Hi lybrate-user below tips could help you start your weight-loss journey. 1. Never eat a snack out of a carton or a cover. Always use a cup or a plate to so you know how much you are eating. 2. Have at least one bright colored fruit and one bright colored vegetable a day 3. Take a small snack box to office with almonds, walnuts and other dry fruits to satisfy your cravings 4. Try to have your dinner by 8 so that you are not too hungry and also make healthy choices at dinner. 5. People who eat breakfast have a better success rate at losing weight. 6. Beware of zero trans fat and fat free foods as you might end up eating high sugar and carb containing foods. 7. People who are emotional eaters learn to identify the emotion that makes you eat unhealthy food and try diverting your mind to something else you love 8. If your plates are too big trade them off for a 9 inch plates 9. Replace your weighing scale with a tape measure. 10. Share your weight-loss journey with a family member or friend so that you are accountable to each other. 11. Green tea at least once a day will help you boost your metabolism 12. Sleep helps in repair and regulating your hormones. Sleep atleast 8 hours in a day. 13. Have fruits at least twice a day.

Dear user if you don't eat inbetween the meals and if you are giving long gaps in between you may suffer dis problem. Fasting n feasting should be avoided to maintain weight. Take small frequent meals. Drink plenty of water n avoid alcohol. Veggies n fruits shd b included in your daily diet plan. Exercise daily. Avoid long hrs on tv n laptops.

I will suggest you to do suryanamaskar daily as per your capacity for a minimum of six months and for loosing weight few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast , khaari ,naan ,white bread . can drink tea but without sugar say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout's can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits say no to coconut water

Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1. Arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4. Lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

Hello, You mean problems are there because of more weight? It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight! Go through the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous) . Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Preferably brisk walking, swimming, cycling, skipping. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: Eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, and brown rice are all excellent sources of energy and sources of nutrition. 8: Choose lean proteins instead of fatty ones. 9: Cut the salt from your diet. Eating more sodium causes your body to retain water, which can cause you to feel bloated and gain more weight. 10: Don't skip meals.When you skip meals, your body stops breaking down fat and starts breaking down muscle tissue. Muscle tissue burns more calories at rest than other tissues, so you're actually working against your goals 11: Eat at home. Going out to eat makes it too easy to cheat. Food sold at restaurants is commonly much higher in fat, sodium, and other weight-loss killers. 12: Give yourself a treat now and then. If you're attending a party or going out for a special occasion, allow yourself an indulgence. Just make sure that these indulgences don't become daily habits. 13: Go for a health walk. Gear up yourself daily for a health walk which not only shed off your extra calorie, but also reduces the stress levels. 14: Take small frequent breaks for a quick walk in between as sitting for long hours together encourages the accumulation of fat in the body! Medication: Start taking Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 1 month. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. All the best!

Generally weight gain can be due to a lot of reasons. -unhealthy lifestyle -excessive intake of sugars and extra calories. -alcohol consumption -stress correction of lifestyle is the solution. -sleep for at least 7-8 hrs -exercise for at least 30 minutes everyday -drink at least 2.5-3 liters of water -eat mindfully -stay away from stress. Hye. In order to lose weight you must either eat sensibly and exercise to burn off calories. Eat as per the body's needs. Food that is not used to fuel the body is stored as fat. A major component of losing weight is to make smarter food choices. Here's how: Limit non-nutritious foods, such as: Sugar, honey, syrups and candy, pastries, donuts, pies, cakes and cookies, soft drinks, sweetened juices and alcoholic beverages Cut down on high-fat foods by: Choosing poultry, fish or lean red meat. Choosing low-fat cooking methods, such as baking, broiling, steaming, grilling and boiling. Avoiding high-fat snacks like chips and chocolate. Avoiding fried foods. Using less margarine and mayonnaise. Avoiding high-fat gravies, cream sauces and cream-based dishes. Eat a variety of foods, including: Fruit and vegetables, whole grains, breads, cereal, rice and pasta, dairy products, such as low-fat or non-fat milk or yogurt, low-fat cottage cheese and low-fat cheese, protein-rich foods like chicken,  fish, dals and legumes, or beans should be included in your diet. Drinking daily lemon water with honey is good in reducing wt, but that does nt mean that, you can eat as much as you can& whatever you wouldlike to eat. Try to avoid more oily, salty, spicy, fast/junk/baked food. Take food in small quantity but often. Try to take more green, veg salads, fruits, home made, bt try to reduce rice contents, take pulkas, take sprouts, millets, dal items more. You can eat eggs but white only. Do not go for outside food& caronated drinks. Drink minimum 3-4 litres of water/day. That too if you take 1/2litre minimum in morning after waking up, will help toclean your body. Try to reduce intake of oil/ghee made contents like sweets& chats. Always breakfast should be a bit sufficent or high, lunch with less quantity& dinner evebn more light. Do not forget that though you follow diet, you must follow doing regular exercises, workouts in any form like any of your favourite sports,{outdoor], gym{under expert's care], yoga, jogging, walking. Etc strictly. **lemon water also. If you prepare in this waynn drink, then helpful. Boil a glass of water with dry ginger or ginger or pepper powder, let it be a bit less warmer, then add 1-2 spoonfuls [according to need]of pure honey. Try to avoid sugar& replace it wih honey orjaggery. Taking milkwith honeyalsois good fat burner.

