To reduce fat and belly fat you need to be particular about food choices & timings. Eat small & frequent meals. Include high fiber foods in your diet such as whole cereals & whole pulses. Drink plenty of water. Avoid refined foods from your diet such as maida, pasta. Keep check on your food intake. You can put suscream lotion on your face when you go out cover your face.

Hello, obaesity, being common, now a days due to irregular life style, - can be reduced, by opting-certain natural-norms in life. *go for a brisk walk in d morning to restore blood circulation to nourish d whole body. *tk, plenty of water to eliminate toxins and to regulate metabolism to burn fats cell. Hello, Take, 3/4 litres  of water, free from conteminents to eliminate toxins and to regulate metabolism to burn fats cell.  •  Go for meditation to reduce your stress and to nourish cell & tissues to curb fats cells.     •Go for either, cycling, jogging, swimming, skipping, gardening, playing badminton, dancing,regularly.   •Opt staircase, instead of a lift in your office. •Take, oats with green tea  or, 1 slice of whole grain bread with 1 cup of cooked vegetable soup + 1 fruit (pomegranate, pear) in d breakfast.   •Take, salad, fruits,sprouts in ample qty in lunch, your meal b preferably, vegetarian ,high in proteins and fibre, maintaing 1300-1600 calories through dietary  regulation.      •consume salad, fruits (not juice) whenever you feel hungry. Here are some diet tips 1. Eat high fibre food avoids eating food in simple sugar form 2. Eat fresh fruits instead of fruit juices. Fruits are good source of fibre except banana mango, chiku. 3. Try to avoid deep fried food and oil containing food. Control your fat consumption in your routine diet 4. Avoid bakery products, sweets. 5. Have plenty of water at least 3 liter in a day 6. At least half hour walk in a day.

Getting rid of belly fat is not an easy job, especially for women. Women always hide their belly fat along their waistline as they grow due to hormonal changes. Once you decide to get rid of your belly fat automatically you are shedding your body weight too. They are many methods to reduce belly fat, but the best way is through weight loss plan and regular workout routine that burns fat and strengthens your abdominal muscles. Aerobic workouts aerobic workouts increase your heart rate. The cardiovascular exercises help to blaze calories and fat from your body. To reduce belly fat follow the rule. Do aerobic exercises for 30 minutes, 5 days per week. If you follow the program, you are sure to burn calories resulting in weight loss of 2 lbs in a week. Now, transfer your weight to forearms and toes and slowly lift your body off the floor and you are on the straight line from head to toes. When lifting your body off the floor, breathe deeply for 30 seconds and gradually increase the time once you gain abdominal strength.

Dear you are so health conscious. But you are little late, Accumulation of Fat STARTS on lower body and gradually it comes to abdomen area. If you want to lose belly Fat you should go with 8-10 kg weight loss. Avoid HIGH CALORIE DIET. Eat Less and Frequent meal. Hi Firstly congratulations. Right now you should not worry too much about weight. Take proper diet with lots of fruits, vegetables, milk etc. Avoid too much ghee. You can do light walks for about 30 minutes every day. The excess weight will go away with time. As such you have not gained too much weight as of now. So stay positive and stay motivated. Keep fit.

You need to have diet plan based on your BMI & activities. Whatever we eat is metabolised by the body for the energy needed to do daily work and the excess is stored as fat. Abdomen is the first place to gain weight and last to disappear. In brief, Weight reduction can be achieved only by reducing the intake of food 1/3 of what you take now. And by appropriate exercise plans for each part like belly, thighs, legs / chest etc. To burn off fat. Some tips 1) Drink three or four cups of water whenever you feel hungry and just before eating food 2) Take boiled or raw vegetable like cucumber, carrot etc. As half of your diet. Then take 1/2 of your total diet as sprouted pulses / proteinaceous food like roti, cooked pulses and remaining with rice or other carbohydrates. Oil or ghee etc. Should be just bare minimum. And do aerobic exercises, running, jogging or at least walking briskly 3-5 KMs and swimming if possible, and in a gym if feasible. The most important is to burn off the energy intake by exercises. There is no short cut or medicines without exercise & dieting to take just as mush food as needed for your activities. The food we eat is utilised for our energy needs and the remaining will be stored as fat which leads to obesity. It is better to do some tests. Hello, please ask her to follow the below medication:- 1. Take phytolacca berry tablets (wsi), 2 tablets with warm water, three times a day, half an hour before meals. 2. Fatoline drops from haslab, 15 drops + 1/2 cup of warm water, twice a day. 3. Take 1 glass of luke warm water with lemon juice and honey in the morning for 15 days in a month. 4. Take 1 cup of green tea in the evening daily. Revert after 1 month.

take iodine -rich meals, banana, intake at least 8 glass of water in day. eat more fiber rich foods, coconut oil, green tea, tyrosine -rich foods, low fat milk, avoid soya - products, go for walk daily, do exercises---yoga. It can reduced over weight. you can share with me your reports.

All dried fruits are rich in fats as well as proteins. Eating a handfull of nuts preferably light roasted are good for health. Excess of anything creates problems.

I was never fat until 2012 after that I started gaining weight overall bt especially abdomen fat and fat around pubic area and thighs. My lifestyle is also nt normal. I skip breakfasts. Hi, Asthma patients should eat light and early dinner so that they have fewer attacks at night.Also avoid steroids till absolutrely essential as they make you put on weight.
