It's not easy to lose weight. Give time n patience to active goal. Make small targets to get to your point. Big goals can lose your confidence. Check your weight twice a day morning. Evening. Small tips can give you good results. Stomach fat called visceral fat is hardest fat to lose. Be slow and steady.

Send your details like your weight n your height etc. Drink a glass of warm water in early morning. Eat only jowar roti if possible for 3 times a day. Take only green vegetables n fruits in diet. Avoid outside food of all types. Consult for our herbal medicines.

Work hard do exercise dnt take junk food, spicy etc take lasa fibre meal 1-1 tea spoon mix in 200ml of water replace it with small intervsl of meal. We will provide you diet chart according to your blood type. Take best suppliment for your problem lasa spirulina only 2-2 tabs twice daily, half an hour before taking lasa fibre meal.

Get blood sugar test done to rule out diabetes. Dear excessive weight gain ocurs only when calories intake are more than calories burnt, to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9. Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice. 10. Drink three litres of water daily.

Best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control....take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day....medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day....and pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day...avoid junk food...oily food...fermented food..alcohol consumption..sugar....milk products and sweets....take oats and cereals more..and do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day...and do exercises....dont sleep immediately after taking meal...

First of all you should follow some basic thing 1.avoid=hot and cold at time 2.less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3.do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4.avoid late night sleep 5.panchamrut parpati 1 tab before lunch and dinner 6.audumbaravleha 2 tsp before lunch and dinner.

Hi, according to your hight your weight is low. If you loose weight. You should go for brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 20 minutes daily. Take 1 glass lukewarm water with half lemon in the morning. Take salad before meals. Don't take rice at night and don't skip breakfast. Drink more water in a day. Take small and frequent meals. Tips for weight loss

Eat fresh vegetables daily.
Avoid having sugar completely.
Eat whole wheat bread instead of white bread; avoid everything made from white flour and make whole wheat bread, chapattis and brown rice a way of life.
Do not skip a meal and eat three meals a day.
Drink plenty of water to eliminate the toxins from the system.
Limit your fat intake to 2-3 teaspoons a day.
Increase the fiber intake as it provides a sense of fullness and also prevents hunger pangs.
Take antioxidants for protecting the body against the toxins released during weight loss.
Exercise catalyzes your efforts to lose weight and even regular walking for thirty minutes can give you the benefits of an aerobics exercise.
To improve the metabolism, try increasing the duration, frequency, intensity of your daily workout.
Remember that maintaining the ideal weight is a lifetime commitment and not a short-term affair. Firmly believe that the pleasure of being trim and healthy is far better than the pleasure of eating unwisely.

Fallow this diets for one months properly morning take lemon juice in warm water, morning breakfast take milk cornflakes n apple in midmorning take fruits papaya full plate in lunch take vegetables roti and curds n salad in evening take green tea with roasted channa in dinner 8pm only soup and brown bread sandwich with 150gm paneer fallow this diets for one months properly.

Don't eat sugar,sweetened juice including fruit juice,soft drinks,cola beverages.Take more whole fruits and vegetables.Eat unprocessed foods,whole grain,whole wheat.oats etc in small amount.Take extra protein foods for weight loss.Use healthy fat but in small amount.Drink lots of water specially before meals.But not during meals.Use lukewarm water after meals.Regular exercise like yoga,push ups,sit ups,plank,swimming,skipping,squat.You will loose weight and will stay healthy.

I am 24 years female. My height is 5'7" and my body weight is 69. I do exercises regularly. I maintain proper diet. Morning I used to have 1 cup of green tea, fruits or oats. Afternoon, a bowl of rice and 2 chapathis. Night time, 1 chapati and a cup of mill without sugar.Weekly twice I used to have either fish or chicken and sometimes egg. But for past 2 year I couldn't find any difference in my body weight. Either I am increasing 1 kg or decreasing 1 kg. I daily do walking for 1 hour and do some exercises. . But I couldn't find any difference. I feel like I am losing my weight but when I am checking the weight it's same. I don't know what to do? Please advise. .

Hii, You need to tweak your diet or exercise cause both can plateau and you won't budge a gram. Also if you are gaining muscle mass and losing fat it will not show on scale as a loss. Also chances are you are losing out on your muscle mass due to incorrect eating and/or exercise, in which case you may feel you are losing weight. Never base your plans on daily weight on scale. It's what you lose or gain in the end that matters.

Drinking water immediately after eating is it cause for excess storage of fat in stomach.
Drinking water after meals inhibits the juices and enzymes in your intestine to mix with food and do proper digestion. So drink water ideally after 60-90 minutes.
