Your wt should be around 63 kgs. *Avoid sweets, cakes, creams, fried foods, processed food and junk food. * Maintain food timings * Don’t miss breakfast. *Avoid heavy dinners and late night meals. *Avoid stimulants, aerated drinks sweetish juices, etc. And maintain good food habits. * Drink lots of water and keep hydrated. Avoid sugary soft drinks * Have adequate, timely, good night sleep *Even with desk job, you can spend morning and evening time for work out *Have vigorous physical exercise to improve absorption and blood circulation. Games like basketball, volley ball and stretch exercises like pull ups, cycling will be helpful. Obesity- Check whether you have thyroid and such ailments causing weight increase.

Tips to lose weight  faster: 1. Eat a high-protein breakfast. 2Avoid sugary drinks and fruit juice.  3. Drink water a half hour before meals. 4. Choose weight loss-friendly foods (more vegetables and fruits) 5. Eat soluble fiber. 6. Eat mostly whole, unprocessed foods.  7. Eat your food slowly. 8. Sleep 7-8 hours 9. First you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it *in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *in evening, you can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *in dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes. * you can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15 minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Dear lybrate-user. Since you are just 15 years old it won't be tough for you to lose fat through exercise and dieting. But you will notice that as lose fat on a certain part of the body the skin of that part will remain flabby. It happens because when fat is accumulated under the skin, the skin expands. But when the fat gets dissolved the skin does not regain its normal toned texture. To solve this problem you must remember to increase the muscle of the underlying parts of body where you desire to lose fat.

Dear patient, I suggest you some natural antioxidant with Vitamin C combined diet like.. green tea with lemon juice , Sprouts with slice of ginger and lemon, Lemon juice with lukewarm water that will help you weight reduction and protection from skin damage. But green tea and lemon water not to take at empty stomach. Avoid oily food, spicy foods,jam jelly,ghee, honey, salt, sweets, fried foods, junk foods. Green vegetables, fresh fruits, Skin less fish, chicken add in your diet chart. Lybrate-user both things are important for fat control. 1st its 30 to 45 minutes cardeo exercise preferable brisk walking and 2nd its diet control or taking healthy nutritive diet. Dinner should be light maximum till 8pm. Drink warm water with lemon and honey early in the morning. Maximum intake of green tea and water. Eat more fresh salad before meal.

Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily practice skipping daily. Start with skipping for 3-5 minutes and then increase the time to 12-15 minutes. Natural treatment 1.Mix 1 tsf of Apple cider vinegar and 1 Tsf of lemon juice in acup of lukewarm water and drink it everyday in morning in empty stomach for 2-3 2. Drinking daily lemon water with honey is good in reducing wt, but that does nt mean that, you can eat as much as you can& whatever you wouldlike to eat. Try to avoid more oily, salty, spicy, fast/junk/baked food. Take food in small quantity but often. Try to take more green, veg salads, fruits, home made, bt try to reduce rice contents, take pulkas, take sprouts, millets, dal items more. You can eat eggs but white only. Do not go for outside food& caronated drinks. Drink minimum 3-4 litres of water/day. That too if you take 1/2litre minimum in morning after waking up, will help toclean your body. Try to reduce intake of oil/ghee made contents like sweets& chats. Always breakfast should be a bit sufficent or high, lunch with less quantity& dinner evebn more light. Do not forget that though you follow diet, you must follow doing regular exercises, workouts in any form like any of your favourite sports,{outdoor], gym{under expert's care], yoga, jogging, walking. Etc strictly. **lemon water also. If you prepare in this waynn drink, then helpful. Boil a glass of water with dry ginger or ginger or pepper powder, let it be a bit less warmer, then add 1-2 spoonfuls [according to need]of pure honey. Try to avoid sugar& replace it wih honey orjaggery. Taking milkwith honeyalsois good fat burner.
