1.no alcohol 2. Reduce body wt 3. No smoking/ tobacco 4. Diet - no ghee/ butter, have mix of vegetable oils - mustard, til, ground nut, olive oil, have more green vegetables and fruits, have whole grain atta, no fried. Fast. Spicy / processed/ junk food. Less sugar, potato, rice 5. 30 mts brisk walk daily 6. Deep breathing exercise for 10 mts daily 7. Meditation daily for 10 mts. 6-8 hrs of sleep at night 8. Expose your body to sun for 15-20 mts daily after some oil massage to get vit d. 9. Take more water- proper hydration. 1. Aim for long term weight loss @ 2 Kg per month = 10 kgs in 5 months. 2. Add 2-3 Fruits to your daily diet before meals. Double your water intake. 3. Cut down Sweets/Biscuits/ Colas/Juices from your diet. 4. Completely eliminate Puris/Parathas/Pizzas/Burgers/Fried Rice/Biryani etc 5. Eat slowly and mindfully. Reduce portion size. 6. Exercise daily - 'Intense' Cardio for 40-60 mins. This will keep you toned and trim. 7. Love yourself and respect your body. 8. For a customised plan, you can consult me privately.

Can only consumption apple cider vinegar leads to weight loss or anything else and I have apple cider vinegar at my home but it's old can I use it. It has not expired yet but it's old does it will have any harmful effect. My main concern is weight loss and treating damaged hairs how to use A.C vinegar in order to get positive results.

Not alone apple cider vinegar will help you ma'am. You need to make slight dietary and lifestyle changes cut down sugar, salt and oil in diet. Do moderate exercise. Drink enough water. Eat fresh fruits and veggies. Avoid refined flour.

Both issues are different. Your life style should be good for healthy body. You can check with gynecologist for family planning, and consult a dietitian for weight reduction diet plans, do more exercises and eat healthy like low calorie and fat free products.

Hello, Go for a brisk walk in d morning / evening  for  45 mints to enshape your whole body.    •Take, 3/4 litres  of water to regulate metabolism to burn fats cell.  •  Go for meditation to reduce your stress and to nourish cell & tissues to curb fats cells.     •Go for either, cycling, jogging, swimming, skipping, gardening, playing badminton, dancing,regularly.     •Opt staircase, instead of a lift in your office.    •Take, oats with green tea  or, 1 slice of whole grain bread with 1 cup of cooked vegetable soup + 1 fruit (pomegranate, pear) in d breakfast. 3 breads,  1 bowl of pulses,  1 bowl of green  veggies,  repeat the same In dinner.     •Take, salad, fruits,sprouts in ample qty in lunch, your meal b preferably, vegetarian ,high in proteins and fibre, maintaing 1300-1600 calories through dietary  regulation.      •consume salad, fruits (not juice) whenever you feel hungry.
