Hello, you should regularly use spectacles. You should do the below given exercises to strengthen the eye muscles. Warm your eyes. Rub your palms together to create heat, and then place them against your eyes for five seconds. Repeat this three times. Roll your eyes. Start by looking up and then slowly circle 10 times clockwise and 10 times counterclockwise. Focus. Hold a pen at arm's length, focus your eyes on it, and slowly bring the pen closer until it's about 6 inches away from your nose. Then slowly move it back, keeping your eyes focused on the pen, 10 times in all. Massage your temples. Using your thumb knuckles, massage your temples in small circles, 20 times in one direction and 20 in the other. Repeat the same actions above the mid-point of the eyebrows at the forehead, then below the eyes on both sides of the bridge of the nose. Take a mini-nap. Put your head back, close your eyes, and relax for 3 minutes. Insufficient sleep may weaken your vision, so shoot for 8 hours of sound sleep a night. Rest your eyes 10 minutes for every 50 minutes spent reading or in front of the computer. If your eyes feel overly tired, lie down and place cooling cucumber slices over your eyelids. Medication: take homoeopathic medicine which will help you in preventing rather reducing the power of your eyes. Take physostigma 6/ thrice daily for 1 month. Thereafter, revert back for further guidance.

Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.

I had chicken pox last month on I had to have my periods on 28th June but it's still not started, can chicken pox affect my cycle?

Hello, There is no established fact wether chicken pox might obstruct flow of period, it might be established during or after chicken pox. The main symptom is a man's inability to get or keep an erection firm enough for sexual intercourse. HI, You are having intestinal worm infestation. Take one tab. Of Bendex 400 mg today at bed time after food. You can actually see the worms getting expelled from your body along with the stools within a day or two. After that get your stools tested for ova and cyst. Hey lybrate-user! your problem seems like you are developing calculus and plaque deposits too fast. When d deposits on your teeth which is yellow in color stays for too long on the tooth surface. It tends to become black and hard! you have to go for cleaning or scaling preferably once in a year. Let me tell you cleaning/scaling is not a lifetime procedure. Its a yearly or two yearly procedure where in your doctor decides when exactlly you need to go for it! avoid stained food and use a soft toothbrush.

Don't concentrate on the size of the penis and just increase your self confidence during sexual activity and can take protein rich food and also take tablet nurokind more 1-1 for a month And For pain take tablet paracetamol 650 mg and pain should go away on its own

Dear Lybrateuser, - Avoid exposure to cold, also keep the room temperature warm with heating equipment - avoid cold fluids, have warm fluids like water, tea, coffee, milk, soup - have a teaspoon of honey with breakfast - do warm salt water gargles at least twice a day - have more of immunity boosting foods like fruits & vegetables, onion, garlic, turmeric in food, also take a vitamin supplement.

Hye, thanks for the query. Being underweight can be a concern if it's the result of poor nutrition. Here are some healthy ways to gain weight when you're underweight: eat more frequently. When you're underweight, you may feel full faster. Eat five to six smaller meals during the day rather than two or three large meals. Choose nutrient-rich foods. As part of an overall healthy diet, choose whole-grain breads, rice and cereals; fruits and vegetables; dairy products; lean protein sources; and nuts. Don't fill up on diet soda, coffee and other drinks with few calories and little nutritional value. Instead, drink smoothies or healthy shakes. Snack on nuts, dried fruits and fresh fruits. Even when you're underweight, be mindful of excess sugar and fat. An occasional slice of cake or ice cream is fine. But most sweets should be healthy and provide nutrients in addition to calories. Sheera, lassi and chikki are good choices. Exercise, especially strength training, can help you gain weight by building up your muscles. Exercise may also stimulate your appetite.

Sir. I am 23 year old male. From last 2 days there is lot of gas formed in my body. I used eno 2-3 times but no relief also visited a doctor he gave medications but no improvement. This gas has induced a lot of high intensity pain in my legs specially in left leg. This pain is not constant it moves from thigh to feet. Sometimes I feel like screaming due to this. I have been suffering this from last 2-3 years. It occur only when I feel constipated. I don't know whom to consult or which specialist I should visit .I haven't slept properly from 2-3 days. This pain some times feel in waist and back side and sometime in arms. What type of pain is this.
