Rashes is a serious thing in fever. Get her complete hemogram done. Her platelet count need to be checked. Malaria and dengue fever can present like this. Drink lots of ors, atleast 3 liters a day. Get a ps for malaria parasite, malaria and dengue serology if fever comes again.

Hello lybrate-user before going to treatment details first find the cause and try to avoid it. Weight reduction is a slow procedure. If you have lower abdomen try doing cross trainer, leg lifts to tighten the muscles. Focus on eating nuts, pumpkin, sweet potatoes, ginger, turmeric, carrit and oranges. Plan atleast 5-6 meals in a day. Drink ample amount of water. Aim atleast 3 lit per day.

No, do not use that cream. For dark circles, a proper anti dark circle cream is available that is safe and effective. Hi, well, the cause behind all your issues seems to be sinusitis that needs to be tackled in the first place. Sinusitis basically stems from a faulty diet/ lifestyle which you shall require streamlining going forward. Given that your pain is increasingly intolerable and condition worsening with new issues surfacing, I would advise you first to consult an ent specialist and start medical treatment as advised. Simultaneously, however, following are a few things you need to take care of on a day to day basis - (a) avoid cold, hot, spicy drinks & foods (b) restrict tea, coffee, carbonated beverages et al. (c) avoid pollution, smoke, dusty areas (d) avoid direct blast of hot/ cold air. (e) follow regular lifestyle with adequate room for relaxation/ de-stressing (f) have a balanced diet, drink at least 8 to 10 glasses of water daily and ensure that the episodes of acidity/ indigestion are kept to a minimum (g) consume fruits/ vegetables rich in vit a & c. (h) amongst vegetables, onion, garlic, bitter gourd, carrot, beetroot, spinach et al help in this condition. Amla helps improve immunity and protects against infections. (i) do luke warm saline gargling at least thrice daily. (j) inhale plain steam/ medicated vapors (herbal). (k) saline nasal spray 2 to 3 times daily helps clear the nasal passage & drain the mucous/ sinus out. (l) yogasanas & pranayams like anulom vilom help in this condition (s) hope this helps. Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - * to gain weight, first take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of bournvita or complan powder with breakfast. * after 2 hours of breakfast, take 2 bananas or a bowl of boiled soyabeans. To increase your hunger & proper digestion of food - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after lunch * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. 1) eat foods rich in protein like milk and milk product, eggs, chicken, meat. 2) eat energy dense foods like nuts, dates, potato, halwa, kheer etc. 3) eat fruits high in energy like banana, chickoo, sitaphal, mango, grapes. 4) eat two servings of pulses in a day esp. You need to have a diet and exercise plan based on your bmi, age & weight and sex, presence of any diseases. May also need to do some tests. In brief, weight reduction can be achieved only by reducing the intake of food 1/3 of what you take now. And by appropriate exercise plans for each part like belly, thighs, legs etc. To burn off fat. Some tips 1) drink three or four cups of water whenever you feel hungry and just before eating food 2) take boiled or raw vegetable like cucumber, carrot etc. As half of your diet. Then take 1/4 of your total diet as sprouted pulses / proteinaceous food like roti, cooked pulses and remaining with rice or other carbohydrates. Oil or ghee etc. Should be just bare minimum. The most important is to burn off the energy intake by exercises. There is no short cut or medicines without exercise. The food we eat is utilised for our energy needs and the remaining will be stored as fat which leads to obesity.

Hello, at this age, boys tend to get darker because they are outdoors most of the time. It is due to sun tanning. You need to get him a de-tanning laser treatment, home remedies will not give that good effect and will take a long time. Give him a good sun screen eg. Neutrogena uv protection. Apply every two hours, after cleaning face with wet towel. Wear a cap and sun glasses in sun.

