For weight loss. It is important to take frequent meals at regular interval of time. Empty stomach try to include 2 tsp aleovera juice+ 2 tsp amla juice in equal amount of water. In Breakfast you can museli/oats+ milk+ 1 apple /1 bowl green moong dal sprouts/1-2 besan cheela+ green chutney. In mid morning 1 cup green tea + 1 bowl fruits. Lunch 1-2 wheat bran roti+ 1bowl veg+ 1 bowl salad/1 bowl veg daliya + 1bowl curd E.T:1 cup tea+ 1bowl roasted channa/murmura Dinner: 1 bowl fruits+ 1glass skimmed milk/Grilled/roasted paneer/1-2 bowl cooked yellow moong dal+ 1bowl veg. After Dinner Take 1 cup jasmine tea. Drink soy milk and lots of water. Take fish oil and salmon. Include more fiber in the diet. Use low fat milk, brown sugar, flax seed. Take good sleep. 10 minutes of sunlight for vitamin D.Avoid salt in the diet, caffeine, processed foods like instant noodles, pies, bread rolls, artificial sugar, diet coke, sweetener, spices and hot spicy foods.

Body pain, fever, weekness etc are sympptons of dengue. In which platlet count goes below normal. Sometime patient is symptom less unless dengue is confirm in blood test. Papaya leaves juice helps in curing dengue which results in increse platlet count. And other symptomatic treatment. And proper diet and exercise will help you to reduce fat. B active do not live sedentary life. Avoid fatty and junk food.

Arthritis Pain - These Lifestyle Changes will help you Manage it

Arthritis is a musculoskeletal disease defined by chronic inflammations in the joint and cartilage degradation. It is a fairly common disease, and the pain caused by arthritis can be extremely disabling. If you leave arthritis untreated, it can lead to:

  1. Chronic pain
  2. Stiffness
  3. Swelling
  4. Limb deformities
  5. Disabled scope of motion

These symptoms can hinder your daily life, thus learning how to live with, and managing arthritis becomes important. Here are some lifestyle changes you can adopt to manage pain better:

Everyday routine

Small things you can do every day, while you are sitting or working, such as:

  • Frequently adjust your position
  • Stretch and bend your legs, change your hand’s position and tilt your neck periodically from one side to another
  • Don’t overuse a lone joint because that can cause more pain—so pace yourself and take adequate breaks
  • Walk around and stand every hour or a half.

In addition to these, you must:

  • Manage your weight: Obesity has been linked to arthritis; the more weight you put on, the more your pain will increase.
  • Quit smoking: Connective tissues are stressed when you smoke, and this triggers more pain

Medication

There are a number of medications available in the market today to ease arthritis pain. Over-the-counter (OTC) ibuprofen or acetaminophen are great for pain relief. Also, topical creams that contain analgesics can be gently massaged over inflamed joints to ease the pain.
However, you should avoid the following:

  • Over treatment: If you find yourself depending too heavily on OTC, consult your doctor.
  • Under-treatment: Never ignore or undermine your pain. Leaving arthritis untreated is potentially dangerous, and you may require immediate medication.

Exercise

If you have arthritis, exercise can boost your endurance, enhance your muscles and better your motion range. For best results, focus on gradual strength training, range-of-motion exercises and stretching. You can also include low-stress aerobics, water exercises, cycling or walking.
However, avoid repetitive and high impact exercises, such as:

  • Running
  • Jumping
  • Tennis
  • High-stress aerobics

Emotional and physical assimilation
The pain is not only physically exhausting; it can also strain you mentally. Choose relaxation or cognitive behaviour therapy (an integration of behaviour modification and talk therapy) to keep negative thoughts at bay. Besides these, you can also use acupuncture, heat and cold therapy and massages to ease the pain.

The number of allergens are many and knowing what triggers your allergies can get complicated. The common triggers that are known to trigger allergic rhinitis are:

  1. Moulds
  2. Fungi
  3. Pollen, the most common cause for allergies
  4. Dust mites, and the faeces of dust mites that can cause severe allergic reactions
  5. Cockroaches
  6. Animal dander, which includes cat hair, dog fur, and may also include little flakes of skin

Avoiding the above mentioned triggers is more of a general guideline for the management of allergies. The lifestyle changes that you make to manage allergies:

  1. Keep yourself hydrated at all times. Drink about eight to ten glasses of water every day. This will allow the mucous to be expelled with ease, if you experience any nose block.
  2. During seasons like spring, when the amount of pollen in the air is at its maximum, limit your exposure. Try to stay indoors to avoid exposure to pollen or dust in the air.
  3. Make it a point to take a shower before going to sleep as the residues of pollen and dust stuck to your skin are likely to make your symptoms worse.
  4. Use fresh bedding and clothes every day. This will help to reduce your exposure to allergens.
  5. Remove your carpets. Carpets are home to dust mites and pollen grains which become difficult to remove even with vacuum cleaners. Remove the carpets during the allergy season, and replace with hard flooring.
  6. Keep windows and doors shut to avoid dust and pollen grains from entering the house and possibly causing allergies.
  7. Avoid staying around pets. It that is not possible, then wash them at least once a week to reduce allergies.
  8. Prevent inhaling cigarette smoke or smoking cigarettes. The smoke can be very harmful and can increase the risk of asthma in kids.
  9. Avoid outdoor trips during seasons when the pollen count is high.

Almond face mask for fair and glowing skin In the morning soak 3 or four almonds(according to the area on which to be applied may be used for other parts of the body as well) in the milk. At night mash these almonds in the milk you can use some more milk. Mash it to form very fine paste. Apply to the face. Leave for whole night. In the morning wash face with cold water. With this face mask your skin becomes lighter as well as glowing. This homemade remedy for getting fair and glowing skin also leaves your skin smooth and silky. For dry skin, you can use daily. Regular use of skin lightening cream twice a day will help you. But if marks are there since 15 years, you will have to take 4-6 session of skin lightening chemical peels to lighten the marks, after that apply cream daily for 6-8 months to get best results and clear skin.

Hello lybrate-user. U dint gain your weight instantly so have patience & workout, follow a good regimen to loose your excess weight. I suggest you opt for Yoga bcoz that's the best way to loose your weight as well as b healthy too/ join for Dance classes / Brisk walk. Choose based on your interest. Intake of carbohydrate, fat and sugar should be less. Besides protein, intake of fibre should be high. Consume more of salads, green leafy veggies, pulses, low-carbohydrate fruits.

Hello do not do any yoga step directly. Yoga should be done step by step as mentioned in yoga therapies & YOGA LITERATURES. Yoga can not be done seeing tv. First do & emphasize on anulom vilom then kumbhaka & after good practice of all these things you can go for kapalbhati. YOGA IS A SCIENCE & having its OWN RULES, SO YOGA SHOULD NOT BE FOLLOWED SEEING ONLY TV, GOOD YOGA TEACHER CAN HELP & GUIDE YOU PROPERLY.

This is an approach which can disbalance your system. Stomach works 24/7. It is better to eat less frequently than overeat in Eating Window. Better to create balanced approach than such radical approaches, these only work in short term.
