You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me privately for customized diet plan for you.

I am 37 year old, a bit obese from long time. For reducing inches in tummy follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Take high fiber food in your diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in your diet. Add plenty of water. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet. Avoid junk food and oily food. Apply oil and gel for massage and cream for tightening. Don't eat sugar and avoid sugar-sweetened drinks. Eating more protein is a great long-term strategy to reduce belly fat. Cut carbs from your diet. Eat foods rich in fiber, especially viscous fiber. Exercise is very effective at reducing belly fat.

To lower fat deposits on lower abdomen you should take diets which include more roughage like leafy vegetables green salads so that your bowels are clear and less oily diet. As regards exercise it is not possible to tell theoretically all that I can advice is to do skipping .If you would have been in Prayagraj (Allahabad) I would have given you practical training.

You have to reduce 13 kg. Take ginger turmeric tea in the morning to avoid cold. Only ginger and turmeric should be boiled in water. No sugar, no milk.

For weight loss n PCOS both you need to change your lifestyle. 1. Don't Overeat 2. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. 4. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, any fresh n seasonal fruit, a cup of curd/milk etc 5. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before going to sleep. 6. Maintain active life style 7. Avoid fast foods, spicy n fried foods, Carbonated beverages 8. Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. 9.
