How can I grow my body and increase my height and what type of diet for me which help in growing?
Height is increased usually till 21 in boys, mostly till 18. You can still hope to get some more height. Play basket ball, hang in air with hand support, do pashchimotasana, sleep with your head in south direction. For weight gaining you should eat food rich in proteins and carbohydrates. Do a heavy breakfast, eat cow ghee with your meals. Eat 100gm paneer everyday, bananas, milk, honey, green seasonal vegetables, and do prithvi mudra for 20 minutes daily.

Iam feeling so tired and getting weak and acquiring so much sleep can you give me a solution.
1) eat foods rich in protein like milk and milk product, eggs, chicken, meat. 2) eat energy dense foods like nuts, dates, potato, halwa, kheer etc. 3) eat fruits high in energy like banana, chickoo, sitaphal, mango, grapes. 4) eat two servings of pulses in a day esp. Soybean and urad dal. 5) have proper rest. If you are looking out for proper meal plan and guaranteed weight gain results, click on consult privately.

Dear patient, 1.I suggest you some natural antioxidant with Vitamin C combined diet like.. green tea with lemon juice,Sprouts with slice of ginger and lemon, Lemon juice with lukewarm water that will help you weight reduction and protection from skin damage. 2. But green tea and lemon water not to take at empty stomach. 3.Avoid oily food, spicy foods,jam jelly,ghee, honey, salt, sweets, fried foods, junk foods. 4.Green vegetables, fresh fruits, Skin less fish, chicken add in your diet chart. 5.Do not be at fasting more than 3 hours 6.take low amount of food at regular interval. 7.Do brisk walk for 45 min in a day at any time. Changing body fat or shape within 10 days is not too easy. But you can start to develop now onwards. Go for proper diet chart. You will get good result. You can use supplement also for extra fat/energy.

Hi lybrate-user. For your height your weight should be 80 kgs to gain muscle start strength training exercises post workout have protein rich foods like eggs, whey boiled Chana, milk+egg combinations, paneer etc. Have a high protein and calorie diet. Pre workout have banana shake. Include calorifically dense foods like nuts, milk n milk products, banana, chicoo etc.

Hye. Thank you for your query. You cannot target one body part but you can try to do singular exercises in your workout routine. Working out your legs, thighs and calves will help improve muscle mass and make your legs look more toned.

A person’s height is determined to a great extent by genetics, but it is not necessarily the only determinant. There is a hormone in the body known as Human Growth Hormone (HGH) that regulates height. HGH is produced by the pituitary gland and is highly essential for the growth of long bones and cartilage. You can try these foods whichj hasa miraculous effect in increasing height as as weight. 1. Take Ashwagandha Ashwagandha contains various minerals that broaden the bone skeleton as well as its density. This in turn increases your height. You can easily find ashwagandha in an herbal store. 2.2. Drink Milk Milk is rich in calcium, an important mineral for bone growth. Calcium also acts as a height booster. Besides calcium, milk has vitamin A and protein that are essential for overall development of the body, including height. To increase your height by a few inches, drink at least two to three glasses of milk daily. In addition, eating dairy foods like cheese, cottage cheese, yogurt and cream can have an effect on height. Increase high calorie high nutrient dense foods consumption. Use clarified bitter in your diet. Drink mango milk shake and banana milk shake in your diet.

Yes you can make by joining Gym. Take Protein rich diet. Lot of water. Plenty of salad and fruits and green vegetables.
