Hi lybrate-user U avoid high carbohydrate food exm. Chapati, rice, bread, potato. U take high protein diet exm. Pannier, egg, chicken. U take 1 microfruit and 1 cytofresh tablet after breakfast.

Take 200 ml of warm water & mix 5 ml of lemon juice & 10 ml of honey. Drink it in morning empty stomach. You can take meals after 2 hours of this drink.

Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight. Body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * for thighs - work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily. * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories.

Hello, If the diet is wrong, exercise alone cannot help you at all. Eat smart not less and reprogram your exercise. May be your body needs a much needed change.

Hi I have question about how to reduce tummy and make tummy tight like before delivery.My height is 155 cms and weight was 61 before conceived. By the end of delivery I weighted about 82 increases about 22 kgs and now my babay is 11 months and my weight is 64. Ti look normal but when I see myself my tummy is bit big and loose. It is safe but take by doctor consultation. Avoid bad habits i. E. Avoid fast food/fat/oily, salty foods. Coffee, smoking, alcohol intake. Non-veg, take whole grain, oats, green veg, plenty of water in day time, 1 glass of water at night before bed.

Best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control....take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day....medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day....and pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day...avoid junk food...oily food...fermented food..alcohol consumption..sugar....milk products and sweets....take oats and cereals more..and do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day...and do exercises....dont sleep immediately after taking meal...you can take my 'obesity treatment package' which is available on lybrate in health packages

Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1. Arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4. Lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

Hello. -Remove belly fat by cutting down your food intake directly by 25%. -Drink warm water instead of cold. - do fifty crunches (start with 25 per day Initially -twist your waist right and left. -do jumping jacks 30 times. -bend your waist on left with hands up and then right. Repeat thrice. -eat healthy, no junk food, reduce sugar and oil intake.

Why You Might Not Be Losing That Weight Despite Doing Everything!
You have reduced the number of calories you consume every day, have started going to the gym or exercising at home, but do not see any difference on the scale? Well, there are can be certain reasons behind it. Check out the reasons behind why you aren?t losing any weight-

1) Over-Eating Healthy Foods - Of course, 1200 calories from burger and French fries aren?t the same as 1200 calories from nutritious foods. But, sometimes, overeating on healthy foods can be the cause of why you aren?t losing any weight. Sometimes, eating too much of healthy foods might cause brain to make more of the hormone ghrelin, which makes you feel less full and slows down your metabolism.

2) Thinking about Exercise- This might just sound weird, but it is absolutely true! People who think about exercising a lot tend to eat 50 percent more. There is a simple explanation about all of this. Thinking about workout makes you feel that you can snack some more and burn off those calories. So, you end up eating more. Well, some places where calorie-counter doesn?t work.

3) Underestimating Calories- So, you have been thinking that you are eating 1500 calories a day. But are you? Sometimes, we underestimate our portions or number of calories. On other occasions, we forget to add information about things we have eaten. So, keep a journal, measure your portions and get the idea. This will help you with weight loss.

4) Sleeping too little- Not shutting your eyes for a few hours will leave your body into carb and fat craving survival mode. People who sleep fewer than 4 hours tend to eat 300 more calories on the next day.

5) Medical Condition- Just because you aren?t losing weight doesn?t mean you always have a medical condition. But sometimes, conditions such as hypothyroid, insulin resistance and PCOS can decrease your ability to lose weight. So, go ahead and see a doctor.

Hello, follow the below to loose the extra weight:- 1. Take phytolacca berry tablets (wsi), 2 tablets with warm water, three times a day, half an hour before meals. 2. Fatoline drops from haslab, 15 drops + 1/2 cup of warm water, twice a day. 3. Take 1 glass of luke warm water with lemon juice and honey in the morning for 15 days in a month. 4. Take 1 cup of green tea in the evening daily. 5. You can take bevon, vitamin supplement, 1 tab daily after meals.

Having honey Lemon in warm water may make you feel good that you are doing something for your excessive weight but its effect in weight loss is like trying to empty the Olympic size swimming pool with a 10 litre bucket on a rainy day! Such gimmicks don't work but human mind is culturally conditioned to expect miracle. If you are really interested in losing weight, you will have to invest time and energy in developing healthful habits and make significant lifestyle changes. Hi lybrate-user you need to consume low calorie nutrient dense food with high fibre and along with that you need to follow few healthy lifestyle modification tips in life. 1. Donot skip breakfast 2. Eat regular meals 3. Eat plenty of fruit and veg 5. Drink plenty of water 6. Eat high-fibre foods 7. Read food labels 8. Use a smaller plate 9. Don't ban foods 10. Don't stock junk food 11. Cut down on alcohol 12. Plan your meals last but not least- eat breakfast like a kingsize, lunch like a prince, dinner like a pauper.

Go for brisk walk 45 minute daily. Take 3 cup green tea daily (jasmine flavour). Have diet rich in fruits vegetable salads & multigrain aata roti avoid rice, deserts, and fried stuffed. Drink 2-3 liters water in a day.
