Hello Use Tea Tree face wash and Toner twice daily. Use AHA Glow face wash once in a day. Use Sunscreen with SPF 30 daily. Use natural face pack of Multani Mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar for 5 minutes after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Most important is diet- Do not eat Junk, Eat more Vegetables and fruits especially with Vitamin C.

1. Instead of walking, start jogging 5-7 KM's. 2. Initially do alternate walk - jog - walk - jog. 3. Later when your stamina develops, you can jog for longer distance. 4. Warm or cold water is good for health but it does not reduce weight. Water has other benefits not weight. 5. Also do HIT or Tabata excercises for 20 mins daily. You can search on YouTube.

Dear lybrate user, *rough environmental conditions can cause premature wrinkles. *chemicals present in the smoke can destroy skin cells. *have a balanced diet consisting of: *fruits *vegetables *whole grain foods *seeds *nuts *legumes *drink 8-10 glasses of water every day to keep skin hydrated. *use a sunscreen before stepping out in the sun. *avoid more coffee, tea, dry, spicy junk foods.

Hello Dear, Sunburn is one of the most common problems that people face during summer season. Sunburn is the result of overexposure to ultra violet rays. Sunburn can be immensely painful even though it looks very harmless. If not taken care of, it can cause serious burns. Being a difficult condition to treat, it is better to avoid getting sunburnt than try to treat burnt skin. But these are all hypothetical advices and may not be practical. If you get sunburn, it is important not to take it lightly as it can even cause permanent damage to the skin. Symptoms of sunburn may not surface immediately. The reddening, blisters, skin peeling and boils could surface at a later stage and are even capable of leading to cancerous lesions on the skin. There are home remedies that can remove sunburns naturally without medical intervention. Nevertheless, you must be very careful as to seek medical attention if you do not respond to home remedies. When the skin is burnt, the first step towards healing is to cool the skin form the effect of heat. There are a number of ways to do that. If you have aloe vera and vinegar in its pure form, apply either of the directly on the burnt area.  If you do not have them, mustard oil is another way to remove the heat from the skin. Rub mustard oil on the affected skin and let it dry naturally.

Hi I am weighing around 85 kg now n unable to loose weight inspite of brisk walk of 30 to 45 min daily n good diet plans (from reputed dieticians). In past 6 years I have lost 10 to 12 kgs 3 times with aerobics twice n once yoga n assigned diet. I have done the test of vit b12 n thyroid. They r normal. Inspite of having knee pain (hv been reduced but not completely) from 8 months, I do diet n walk (did suryanamaskars but left due to fear in within these 8 months) but unable to loose. Tat demotivates me a lot. Can anyone guide tat can give fruitful results.

Tips to lose weight  faster: 1. Eat a high-protein breakfast. 2Avoid sugary drinks and fruit juice.  3. Drink water a half hour before meals. 4. Choose weight loss-friendly foods (more vegetables and fruits) 5. Eat soluble fiber. 6. Eat mostly whole, unprocessed foods.  7. Eat your food slowly. 8. Sleep 7-8 hours 9. Go for regular exercise Constitutional homoeopathic treatment will give you best results.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. For treating hypothyroidism most important to take adequate dose of Levothyroxine, so that TSH is maintained between 3 to 4 mU/L. Maintaining TSH at this level helps in remaining free from all the symptoms of hypothyroidism. There is no special diet required for hypothyroidism. Only thing is to avoid soy beans, soy containing food products. Plus refrain from bakery items, pastries, foods made from maida. Always use whole grain flour for roti and chapati. Consume good deal of green leafy vegetables and fruits. Thanks.

Go regular exercise like weight lifting and any other muscle building exercise.Follow a proper balanced diet.Do not skip meals.Eat more food frequently.Use whole cream milk banana,almond milk.Use dense fruits like banana,chikoo,grapes,mango,apple,jack fruit.And dense vegetables like sweet potato with white potato,peas,corn,carrot,kale etc.Eat extra protein foods.Add good fats like coconut oil,olive oil,fish oil,canola oil extra.No water before or during meals.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Use weight gainer supplement.Take proper rest.

Homoeopathic cream ANTIMARKS CREAM ( BIOVALLEY) Apply twice daily in circular fashion Dark spots are primarily caused by acne, blemishes and black heads. The percentage of dark spots increases as the exposure to the sun increases too. Since the rate of melanin would be decreases, it leads in turn to the darkening of the skin. Apply this mixture on the affected areas; allow the mixture to remain on the skin for a few minutes and rinse off with water. 4.Mix two tablespoons of sandalwood powder with a few drops of rose water and apply on the spots and on the entire face. Wash it off, after it dries. 5.Take a pinch of turmeric powder and add some lemon juice to it. Mix both the ingredients well together and dab the mixture on the black spots. Scars and spots will disappear and the results would show on the skin within a week’s time.
