Take following remedies 1. Triphala kadha 4tsp before lunch nad dinner 2. Amla juice 4tsp+2tsp sugar powder+honey 2 tsp 3. Wash your face alovera face wash 4. Boiled rice in milk and the apply it on face and rub it for 10 min. Do this procedure at morning 5. Apply almond oil on face at night and do massage for 5 min 6. Eat all fruit vegetable 7. Milk 1cup + turmeric powder 1/2 table spoon at night before sleep.

Hello, if you have low back pain and sciatica it is better to consult the physiotherapist so that you shall undergo intermittent pelvic traction where in your half of your body weight will be added in the electronic traction so that that would help you to reduce the pain, along with interferential therapy stimulations which would help you to get relieved from the radiating pain. Apply ice if you cannot go immediately for the physiotherapy treatment. Ice can be kept in the low back where you have back pain. It is suggestible to wear lumbo sacral belt which would help you to build the abdominal muscle tone which itself would make you feel better. You can also wear mcr chappals which would help you to have less weight falling in the painful back.

How To Prevent STDs?

An STD is transmitted by means of physical contact and intercourse. These diseases are caused by parasites, virus or bacteria. Usually, STDs are preventable provided you make the right choices concerning your sexual health. Refraining from sex isn’t a feasible idea at all.

But fortunately there are alternatives too to curb the menace that STDs are:

  1. Abstain: The most effective way to avoid STIs is to abstain from sex.
  2. Mutual monogamy: Two people who have sex only with one another don’t have any opportunity to bring a new STD into the relationship. If you and your partner have been tested and are healthy, remaining faithful to each other is a very good way to reduce your chances of contracting an STD.
  3. Get Vaccinated: One important prevention tool against STIs is vaccination. Currently, vaccines are available to protect against infection with HPV, hepatitis A and hepatitis B. Talk to a healthcare provider to see which vaccines might be recommended for you.
  4. Protect Yourself: Condoms work really well in stopping most STIs from being passed from an infected partner to another when they are used consistently and correctly every time a person has oral, vaginal or anal sex. Consistently and correctly means that a person makes sure they use a condom every time they have oral, vaginal or anal sex and put it on and use it the right way.
  5. Avoid alcohol and drug use: Avoiding alcohol and recreational drug use reduce the risk of contracting an STI, having an unwanted pregnancy, or being coerced to have sex. Alcohol and drug use can reduce our ability to make good decisions. It may also make us more likely to be talked into participating in an activity without being able to give our full consent.

Coping and Support
It's traumatic to find out you have an STI. You might be angry if you feel you've been betrayed or ashamed if there's a chance you infected others. At worst, an STI can cause chronic illness and death, even with the best care in the world.

Between those extremes is a host of other potential losses trust between partners, plans to have children, and the joyful embrace of your sexuality and its expression. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a Sexologist.

Hello lybrate-user, vegina ko tight kr n k ley. Hamdard Arusak. Estymal kro Usage: After 8-10 days of menstrual period, two pieces of sponge or cotton wool, soaked with Arusak Gel. It just a little larger than a soap nut to be inserted in vagina on both side.  Attach strong thread with it to pull out the sponge or cotton wool easily.  On getting up in the morning the pieces of sponge or cotton wool should be picked out.

Hello lybrate user, If you want to gain weight, then it is very important that you do it right. Binging on colas and junk foods may help you gain weight, but it can destroy your health at the same time. Since you are underweight, you want to gain a balanced amount of muscle mass and subcutaneous fat, not a bunch of unhealthy belly fat. Eat More Calories Than Your Body Burns. Eat High-protein foods which include meats, fish, eggs, many dairy products, legumes, nuts and others. Protein supplements like whey protein can also be useful. Eat Lots of Carbs and Fat, and Eat at Least 3 Times Per Day Eat nuts, dairy products, ghee, meat, eggs, dried fruits, grains. Have milk shakes, lassi, fruit juices. Lift heavy weights and go to gym. Eat more often and don't drink water before meals.

First of all you should take rest for 1-2 days so that your body can fight with underlying infection with its full immunity and start the below medication:- Take Arsenic alb 200, twice daily . Take Eupatrium perf 200, 5 drops thrice daily.Take Antifebrinum 3x, 2 tabs , thrice daily. Take Alfavena malt, 1 tsf, thrice daily. Drink lots of water and take light homemade food like dalia and khichdi, avoid oily, spicy, fried, junk and cold drinks. In case of high uncontrollable fever, don't panic you should do cold sponging to lower down the temperature.If fever does not goes then go for a set of blood tests. Revert me with feedback. Take care of your health.GOOD DAY.

