Hi Shameem, This commonly happens before exam particularly if u study well and u'll see what ever u have prepared well it will come to ur mind. Don't worry. Do morning walk for 30 min daily. Will bring sleep.U also do breathing exercise for 10 min before sleep.

Hi lybrate user to gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.

Start doing core exercises for your abs. Consult a good physical trainer. Try these: *correct your posture. Always sit erect. *pull your pelvic bone little forward while walking. *put ice cold water dipped towel over your abdomen in empty stomach.

Hi, do regular exercise. Stop eating junk and processed food. Make a habit of consuming one well ripen banana with a cup of warm milk in the morning. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. Include protein rich food in your diet like soyabean, sattu with milk, eggs, sprouts, milk and milk products, combination of cereals and pulses, take healthy and heavy breakfast. Follow these simple steps to ensure a good sleep every night and stay away from sleep disorders and other health problems associated with unhealthy sleep habits: 1) maintain a regular sleep routine go to bed at the same time. Wake up at the same time. Ideally, your schedule will remain the same (+/- 20 minutes) every night of the week. A good sleep hygiene routine promotes healthy sleep and daytime alertness. 2) avoid sleeping during the daytime. It can disturb the normal pattern. 3) avoid caffeine, nicotine, and alcohol near bedtime. While alcohol may speed the onset of sleep, it creates problems in he second half of sleep. 4) exercise can promote good sleep. Exercise should be taken in the morning or late afternoon. Yoga, can be done before bed to help. 5) have a quiet, comfortable bedroom. Set your bedroom thermostat at a comfortable temperature. Generally, a little cooler is better than a little warmer. Turn off the tv and other extraneous noise that may disrupt sleep. Background'white noise' like a fan is ok. If your pets awaken you, keep them outside the bedroom. Your bedroom should be dark. Turn off bright lights. Have a comfortable mattress. 6) avoid heavy meals close to bedtime. 7) ensure adequate exposure to natural light. 8) avoid emotionally upsetting conversations and activities before trying to go to sleep. Do not think of, or bring your problems to bed. 9) stop using all your digital devices and stop looking at digital screens be it mobile phones or televisions at least 1 hour before the time you plan to sleep. Instead try reading a fiction book near bedtime so it makes you help relaxed and de-stressed. Sleep well live healthy and live longer.

If you have recurrent attack of headache1. It could be a tension headache due to anxiety/stress, depression inadequate sleep, low bp/high bp, migraine, prolonged use of cell phone/computer, chronic anaemia, refractive error, chronic sinusitis, organic brain lesion 2. Avoid stress, physical and mental exertion, have adequate sound sleep for 7-8 hours daily in the night 3. Go for regular exercise 4. Practice yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress 5. Check for refractive error, sinusitis hemoglobin, bp 6. Avoid prolonged use of cell phone/computer 7. Consult neurologist to rule out other causes of headache, if required take a ct scan of head to exclude any brain lesion 8. If it is migraine you have to take migraine prophylactic drug after consulting neurologist

Hello. Take homoeopathic medicine:- asterias rub 30 (3 drops four times a day) berberis aquifolium q (10 drops three times a day in half cup water) make a gap of 15 mins between above medicines. Do not take any thing half an hr before and after the medicine. Take medicine for one month. With medicine eat healthy diet including salad twice a day with meal. Drink lots of water. Prefer skimmed milk and milk products. Avoid strong tea and coffee. Avoid too much of these also. Drink grern tea 3-4 cups daily. Use mild face wash. Wash face with plain water twice a day. It removes extra oil from face. Do not use any cream on face. Use mild moisturiser. When going out cover facd with cloth. It protect you from dust. Avoid junk food and fried things. Avoid cold drinks. Avoid sweets and all bakery products. Avoid too much non veg. Avoid touching face. Take 8 hrs good sleep. Do these. Consult after 15 days for follow up.

