Hi Apply pranacharya restopain oil or prasarini oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. And agni tundi vati and maha yograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day.

Hello I suffered from a pain in my hip whenever I try to sit or any type of pressure put in my hip like riding bike etc. This is second time I suffered from it. I don't know what is this and why this happens please suggest me why it happens and what is this. From the outside nothing is there like pimples or any hard material but it's pain so much. Hi. I think you should consult a good physiotherapist. The pain may b related to your sciatic nerve or may b a joint problem. Proper exercise and proper physiotherapy May help you to come out of this problem.

I have problem in my knee. I feel hurt when I walk and during sitting my knee pains everyday. I am regularly doing exercise but not getting the relief from pain. What should I do to get rid of this problem. During walking also pain persists and I feel heavy legs. Also there is problem in bending the knee. I am unable to play cricket since last many days only due to this problem. So please suggest me the ways to get rid from this problem. I will always be thankful to you for solving my problem.

Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

I am a heart patient and had angiography done 3 years back. I am continuously taking medicines. I felt back pain on the right side but not constant and moves on shoulder right hand and while turning head towards right feels pain. And the pain keeps moving. I consulted a cardio who advised to take sorbitrate when pain comes and if not subsided, to take ultracet 1-1. I had apple pain relief gels for 2 - 3 days but no relief. Kindly advice.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.

Hello, Kindly follow advises given below 1.Avoid using computers continuously, take rest for 5 min after working for half an hour 2. In pain free interval do neck exercise (kindly learn exercise by registered Trainer) 3. you can use thin pillow while sleeping so that normal posture of neck can be maintained 4.Maintain proper posture of body while watching TV/ studying Kindly go for cervical X ray AP and lateral and review with reports Consult Physician for Further Management

It would be better for you to eat steam cooked or boiled food in order to prevent the risk of adding on the weight. •Make sure that you only steam cooks all your veggies and do not fry them when you are cooking. •You can also consume boiled chicken or fish every day, but make sure that you should never eat fried chicken or other meat.
