Here you did not mention your height & weight. But in spite of all these, if you want to gain weight. Then it should b in healthy & natural way. For that, you need to focus on more intake of proteinaceous food, like soya, sprouts, millets, egg white, milk, milk products, meat (not oil fried)&! along with good exercises.

Hi. There are four main factors which causes acne: Oil production Dead skin cells Clogged pores Bacteria Factors that may worsen the acne: Androgen hormones, certain medications (drugs containing corticosteroids, androgens or lithium can worsen acne), dietary factors, including dairy products and carbohydrate-rich foods — such as bread, bagels and chips — may trigger acne and Stress can make acne worse. Management: Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 20 days. Use Bakson's Apricot scrub at least once a week.

Hi. I am doing business in night shift so for that reason I am not getting fat and protein properly and right now my wait is 60 I loss 9 kg in 3 months. Do muscle building exercise to gain weight.Eat extra amount of food than before.Do not skip meals.Use whole cream milk.Take dense fruits like banana,pear,apple,guava etc.Use dense vegetables like sweet potato with white potato,corn,carrot,beet etc.Take more fish,egg,meat etc.Use healthy oil in cooking extra.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Drink plenty of water but not during meals.These are basic but if you want to know more details about foods consult me privately on lybrate.

There are two pillars for weight loss. Diet and exercise. Thought right diet can control further weight gain and assure overall health, exercise is must for weight reduction. 30 mins walk (to start with), with well balanced diet (depending on you heath condition) can lead to gradual and healthy weight loss.

### Protect yourself from the sun###
One of the most important ways to take care of your
skin is to protect it from the sun. A lifetime of sun
exposure can cause wrinkles, age spots and other skin
problems — as well as increase the risk of skin cancer.
For the most complete sun protection:
Use sunscreen. Use a broad-spectrum sunscreen
with an SPF of at least 15. Apply sunscreen
generously, and reapply every two hours — or
more often if you're swimming or perspiring.
Seek shade. Avoid the sun between 10 a.m. and 2
p.m., when the sun's rays are strongest.
Wear protective clothing. Cover your skin with
tightly woven long-sleeved shirts, long pants and
wide-brimmed hats. Also consider laundry
additives, which give clothing an additional layer
of ultraviolet protection for a certain number of
washings, or special sun-protective clothing —
which is specifically designed to block ultraviolet
rays.

1.Take some boiled carrots and mash it up. Apply this paste on the face and leave it for 15-20 minutes. Later clean the face with milk. 2.Clean the face with warm water and pat the skin immediately. Now apply Honey (shahad) to the marks and massage it gently. Leave it for 20 minutes and wash it with warm water. 3.Take 1 spoon each of lemon juice, Honey (shahad), Almond oil (badam) and milk powder in a bowl. Mix it well and apply on face. Leave it for 15 minutes and then wash.

Hello, Exclusively breadth feeding will manage you burn calories. Do not go in for crash dieting, as that will surely hamper milk production. Drink good amount of fluids and eat balanced meals every 3 hours. Say no to oil and ghee loaded stuff, bakery items. Get moving. Atleast 30 to 40 mins of mild exercise will prove to be beneficial. Take your, supplements in time as prescribed by the doctor.

Eat a lot of good things - you need to eat a ridiculous amount of calories (probably 3500+ per day) if you want to gain weight, but you want to make sure most of those calories are good calories. You could easily get 3500 calories eating taco bell and twinkies, and drinking mountain dew, but that will just make you fat. If you want to build muscle, you want to eat healthy calories that are loaded with good protein, good carbs, and healthy fats? which brings me to my next point? protein = building block for your muscles. Chicken, fish, meat, eggs, milk, almonds, peanuts. Eat lots of this sleep? you need to be getting 8-9 hours of sleep every night for maximum gains. Your body is doing nothing but lying there and building muscle while you? re sleeping. If you are only getting 6 hours or less, you? re not going to get all the benefits of your exercising and diet. I know it? s tough, but those 3am raids on runnyeye need to be put on hold for a few months. Sleep. For ayurvedic medicine consult, in 1 month weight increase 4-5 kg no any side effect you take 1 month trial pack and course is 3 month.

What you are going through is greaving. Loosing loved one is not easy to deal with emotionally. I am sorry for your loss. There are few things I would like you to try. 1. When you feel sad. Feel the feeling of sadness fully. You may close your eyes and let that sadness flow through your mind and body. If tears flow let them flow. Cry it out. Feeling what you feel fully and totally is healing. Once you feel your sadness fully. You might feel the lightness in your heart. Feel that too and say out loud. How wonderful! and engage your mind remembering some good qualities and good times you spent with the person you are missing. 2. Regular simple breath awareness meditation also help manage your loss. 3. You may also l write daily 3 to 5 things you are grateful to every morning. These things could be as simple as having a bed to sleep and food to eat. Affirm what you write and add new thing in your list for 7 to10 days. If you are not feeling any change over next 2 weeks or if you lack motivation to initiate and maintain above activities feel free revert and we could work together for few weeks to months to reverse your cycle and help you appreciate what you have. Roz 15 minute tak nahane se pehle. -saslic face wash se face dho din me 3-4 baar. -jab bhi face oily dikhe, use ya dho lo ya thande pani me bhigokar tauliye se ponchh lo. -oily khana matt khao, dairy products avoid karo. -vitamin c ka sewan karo, vitamin c se bharpoor fal aur sabzi khao. -dhoop me jaane se pehle eutrogena ka sun screen lagao aur apne chehre ko dhakk kar rakho. -yadi dhoop me zyada der ho, to face ko geele towel se ponch kar, har do ghante me sun screen lagao.

Dear madam! U have what is called subclinical hypothyroidism. Nothing to worry. Pls monitor your thyroid function 3 monthly and for once get anti TPO titers done. It TSH keeps increasing we have to treat then. If TPO +ve you will need medicines then.

My face Skin is very dry and Dull compared to other body parts. I use Sunscreen then also it doesn't improve. I had vitamin C tablet's course for six months but it was also not working, When I used "skintight" cream containing Hydroquinone and tretinoin, it was very effective to my skin but after use of two months my skin started to become dry again and Blackening the circles near nose. So I discontinued the use. Problem exists as same Actually when I remove my shirt it is very different than face color. When I don't go in to the sunlight then also My skin becomes black. It's actually Challenge for all good Doctors.

Hi lybrate-user to gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.

Lybrate-user taking 30 min everyday for exercise is possible if you manage your time. Since you are busy so I would say take extra care of food what you eat, because when food is taken without daily exercise, it become obvious to gain weight, eat heavy breakfast, normal lunch and very light breakfast, if you want to lose weight in just 2 months start a habit not to eat dinner after sunset and you will miraculously lose weight. Hello. You can regularly practice Suryanamaskara and pranayama. Start from 3 round of suryanamaskara and increase by 3 rounds to 12 rounds every week. Practice Nadishuddhi pranayama. Start from 8 rounds and gradually increase to 24 rounds, and do it 4 times a day. Use hot water to drink always, specially before food.