I feel your problem is rather psychological than physical. There are many causes for weakness and muscular pain like anemia, harmonal problems, deficiency of essential vitamins and proteins, etc. Consume balanced diet and perform regular exercise. Have good sleep. Keep away from mental stress and worries. If you are financially strong so as to support the family, my advice to you is to get married.

The benefits of using these medications to maintain good asthma control generally outweigh their risks. When steroid tablets are taken for many months or years, harmful side effects are likely . The possible effects are mood changes, thinning of the bones (osteoporosis). Hope this helps u.

I am 25 years old and I am having dark area below my eyes since long time. Usually my HB remains in 10-11. I have undergone HB improvement courses (including B complex, Iron, minerals and folic acid tablets+ Diet) many times. But they have shown a little improvement in my health but no change in dark circles. I have read on net the common cause for these and no one fits right. Also the skin of the area is very thin. Inspite of taking vitamin supplements prefer vitamin rich diet. Green leafy vegetables daily in generous amount is must, beetroot, fish, fruits are essential. Also take lots of water, put vit a, vite enriched under eye cream daily twice, massage it in a circular motion for a while, gently. Do yoga exercises, they enhance the blood flow to that area. Take good quality sleep. Try to relax your eyes between your working hours by just closing your eyes for a while. First do all these things, revert me after 15 days.

Take honey with cinnamon powder on the empty stomach in the morning. Eat lot of fruits and salads. Do not skip breakfast. Chew well before swallowing. You should increase weight.You take any nutritional supplement along with balanced diet.Eat lots of food more frequently.Add ghee,cream butter,cheese,jam,jelly with foods.Take lots of dense fruits,vegetables.Take refined foods with unrefined foods.Take more protein to gain weight.Add extra healthy fat in cooking.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Drink lots of water but not during meals.You can use weight gainer nutritional supplement. Do regular exercise to gain weight.

I have always pain in my headache, always think about a girl whom I loved and want to marry her after became an IAS officer, but she is of other caste and always tell me that her parents will said no completely, I told her that study is the only thing that solve everything. Dear lybrate-user, The headaches are due to the emotional and mental conflict regarding the situation. I know it is easier said to forget your love and focus on study. But you have to look in the mirror and do a reality check. Reality is that you are still a fresher in college. Break ups are never easy. But one has to face it coz that is ground reality. I would suggest you that whenever headaches happen, take strong deep breaths till the fullest of lungs and then just let the breath go. It will help you focus on your goal. Hello, there are no shortcuts to health. Also not advisable to loose very fast coz that may lead to bounce back. So 3-4 kgs a month is a good goal. With all its moisturizing action, aloe vera is one of the most effective skin soothing agents. When you rub the gel over an itchy spot, it helps reduce the skin irritation in that area and provides quick relief from itching. Just break a leaf from the plant, cut it lengthwise using a knife and using a spoon, scoop out the jelly-like substance inside. Apply a little of this gel to the itchy area and leave it on for a few minutes.

It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight. Management: 1.Take 1 glass of Luke warm water with lemon juice and honey in the morning daily. 2.Drink at least 2 litters per day. Lukewarm water is best for drinking. 3.Avoid cold drinks and alcoholic drink like beer as they contain more calories. 4.Don't skip meals. Avoid heavy meals. Take light meals. 5.Must have 3 main meals per day – In between main meals take fruits & green salads. 6.Eat seasonal fruits & Fresh vegetables. Fruits and vegetables contain fibres to help you feel full quickly. 7.Avoid sweets, oily, spicy, junk food, chocolates. 8.Eat more whole grains and cut carbohydrates. Choose proteins instead of fatty ones. 9.Cut salt from your diet. 10.Eat home foods. Going out to eat makes it too easy to cheat. Food sold at restaurants is commonly much higher in fat, sodium, and other weight-loss killers. 11.Avoid sedentary and lazy lifestyle. 12.Take small frequent breaks for a quick walk in between as sitting for long hours together encourages the accumulation of fat in the body. 13.Do regular exercises daily. Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Brisk walking for 15-30 minutes daily is good. Jogging, running, swimming & cycling are good options. Thank you.
