Hi lybrate-user, There are two pillars for weight loss. Diet and exercise. Although right diet can control further weight gain and assure overall health, exercise is must for weight reduction. 30 mins walk (to start with), with well-balanced diet (depending on your health condition) can lead to gradual and healthy weight loss. Workout, eat well, be patient. Your body will reward you. I would be happy to help you. Please consult me privately so that I can understand your problem in detail and device a diet plan for you.

Mr. Lybrate-user, yes you are right, sweetened aerated drinks are one of the major problems leading to overweight and related conditions like diabetes. Similarly junk food and pastries and highly processed food, fructose corn syrup containing products also are the ones causing various health related issues in today's younger population. Adding to thjis is the inactivity. So we need to motivate younger generation to move away from these harmful foods and hit the ground for exercise.

There is evidence that certain dietary supplements and vitamins can help with certain types of pain. Fish oil is often used to reduce pain associated with swelling. Topical capsaicin, derived from chili peppers, may help with arthritis, diabetic nerve pain, and other conditions. There's evidence that glucosamine can help relieve moderate to severe pain from osteoarthritis in the knee. Do reply back for private consultation. And detailed treatment plan.

lybrate-user, Your BMI is 3737.69 kgs /M2 showing grade 2 obesity. Your ideal body weight should be 57 kgs. Since you have hypothyroidism, weight reduction is only possible if TSH level is between 3 to 4 mU/L. Once if that is achieved, then regular exercise and diet control will definitely be helpful. Thanks.

If your daily diet lacks iodine, you can develop a condition known as iodine deficiency disorder or IDD, which is detrimental to your thyroid gland. This condition can be reversed by routine intake of iodized salt. The human body does not produce iodine, so if you do not receive iodine through iodized salt or some other means, your thyroid gland does not produce sufficient levels of thyroid hormone. This condition, known as hypothyroidism, can cause weight gain, fatigue, depression, increased cholesterol levels and muscle cramps.

DEAR, sir/mam I am sugar patient, I want to recover quickly tell me the way, how am I improve quickly.
Dear lybrate user, one of the major nutritional substance required for human body is carbohydrate. We take carbohydrate in the form of rice, wheat, sugar etc. The complex molecules of carbohydrate are broken down into simple glucose molecules during digestion & released in the blood stream to be absorbed by the muscle cells. Muscle cells utilise the glucose molecules to release energy by breaking down those glucose molecules. Insulin hormone plays a vital role in the absorption of the glucose molecules by the muscle cells. In abnormal conditions, either due to less production of insulin or due to resistance to insulin, the process of absorption of glucose by the muscles comes to a stand still. The glucose molecules remains in the bloodstream which results in the increase in the blood sugar level. The failure of utilisation of the glucose molecules by the muscle cells results in production of less energy than normal condition. This is externally manifested as the fatigue & tiredness of the patient. This excess amount of blood sugar compels the kidney to function more than normal level in order to excrete the blood sugar molecules through urine. As a result the patient suffers from frequent urination. This abnormal condition is clinically known as diabetes mellitus. Once a patient is diagnosed with diabetes he has to take regular medicine to keep his blood sugar level within normal limits. Take homoeopathic mother tincture gymnema sylvestra q, 30 drops, thrice daily, after meals, in a cup of water. Also you need to walk at least 1 hour daily without any interval. Also you need to take a low carbohydrate rich diet. Avoid rice, sweet dishes, fruits, cold drinks, fast foods, alcoholic beverages, potato etc.

Success rate varies from 10 to 50% per single treatment but actually depends on actual age, the health and some other factors of both the partners. There are many clinics including ours. The procedure also depends on the actual cause of the infertility. But the hope is always there.