1. Sleep well and regular. Irregular sleep can have some serious consequences. It affects both our physical health and also contributes to anxiety and stress. Anxiety as such also leads to disruptions in sleep. When feeling anxious, always try to get a full 7 to 9 hours of uninterrupted sleep and it can work wonders to improve your condition. 2. Always keep smiling. Take a quick break in between your hectic work to get some laughs with your friends. Laughter can reduce depression and anxiety and has proven benefits. 3. Tidy up your living space or workspace. Keep your things clean and clutter-free. That helps us think clear and thus reducing levels of anxiety. 4. Say thank you often. Expressing your thanks for something helps reduce anxiety. 5. Eat smart. Eating more of foods which are rich in vitamin b and omega-3 fatty acids and also healthy whole grain carbs. Vitamin b contributes to good mental health. While omega 3 fatty acids help with both depression and anxiety. Whole grain foods boost serotonin and helps us remain poised. Eating high-sugar content food and processed foods can increase levels of anxiety. 6. Learn to breathe well and relax. Short, shallow breaths arise when you are tensed. So consciously breathing deeply, plus increasing the duration and depth of breathing helps relax the body and mind to a great extent. 7. Meditate. Meditation has so many positive effects on stress, mood, and anxiety. Club meditation with positive thinking to improve your general well-being and overall health. Yoga is also very effective to take off stress from the body and mind by deep relaxation and breathing techniques. 8. Chill and be silent. Reduce the noise and clutter talk that contributes to anxiety. Find time for yourself and be alone to muse upon your own matters without anyone disturbing you. 9. Worry. Yes, we can cause ourselves to freak out, but only for a certain amount of time. When something weighs heavily on your mind, or you believe something terrible is most definitely going to occur, commit to only creating that worry for 20 minutes. Think of all the possible outcomes of the scenario, figure out some game plans, and then quit thinking about it after 20 minutes go by. Have a friend call after the allotted time has passed to avoid the temptation of going over the time limit. Or schedule some of that playtime right afterward. 10. Plan for the future but do not worry about it. Make time tables and to-do lists so that you will not be worried about finishing stuff and so that you can increase your productivity. 11. Be positive. When you feel anxious, train your mind to think and feel positive and give reinforcement to yourself that you can handle any situation. This will significantly reduce your stress and anxiety symptoms. 12. Smell relaxing stuff. Go out to your garden. Smell a fresh rose. Take a deep breathe and allow the relaxation to course through your whole body. You can also use relaxing aroma therapy and use it indoors. 13. Go out and spend time with your friends and family. Spend time with your pets social support reduces anxiety and stress to such a great extent that it is almost always bearable. So next time you get on your nerves, go out with your friends, chat with them, watch a movie, spend some time watching the waves in the beach with your partner, talk to your siblings. If you have tried all these and still have problems, please consult me for prescription medication.

Use tea tree face wash and toner twice daily. Use aha glow face wash daily use sunscreen with spf 30 daily. Use natural face pack of multani mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar with mother for 5 mins after washing your face and splash it clean with water. It is allergic rhino sinusitis, that is allergy of nose and sinuses. Try to avoid triggers, things which increase your symptoms. If not possible then take anti allergic tablet and nasal corticosteroids regularly. No side effects.

Management: here are five tips everyone can use to help improve the quality of their sleep: keep your bedroom cool and dark put away/turn off all electronic devices while preparing for bedtime stick to a regular bedtime and wake time every day, even on weekends stop drinking caffeine by the early afternoon and avoid large late-night meals skip the late-afternoon nap, as it can make it harder to sleep at bedtime avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Do regular exercise. Go for a brisk walk in the morning. Medication: take schwabe's bacopa monierri 1x/ thrice daily and kali phos./ once daily at night for 1 month.

Avoid fluoridated toothpastes.make sure this area isn't smeared with cosmetics.if u have hair in this region u can have a pigmentation because of that too.stay away from bleaching agents and dyes in this region.Mix a tsp each of honey,curd,papaya and aloe,apply it on face for ten minutes and wash off without soap.if u r on medications like steroids ,u can have pigmentation here too.make sure to use a sunscreen for ur face,it'll protect from darkening.
