Hello lybrate-user, Welcome to Lybrate. For your pain, you can try some oral analgesics like ibuprufen or paracetamol. Also you can go for pain relief ointments like diclofenac gel. But remember not to exhaust yourself with practicing overtime before your final test. All the best!

There might be a muscle tear. Can happen due to faulty warmup stretching exercises or due to over exertion. For the relief apply ice packs. Give rest to the part and take some analgesic with anti inflammatory property you will recover. Hope this information is helpful. For further assistance can contact.

I am 65 years, since 3months suffering with frozen shoulder, first 2 months consulted ortho n took medicine but no relief, then took 20 days physiotherapy. Now also unable lift my hand, if I do small exercise also getting pain. Using hot pack also, no diabetes n bp. Hw long it will be cured ?

It is self limiting disease will be over after 9 months. But you can not wait till that. Try cod man pendulum exercise . Control sugar. Hot pack n consult a qualified physiotherapist who know Brian Mulligan's techniques you will get significant relief in single sitting with mulligan's

I am doing exercise ealy morning going running about 20min. My legs are still paining in between muscles and ankle. When I sit on ground for about 10 min or more I get hard to stand up there no pain but feels have no energy to stand up. Let me what to do.

Its protein deficiency which causes muscle fatigue. Whenever we start exercising our body's protein need also increases. Intially start with walking for 15 min then 20.25. 30. And so on gradually. Then slowly introduce running. And improve your diet with protein rich food. All the best.

Lower Back pain due to disc prolapse can be initially treated with back muscle exercise. Kindly visit a physiotherapy unit. But if MRI shows severe problem then other treatment may be required.

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Reason should be explored. I need history, test reports, health issues if any. However Tab Shigru and Rumalya forte of Himalaya drug company 1 bid each for 15 days; massage with Mahavishgarbh oil daily night and bath with warm water and drink pure turmeric in milk half teaspoon daily twice.
