Sir, Iam in age 52 my body weight is 93 Last one month early morning i am drinking in Green tea with Honey with miled hot water and afternoon eat samai or varagu or thinai rice with curry and night i am eating chappathi or wheat items. But didnot reduce my weight how can I reduce the weight ?

Go for an 45 min to one hour walk every day and stop all cereal, sugar, potatoes and go on a fruits and vegge diet, you must take white of two boiled eggs and can take fish / chicken which is steamed / grilled on small amounts of olive oil. If this does not work you soon get diabetes and high BP and require Bariatric surgery.

Any supplements to. Loose weight. Because I am following diet and go for 1 hour workout is not helping me?

Hi Lybrate User, Never give up on your health quest. If one method is not working try something else. Maybe your diet is not correct. Also maybe your workout is not designed for fat loss. Most gym trainers waste time on unnecessary exercises which don't help in weight loss. Out of 60 mins. .. 40 Mins should do Cardio 10 Mins Abs & Stretches 10 Mins Strength based. dumbells etc ... Cardio means... Treadmill @ Speed 8 or more / Cycling Speed 30+ / Skipping./ Aerobics .. Use Myfitnesspal App and use it to lose weight. You will be able to monitor your diet and exercise accurately. .. There are No supplements or medicines to lose weight.. You will end up wasting lots of money and time on such gimmicks. .. Proper diet + proper exercise is the only way forward.

Don’t worry. You can lose weight easily if you are patient and determined to shed those extra kilos. You just have to alter your daily routine, watch what you eat and be physically active. This requires you to be on your weight loss commitment for quiet long. As soon as you start seeing the results, you will be surprised as well as motivated to go beyond your weight loss and adopt and a lifelong healthy attitude. For a start please follow: 1.Watch what you eat – Are you eating too much junk, drink excessive alcohol and eating too much white food and sugar? Please cut it down to as low as you can from tomorrow. Cut down tea/coffee if you are too addicted to it. It is creating havoc inside your body. 2.Lifestyle – Are you a late sleeper and late riser? You can’t imagine what this schedule of yours is doing to your metabolism. It is degrading your digestive system from inside and your looks from outside. 3.Physically active – If you are a couch potato who loves to watch tv whole day then throw that couch of yours in the street and get yourself a treadmill tomorrow. Yes it is as simple as that. Who is stopping you? You have to be physically active all day long if you want to burn those extra calories. Do daily brisk walk, Pranayam, atleast 20 surayanamaskar everyday to start seeing the results. Take break between office work to walk a little or rather just climb some stairs to get that food you ate in lunch have space and heat to digest and absorb. What’s the harm in using your washroom to do a little middle of the day squats. Do that – No one is watching you. The key is to stay physically active all day long, no matter what. 4.Eat healthy and eat on time: Not only eating healthy is important but eating at right time is equally imp too. Have an early breakfast and early dinner and have 4 small meals between breakfast and dinner. To guide you a bit, here you go: A.Breakfast (Between 8-10 a. M) – Have oats/porridge or brown bread with milk and nuts. B.At 11 a. M - Cup of Green Tea c.Mid day meal (around 12 p. M) – Have a bowl of fruits. Citrus fruits are best taken during this hour and absorb well in the body. Have oranges, amla, pineapple etc during this hour. D.Lunch (between 2-3 p. M) – Daal, roti, mix veg, buttermilk and salad. You can also take brown rice with daal in lunch. Try to get your food cooked in olive oil. Lace your salad with apple cider vinegar, black pepper and seeds like flaxseeds or chia seeds to make it nutrition packed lunch. E.Between 4 p. M – 5 p. M – Cup of Green Tea F.Evening (4-6 p. M) – Have some nice sprouts with tomatoes and cucumber. G.Dinner (2 hours before sleeping, preferably before 9 p. M) – Paneer & veggies salad with olive oil, Roti or brown rice with Daal. H.Have a glass of warm milk. Weight loss is 80% about what you eat and 20% about exercises. That said, both the things go hand in hand. If you want to lose weight in a more healthy way than be patient and just follow the regimen everyday. Slow and steady wins the race.

Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1. Arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4. Lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

Hi asim, you are having problem of insulin resistance, it can be solved by reducing refined carbohydrates in diet, do you have high cholesterol levels also.

First do health check ups. Do regular exercise like swimming, skipping, yoga etc. Eat small amount of foods. Do not skip meals. Avoid sugar, sweetened juice etc. Avoid fast foods, junk foods etc. Use unrefined foods. Extra fish, lean meat etc will help to reduce extra body fat. Drink plenty of water specially before meals.

Hello. Many young athletes have same issues like you have. Tummy is the toughest part to reduce. But not impossible. Exercises which include the lover abs are needed but. Most most importantly a diet control is highly needed for this. Carbs and fats are lovered the most and proteins should be maximised.

Hello, any one thing does not lead to weight loss. Honey is a natural sweetner and contains natural sugar so this does not promote weight loss. Lemon water is used as a detox for the body. Weight loss is the result of a holistic approach that includes- 1. Balanced diet rich in proteins and fibre like- egg, chicken, fish, milk, curd, paneer, sprouts, oats, wholegrain cereals and pulses, fruits and vegetables (fibre) 2. Exercise- doing 40-50 minutes of moderate to high intensity activity for 4-5 days/ week will help (walking/jogging/swimming etc. Also being active by getting up from your chair within 1/2 hour, using staircase, parking your vehicle far from your office so that you walk are ways to improve calorie burning 3. Adding good quality fat like nuts and oilseeds-almonds, walnuts, flaxseeds (alsi) will help. 4. Rest for 7-8 hours to rejuvenate your system so it can work efficiently. 5. Water- having about 1 glass water every hour will help in flushing toxins from your system.

Start your day with luke warm lemon water, then have a cup of green tea with 2 high fibre biscuits. Then go for a healthy breakfast like oats idly, oats, moong daal cheela, oats upma, milk + musseli, in mid- morning you can take a small glass of butter milk then in lunch have 2 chapati +veg+curd+salad after half an hour have a cup of green tea then in evening have fruit chaat and have a light dinner like 1-2 bowl of soup + salad. Avoid oily and junk food, refined cereals etc. Do not skip any of your meals. Team Nutrihealth.

Hello, Garcinia is a good fat burner. But it depends on where are you putting effort to reduce fat. Physical activity is must. 45-60 min of rigourous physical activity will help you to lose extra fat specially from tummy. Crutches, Pilate, jogging will help to reduce belly fat. Hope this helps you. For reducing fat avoid sugar,sweetened juice.The main ingredient is glucose and fructose and these turns into belly fat.So eat more whole fruits,watery vegetables,unrefined foods.Eat more protein for weight loss.Use healthy fat in small amount.Drink lots of water specially before meals.Use lukewarm water after meals.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Do regular exercise like swimming.skipping,push ups,sit ups,plank,squat.These will help you to reduce extra fat.

Hi thanks for writing. According to your height your weight should be 45 kg you have to loss 18 kg weight only. Do not worry its not a big target you can easily loose this 18 kg weight. For loosing your weight few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast , khaari ,naan ,white bread . can drink tea but without sugar say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout's can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits say no to coconut water

For ideal body weight. World health organization who has defined bmi, body mass index. Its a special ratio of weight & height. Bmi should be within 18 to 25. Above 25, it will be over weighted. Your bmi is 22 you have ideal body, do not need to lose weight.
