You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me privately for customized diet plan for you.

1. To lose weight/belly fat make healthy food choices and add more exercise/activity. 2. Add 2-3 Fruits per day taken 30 mins before meals. 3. ‎Eat plain roti/rice with dal with a bowl of salad in each meal. 4. Cut down Sweets/Biscuits/Colas / Fruit Juice from your diet. 5. Completely eliminate Puris/Parathas/Pizzas/Burgers/Fried Rice etc 6. Exercise daily - 'Intense' Cardio for 40-60 mins. This will keep you slim and trim.

Hello lybrate-user Thank you for your query. We will be happy to help u.yes you can have Daliya, for wt loss you have to follow high fibre, low calorie nd high protein diet. Focus on low glycemic index food, Fruit allowed like Apple, cherries ,pears, grapefruit nd papaya. Vegetables most except potato, sweet potato ,cauliflower, cabbage,broccoli, spinach nd soybean as that contains goitrogens (should be eaten in moderation and ideally cooked. For reducing wt follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening, take high fiber food in your diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in your diet. Hello, to lose weight you should follow a healthy and balanced diet with right amount of protein, carbs, and vitamins and to look at your calorie intake. Take a high fiber diet and eat a regular intervals and drink a good amount of water and just avoid sugar and junk food. Exercise for at least 45 minutes to an hour. To start with avoid simple sugars as far as possible like sugar, jaggery, honey, sweets, candies, chocolates, cold drinks etc. 'Eat Out' less, avoid junk and have good quantity of fresh foods which are not processed like fruits, vegetables, soups, salads, nuts, low fat milk, curd etc. Gradually, focus on higher protein intake, lower fat and restrict carbohydrates to high fibre foods only. Combine these dietary changes with 30 mins to one hour play/walk / exercise. Its difficult to draft a diet chart here which is tailored to meet your requirements. Hello, don't just go for weight loss meds, go with balanced diet and lifestyle. Change your eating patterns. Include fiber and protein in your diet and avoid outside food.
