Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Do crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat. Ask me privately for customized diet plan for you.

Balanced diet helps in controlling all disease and nutritional deficiencies aggrevate them. Abundand fruits and vegetables in diet have all essential nutrients with best bioavailability to the body. And so this diet is the balanced and most natural diet. This normalises weight, nutrients and balance in the body. Breakfast= fruits only. Abundant amount. Lunch/dinner= half plate salad, 1 katori sprouts, green vegetables 2 to 3 katori, daal 2 to 3 katori, only 1 roti in one meal. Evening time fruits are also good. Stop having: milk, milk products, refined foods, packaged food of any kind like bread namkeen buiscuits maida etc. As these have all kinds of adulteration now a days with reports of urea level exceeding the limit even in mother dairy milk. Do light excercise for two hours daily slowly without straining yourself. Have plenty of fluids and water daily.

Hye. Thank you for your query. The pinchable fat is soft belly fat, also known as subcutaneous fat, acts as insulation and a source of energy for your body. The fat you can see and grab, the kind that hangs over your waistline, is soft subcutaneous fat. Ninety percent of the fat on your body is subcutaneous fat. While you can accumulate this type of fat by eating more calories than your body burns, there's a genetic and hormonal connection as well. Too much fat is harmful for the body. A diet filled with refined carbs, such as white bread packaged foods and junk, snack foods, is associated with increased subcutaneous belly fat. Thirty minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic exercise -- like a fast-paced walk or low-impact aerobics -- most days of the week helps you lose the belly flab. Alos, don't forget strength-training. You can't spot reduce, but you can tone and tighten your belly. While crunches and planks can help the abdominal area, include exercises that work all your major muscles -- arms, back, shoulders, glutes and legs is import for balance. Making the right food choices can also help you lose subcutaneous fat. Limit your intake of the refined carbs linked to belly fat. So, skip the white bread, packaged cereals, sugary cereals, biscuits, sweets and soda, and, instead, eat more whole grains, fruits and vegetables. Enjoy healthy sources of protein such as poultry, lean beef, fish, eggs, soy, beans, low-fat dairy, and fats such as olive oil, vegetable oil, nuts and seeds. Eating healthy foods is critical to reduce belly fats.

Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1. Arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4. Lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

Hi - incorporate more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains into your diet while eliminating unhealthy foods. - if you are working or studying away from home, try to pack healthy lunch and snacks for yourself to avoid eating unhealthy food daily. - don't eat straight from the packet - use a plate or bowl to control how much you eat. - don't delay or skip meals. - cut down your consumption of aerated drinks and sodas. - drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. Drink water after waking up and before sleeping. Being dehydrated may make you feel like you're hungry, so it is important to stay hydrated. - have homemade fruit and vegetable juices - eat 5-6 small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, every day, instead of having a few big ones. This regulates your blood sugar level and your metabolism. - don't skip breakfast, instead, make it rich with complex carbohydrates and proteins, so it can provide you with energy to get through the day. Try to include the following as your morning breakfast, oats porridge, eggs on multigrain toast or daliya with sprouts. - avoid artificial sweeteners in processed foods. - eat slowly as it takes about 20 minutes for your brain to register if you're full or not. Eating too fast leads to overeating, so chew slowly to digest your food better and control how much you eat. - use a smaller plate to control your portion sizes and avoid overeating. - know your cravings and do not snack when you're emotional. It is said that you crave crunchy and savory food when you're stressed, frustrated or lonely. Figure out what you crave and replace them with healthier alternatives. - do not eat mindlessly; concentrate on your food instead of watching tv or playing with your phone to avoid overeating.

According to ayurveda, for treatmnet of obesity, you firstly stop causative factors from your life style. Like drinking too much cold water, eat too much sweets, day sleep, water after meal, lack of exercise, curd, menda etc. I will need your detail history. Till you can follow this * start drinking hot water * stop day sleep * start any exercise in morning, like suryanamaskar, walking, joging, sports * drink juice of turmeric n ginger with honey * take jau barley, instead of ghenhu wheat. * use cow ghee n milk only * boild rise in open pot, don't use cocker. At first you have to follow some basic things so that you get better results in a short period of time.. 1) take food two times in a day only 2) try to take liquid diet only for few days 3) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fast and fermented foods 4) don't drink water before meal for one hour and don't drink water after meals for one hour... A)take half tsf of avipattikar churna and half tsf of lavanbhaaskar churna after meals.. B) take 20 ml of ginger juice and 20 gm of jaggery before meals.. C) take 30 ml of bhrungaraajasava and 30 ml of aloe Vera juice at night before sleep... Do all these things for thirty days and reply me for further suggestions.. Thanks

Hello Lybrate user, you also need to modify your diet to reduce your weight. Avoid junk and fried foods. Increase the amount of fiber in your diet and to digest that, also increase the amount of water and keep yourself hydrated all day will help remove all toxins and will remove excess of fat as well from your body. Also along with this avoid intake of salt after 7 pm and have salad and before you go to sleep have 1 glass hot milk without sugar. Hi lybrate-user, Whatever we consume ,is absorbed in blood and utilize by our whole body thus we will see difference in facial mass only after gaining 3-4 kg body weight. To gain only facial mass, regular facial massage (of 20 minute, just prior going to bed) with freshly cut Aloe vera gel (according to skin type ,you can add drops of lemon juice or badam oil) will help. As it is very rich in antioxidant and carries very good hydrating capacity. It will leave your skin soft, chubby with even tone. You will see the results in a week only.

You can loose weight by choosing any form of exercise or sport which you like but above all you need to follow a healthy balanced diet that will help you to loose weight (kilograms) exercise gives you more of inch loss than weight loss! since you have to loose a lot of weight its very important to get a diet suitable for your body type. Start with power yoga and brisk walk atleast 4-5 times a week!

Hi Aadil There is very simple and easy to follow diet plan with which you can lose 2-5kg in just 15days. This plan can be done by cooked vegetables, 150g green salads like cucumber and tomato. Hi, if the food you eat is not properly digested and absorbed then how can you gain weight. Nothing will work if this is not proper. Take *alfa malt forte (medisynth) 1tablespoon to be taken twice a day during meals for 1mth *take grd powder 1tablespoon in 1 cup of milk, drink once a day.