Dear patient, calorie dense food should be incorporated in your diet like dried fruits, potato, sweets, nuts, jam jelly, banana or mango shake, porridge, badam kheer etc. leafy vegetables should be restricted in your diet as they reduce appetite. you should take 3 major meals a day and snacks in between. butter, margarine should be taken. Adequate amount of egg, meat, fish, milk should be taken as it help you for tissue building in your body.try to take 1 boiled egg at every morning. you should eat more food at each meal. Before taking meal you can walk for sometime as it help to you feel hungrier. Thanks...

Hello first of all do not prick acne with your nails, its gonna leave a mark n dis marks are very difficult to get rid of. For acne marks apply cosmelite cream at night time only, just for 1 month n stop it after dat. For dark face apply cosglo gel two times per day for 3 months. Alokem gel + calamine lotion, mix both n apply 2-3 times per day. For pimples use acnedap gel two times per day. Oxidoben gel at night time only. Cap antoxid once a day after food for 1 month. Tab ener c 1000 mg, dissolve in a glass of water n hv early morning to prevent further damage of skin. Tab nutricap-s once a day after food. You can chemical peels session, dermabrasion sessions n dermaroller for open pores on face from gud cosmetologist or dermatologist drink 2-3 lit of water, include green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits n juices in. Your diet, daily exercise of 45 min. Is must. Thanx.

  1. A good oral hygiene routine practiced for a few minutes twice a day can help reduce your risk of developing periodontal diseases and tooth decay. When choosing dental care products, look for those that display the American Dental Association's seal of Acceptance. The seal of Acceptance is your assurance the product meets the ADA's criteria for safety and effectiveness for its intended use.
  2. Brush your teeth twice a day with a fluoride toothpaste with thorough brushing, you can remove plaque from the inner, outer and chewing surfaces of each tooth. Your dentist or dental hygienist can show you a proper brushing technique.
  3. Clean between teeth once a day with dental floss or another interdental cleaner to remove plaque and debris from areas your toothbrush can't reach.
  4. If you need extra help controlling gingivitis and plaque that forms above the gum line, your dentist may recommend using an ADA-acceptance antimicrobial mouthrinse or other oral hygiene aids as an effective addition to your daily oral hygiene routine.

YOu do belly trimming exercises. 5 Fast Ways To Lose Your Belly ========================= 1. Fuel Up Foods rich in protein help you build muscle, while soluble fiber – found in oats, beans, fruits, and veggies – shrinks belly fat. A study from Wake Forest found that for every 10-gram increase in soluble fiber people ate daily (about two small apples, a serving of oatmeal, a half cup of pinto beans, and a half cup of peas), their belly fat decreased by almost 4% over five years. 2. Fiber Adding ground flaxseed to your diet – mix a teaspoon or two into cereal or yogurt – helps prevent constipation. (It’s hard to have flat abs if your pipes are backed up.) To avoid stomachaches, increase fiber slowly and up your water intake,. 3. Cardio In a Duke University study of 196 sedentary, overweight adults, aerobic training significantly reduced deep belly fat and also burned more visible midsection flab. To maximize the benefit with a minimum time commitment, try interval training, suggests exercise physiologist Jessica Matthews of the American Council on Exercise. Start with a 1: 2 ratio (jog 30 seconds, then walk briskly for a minute), aiming for 150 minutes weekly. 4. Stand Up Straight Standing tall, with tummy and butt tucked in, automatically makes your front look flatter. These two moves help you pull it off. Do each two to three times per week; work up to three sets of 12 reps. Even sitting up straight on a daily basis, instead of slouching over as you watch TV or are on your phone, will help you build up your muscles around your stomach. Just think about it: you’re doing a light version of a plank, standing up! 5. Strengthen Your Core Glute Bridge: Lie on back with bent knees, feet on floor. Lift butt, drawing pelvis to the ceiling without arching back. Lower butt down slowly. Bird Dog: From all fours, extend one arm and the opposite leg to shoulder and hip height simultaneously, keeping shoulders and hips squared to the floor. Lower slowly to start, and repeat on opposite side. Front Plank: Lie on stomach, with forearms on floor and hands palm-down on either side of chest. Tuck toes, lift legs, tighten abs, and raise body to a modified push-up position, keeping forearms on the floor. Hold five seconds, then lower. Repeat three times. Work up to holding for 20 seconds each time. Half-Kneel Lift: Kneel on right knee, with left foot forward and left knee at 90-degree angle. Hold a soccer ball with both hands at right hip. Without rotating body, slowly bring ball up and across until it’s above left shoulder and slightly behind you. Return to start. Do two to three sets of eight to 12 reps on each side.
