamon can give a boost to metabolism by 20%. If you are consuming more food than required, your body gets excess sugar, the liver will converts this sugar into fatty acids or fat. Cinnamon helps to break down sugar for absorption into the body as energy and fastens up the sugar metabolism which may result in less fatty acids production for the body to store. Cinnamon can also help stabilize blood-sugar levels.

As you said you have breathing difficulty while running. So why not do a pulmonary function test to know the severity of asthma and take regular medicines if required. You might have exercise induced asthma. Kindly don't ignore your problems as weight loss will become much easier later. Eat healthy low carbs, high proteins for weight loss.

There is no shortcut to target fat on specific areas of body. Your best bet is to eat a balanced meal and exercise at least 4-5times a week. If you need to opt for the short cut way you will have to go in for cosmetic treatments like machines or surgery.

Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9. Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.

Hi, can understand that weight gain is a big problem now a day. The main reason behind weight gain is eating more of the processed food, less of exercise and drinking less water. According to your given hight & weight your bmi is very good. & weight is also very good. For weight reduce in particular organ, excersice of that organ is best. Diet & medicine can affect on whole body. So start abdomen excersice. One more thing you can do it, use barley flour & triphala powder. Use it for massage on abdomen before going to bath I m giving simple general tips * take luke warm water only *take turmeric before food * avoid day sleep * use cow ghee and milk *take buttermilk, avoid curd.

Avoid beetroot in that and have that before 3 hrs of bed. Also start taking honey and lemon water to start your day. Follow a low calorie and 60gms protein diet chart. Also start taking a plate of salad before 20 mins of your lunch. Consult privately for detailed diet chart with me.

Hi incorporate more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains into your diet while eliminating unhealthy foods. - if you are working or studying away from home, try to pack healthy lunch and snacks for yourself to avoid eating unhealthy food daily. - don't eat straight from the packet - use a plate or bowl to control how much you eat. - don't delay or skip meals. - cut down your consumption of aerated drinks and sodas. - drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. Drink water after waking up and before sleeping. Being dehydrated may make you feel like you're hungry, so it is important to stay hydrated. - have homemade fruit and vegetable juices - eat 5-6 small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, every day, instead of having a few big ones. This regulates your blood sugar level and your metabolism. - don't skip breakfast, instead, make it rich with complex carbohydrates and proteins, so it can provide you with energy to get through the day. Try to include the following as your morning breakfast, oats porridge, eggs on multigrain toast or daliya with sprouts. - avoid artificial sweeteners in processed foods. - eat slowly as it takes about 20 minutes for your brain to register if you're full or not. Eating too fast leads to overeating, so chew slowly to digest your food better and control how much you eat. - use a smaller plate to control your portion sizes and avoid overeating. - know your cravings and do not snack when you're emotional. It is said that you crave crunchy and savory food when you're stressed, frustrated or lonely. Figure out what you crave and replace them with healthier alternatives. - do not eat mindlessly; concentrate on your food instead of watching tv or playing with your phone to avoid overeating.

I am 19 years old but I do not get my periods regularly. I have consulted gynecologists she tested me and said I have some air bubbles and until and unless they go I will not get my periods regularly. She said to use tablets and I hv used for 6 months. Firstly stop eating these antibiotics, they are temporary fixes which will do harm in long run and will bring complication for your role as a mother. Drink cow milk and put 1 table spoon cow ghee in it. Dear Please cheer up and begin with saying to yourself that you will lose weight. Take small steps towards healthy eating choices and portion control week by week. Do not follow any quick or fad diets. It takes a lot of determination to lose weight and taking it as a challenge is the best thing to do. Drink about 3 liters of warm/hot water every day. Begin your day with lime-honey water as this will boost your metabolism. Include a cup of green tea everyday and try to eat 5-6 small portions of food than 3 big meals. Also, after 6 pm, try eating more natural foods such as fruits and vegetables. Be strong!

Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one cup of water. If you use freshly ground black pepper, then just add one-quarter teaspoon. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. Do this daily for at least three months.

You need to take a balanced diet. Do exercise. Eat fat burner foods. Eat one glass luke warm water with lemon juice with one tsp honey in the early morning. Follow a low calorie balanced diet. Eat low calorie foods. Eat more vegetables n fruits. Eat 4 ltrs water. Eat flax seed powder with 1 glass of water before go to bed. Eat pomegranate /day if you want really lose weight. Aviod fast foods. Use rice bran oil o doctor'choice company 15-20 ml/day.

I will suggest you to do suryanamaskar daily as per your capacity for a minimum of six months and for loosing weight few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast , khaari ,naan ,white bread . can drink tea but without sugar say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout's can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits say no to coconut water