Hi Subasri There is very simple and easy to follow diet plan with which you can lose 2-5kg in just 15days. This plan can be done by you easily. I am 30 years female, with 5 ft 4" height. In 2015 my weight was 76 kg, for which I went to gym and reduced to 68 kg. After leaving gym, started suffering from back ache and already a patient of anal fissure past 5 years, because of which cannot carry heavy weight and cannot jog. As per your history your body weight is now 80 KG so reduce it to 55 kg as per your age and height. For it you have to make a plan for it like this:-From day 1 to day 7 Day 1) Take only fruits except banana and drink plenty of water (12 glasses) Day 2) Take only vegetables and drink 12 glass of water (may be cooked or raw) Day 3) Take mixed diet plan like Fruits and vegetables (Morning fruits -afternoon -vegetables ,evening fruits and night vegetables Day 4) Take 4 glasses of milk and 12 banana throughout day and night Day 5) Take lunch as rice with tomato 10-12 throughout full day Day 6) Take lunch with a cup of Rice and whole day take vegetables and drink 12 glass of water Day 7) Take a cup of rice and vegetables and fruit juice which you like and drink at least 12 glass of water whole day Plan as you like but in this way you can be able to reduce your weight 80 kg to 55 kg which will prevent many disorders. Secondly for back pain do stretching exercises daily and if required do a blood differential count every month lastly for fissure take fruit and vegetables on diet and drink plenty of water every day take Cremaffin fiber suppliment after lunch every day Take Cremaffin plus 3 teaspoonful at bed time with a cup of milk every night Use ANO-BLISS cream at night before going to sleep to relax anal muscle spasm Use Xylocaine 5% to numb the anus before 15 mins of going to toilet Any help let me know, Thanks.

Dear the best way to loose weight is through low calorie diet and aerobic exercise. The calorie content in diet should not exceed 1200 kcal per day. You should avoid root vegetables, full cream milk, fried foods, sweets, refined flour and organ meat. Take more water, green leafy vegetables, egg white, lean meat, brown bread, multigrain atta and brown bread. You should also do aerobic exercise like walking/ jogging/cycling/skipping for half hour every day at least for 5 days a week.

1.Start exercising. Start working out if you are not active. Begin with body weight exercises like push up, pull up and squats. Weight training proves to be really helpful if you want to gain good quality weight. Train each body part twice a week. For example: Monday/Thursday: Chest + Triceps Tuesday/Friday: Back + Biceps Wednesday/Saturday: Legs + Shoulders Don't forget to warm up for at least 10 - 15 minutes. Warm up includes jumping, rope skipping, treadmill, cycling, stair climbing, etc. 2.Eat Healthy. Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food and any form of sugar. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 2 - 3 hours. Some of the recommended food items are boiled chicken and eggs, brown rice, brown bread, peanut butter, olive oil (extra virgin), green tea, dry fruits etc. 3.Consume good amount of fruits and vegetables. Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. 4.Eat whole grains. Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats are best sources of healthy carbohydrates but do not include these items in your dinner. 5.Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Boiled chicken and eggs are the best sources of fat free protein. Sprouts are also rich in protein. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain.
