Hello, Visceral fat (central fat) is very common which happens due to faulty lifestyle and hormonal imbalance. Exercise regularly(on overall body) and have a good, balanced diet for overall fat loss.

Hello, Have mixed variants of nuts and dried fruits as they will help you with better protein utilisation. Any single food item in isolation can't give you results, you have to focus on overall diet.

Hi, You are having migraines- which can be variable in location (as you shared) and variable in intensity (dull ache, pressure and severe throbbing pain). Do not worry. These are the most common type of headaches. Trying to be regular in your sleeping habits, eating habits, drinking plenty of water and daily aerobic exercise can help you prevent those. Sometimes headaches can be triggered by foods as well- so when you experience a headache, try to reflect back and figure out your triggers. Medications are also available based on individual patient factors.

Namaste, Simple things to do to prevent headaches would be Regularity - in your sleeping and waking, eating; drinking plenty water (2-3 liters atleast); aerobic activity 4-5 times a week, at least 30 mins and avoiding foods such as cheese, wine, those with MSG, etc; deep breathing and meditation can also be helpful.

Try to take longer gaps lybrate-user. Spending too much time on computers has multiple other side effects as well. If this is something you have to do for work, try strategic breaks more frequently, albeit shorter ones.

Dear lybrate user avoid facewashes and creams, use gram fluor and turmeric instead, eat more vegetables and whole fruits, drink plenty of water, since pimples depend on many internal factors it needs an internal medicinal treatment for cure

Hello, Good carbohydrates are equally responsible for a healthy weight loss, please do not get over bored with high protein sources, as that can lead to serious consequences. You just need to avoid alcohol, refined products, excess salt and sugar, junk and oily foods. Everything in moderation is peemittable. Exercise regularly.

Weight gain can be a time-consuming process. But you have to be patient and practice it correctly. You should take every 2 hourly meal and fix your meal timing and include good amount of nuts and High Proteins Along With Calories Like Eggs, lean meat, fish, skinless chicken, pulses, sprouts, and dairy products that rich sources of proteins. Please take fruit shakes (Like banana, mango) + 5-6 almonds and 1-2 walnuts. In lunch have multigrain roti + 1bowl dal /palak paneer/ egg white bhurji + 1bowl salad. Evening have fruits shake/lassi/badam shake Dinner: 1-2 paneer stuffed roti/1-2 multigrain roti+ 1bowl dal+ 1bowl salad. Exercises To Gain Weight and Get Enough Sleep And Very Important Keep Yourself Motivated.

Hello, count calories while sitting at your desk. Keep track of what you eat for a few days and then subtract 500 to 700 calories from them plan what you are going to eat, start by filling your diet by fruits, vegetables, salads they help to trim your belly fat, make healthier choices like healthy snacks, nuts, etc. Drink at least 10-12 glasses of water and include fluid rich fruits and vegetables.
