Scientists now know that the body does not register liquid calories in the same way it does solid calories. Drinking a grande caffe mocha, for instance, won't make you feel satiated the way eating a bowl of pasta will. Which means that although the caffe mocha actually has a greater number of calories than the pasta, you're still more likely to want a second cup from Starbucks than another plate of linguine. So monitor your intake of juice, soda, coffee drinks and wine. If you consume one of each of those beverages during the day, you'll have taken in at least 800 extra calories by nighttime — and you'll still be hungry. (Incidentally, alcohol may suppress the metabolism of fat, making it tougher for you to burn those calories.)

U take low salt low calorie high protein diet. Do excercise regularly. 4 -5 meals in a day in frequent interval.

To lose fat food correction is important. You need to avoid eating processed carbs & fats rich food like bakery, confectionery, refined flour made foods and minimise intake of white sugar, refined oils & salt. Grains like wheat and rice based foods should be eaten in moderation. Eat more foods that are rich in fibre and nutrients like fruits, vegetables, sprouts, nuts & seeds.

First of all I will suggest you one thing that you have to keep patience while you want to lose weight because of stress you will not be able to lose weight. Weight loss is a gradual process and you should not lose more then 3-4 kgs in a month. 3-4 kg weight lose is a safe weight lose in a month. If you lose more then that there may be a possibility to suffer from many nutritional deficiencies like an anaemia, etc. You need to take a proper diet counselling and most important thing is followup because you need a customized diet chart and natural way is a best way to lose weight rather using fat burners and following a very restricted diet chart. If you follow a proper diet chart which is based on your calorie and proteins and many other nutrients requirement you will be able to lose weight and will feel very energetic as well and it's a right way to lose weight for long term. Hope it's clear to you. There is a weight loss management one diet chart will never work you have to keep follow up with professionals for continuous weight loss because many time it happens that weight is stagnant so at that point of time another diet chart has to be plan and like wise.

Obesity - can be reduced but by opting - certain natural norms in life style, go for a brisk walk in d morning to restore blood circulation to nourish d whole body. *tk, plenty of water to eliminate toxins and to regulate metabolism to burn fats cell. Go for meditation to reduce your stress and to nourish cell& tissues to curb fats cells. * go for cycling, jogging, swimming, skipping, gardening, playing badminton. * opt staircase, instead of a lift. * tk, oats with green tea in d breakfast. * tk, salad, fruits, sprouts in ample qty in lunch. * consume salad, fruits whenever you feel hungry. Avoid, caffeine, nicotine, alcohol, junk food, cookies, burger, pizza. Excess fat is nothing but accumulation of food in the body. Avoid foods that get stored in body - like processed and packed foods, SOS (Sugar, Oil & Salt) containing foods. Even home foods have very high SOS. Reduce wheat and rice based foods and increase fruits & raw veggies.

Limit your oil intake. Avoid sugary foods. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Drink lot of water everyday. Do arm and shoulder exercises.

I am over Weight please tell me how can I reduce my weight specially from belly area.
Being a dietitian my views: there is no single diet chart for everyone. To plan a specific diet we do collect lot of information like height, weight, food frequency, digestive history, medical history, likes, dislike, lifestyle, eating habits. Remember one thing to follow a diet it should be personalized according to person's body type and not generalized. Starting with there is no pills or powder or shake which can help you to lose weight in a healthy way. To lose weight eat an hour within walking up and dinner at least 2 hours before you sleep. Avoiding eating anything after dinner. Breakfast should be your king size have good complex carbohydrates and protein rich. Eat every 2 hours small frequent meal do help in weight loss. And do not overeat. One can come to ideal body weight with few lifestyle modification. Have green tea only 2 cups a day. For exercise I would say diet plays 80 % role and exercise plays 20 % role in losing weight. Personal advise on gym. You should not make your body habituated with machines rather do simple walk or surya namaskar or planks. So only with healthy eating one can lose weight.
