When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals.
1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts also contain fats in them and can help in adding that extra pounds you desire.
2. Sometimes loss of appetite may also cause weight loss.
So you should take following remedies improving weight
a]triphala kadha 4tsp before lunch and dinner
b]amala juice 4 tsp + sugar 2 tsp+ honey 2 tsp empty stomach in the morning umami flavor increases satiety and enhances appetite. Due to improving hunger and digestion whatever you will eat more and even you eat more it will digest properly and your weight will increase naturally without any supplement.
Please note the followings in respect to your queries:
Banana and Milk -- Bananas are full of calories and contain high amount of carbohydrates and potassium that give you instant energy. Whosoever want to gain weight must eat a banana daily in the morning with a glass of warm milk. Add a teaspoon of sugar in it. Moreover, you can also have it after your meals.
Note – Don’t eat bananas when you are down with common cold.
If you are suffering from any disease that needs to be treated.
Find a great personal trainer and yoga instructor to keep you consistent. Take Five phos - 4 tablets twice daily.

Follow these best tips to lightens and remove the dark spots- 1. Take fuller, s earth (multani mitti) and sandalwood powder (chandan powder) mixed in same quantity mixed in water and apply on the mark in night and wash it after 1 hour. It will slowly removes the spots.
2. Take a piece of aloe vera. Apply gel of leaves on mark daily. Wash it after 30 minutes.
3. Crush one tomato and apply the paste on mark. It will remove the spots definitly.
4. Soak cotton gauze in rose water and clean the dark spots 2-3 times daily.
5. Take carotene rich vegetable suchas carrots, beetroot and fruits- mango, pineapple, strawberry regularly.
6. Avoid use of any cosmetic products.
7. Avoid continous long hours exposure of sunlight.
Few things related to headache so that we can plan the treatment accordingly - If pain is associated with blurred or decreased vision than check your eye sight for refractive error - If the pain is associated with cold and fever than we have to rule out sinusitis as the cause and If the pain is pulsatile in nature and with a throbbing pain usually with an aura than we have to rule out Migrane as the cause - if the pain is associated with neck problems than we have to rule out cervical spondylosis as the cause - If the pain is associated with either low or high BP or due to hyperacidity than we have to treat the cause after examination.
A gentle exfoliation once a week is a must to get rid of dead skin and leave your skin smoother and brighter. Use a gentle scrub to unclog blocked pores and remove excess oil, dirt and grime.
You can take echinesia - q / 10 drops in little water thrice a day for one week. Revert back after one week with feedback.

Dear, if you tired very fast and feeling weakness. Then you will definitely recover from weakness by following these very useful tips.
* you should take proper balanced diet first. That means you have to take vegetables, milk, chapattis or rice, butter / cream, cereals (daals) or cheese every day.
Very important thing, do not miss or skip your meals at any cost and take meals on time.
* proper 6-8 hours sleep is very important. If your sleep is less than 6 hours, then you feel tired very early. So complete your sleep.
* do breathing execises daily in morning & evening.
Just sit down in peaceful place, close your eyes, take deep and long breaths in and out. Do it atleast for 10-15 minutes daily. You can also do pranayams like anulom vilom for better results.
*take a walk, in first walk normally for 10-15 minutes for 15 days. You can do it on treadmill also.
* you can take ashvagandha churn of baidyanath 1 teaspoon with milk daily for 2 months atleast to get your strength back.
* check out your haemoglobin level in 3 months, if it is low you get tired early. So get treatment of low haemoglobin (anemia).
If you have any disease like asthma /diabetes / hypertension, then get complete treatment of them.
* avoid all fast foods and habit of smoking or drinking.
You surely get great strength and recover from weakness by following these important things.
