Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - * to gain weight, first take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of bournvita or complan powder with breakfast. * after 2 hours of breakfast, take 2 bananas or a bowl of boiled soyabeans. To increase your hunger & proper digestion of food - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after lunch * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. You can take 2 bowl of careals (moong/chana daal) on the place of curd or cheese. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 10-12 pieces of dry fruits or 3-4 pieces of dates (khajoor). * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. Exercise is very important so that muscles gain mass from the heathy diet. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely

You may consider getting your blood glucose, blood pressure & hemoglobin level checked. Have 3 litres water daily to avoid dehydration & thus dizziness, fatigue, weakness. Have small frequent meals at 2-3 hrs interval instead of 3-4 large ones. Have a balanced diet comprising of all food groups-grains, vegetables, fruits, dairy, nuts oilseeds, meat & pulse

Welcome to lybrate, pls don't take any supplement to gain weight bcz it has so many side effects, you should take balanced diet including whole cereals, dals, meat, fish egg, whole milk, fresh fruits, like banana, apple, pineapple, vegetables like, root vegetables, paratha in place of roti, use butter, frequent meal with snacks, and go for exercise daily. Don't drink water before meals. This can fill your stomach and make it harder to get in enough calories. Eat more often. Drink milk. Try weight gainer shakes. Use bigger plates. Add cream to your coffee. Take creatine. Get quality sleep.

Peanut butter is a yummy spread for toast and bread. If you’re trying to gain weight, feel free to go for this high-calorie and nutritious food. Apply it on your whole wheat bread for breakfast and see how your weight increases within a short period of time. Besides, you can spread a spoonful of peanut butter on fruits or vegetables like banana, apple slices, fresh berries, wheat germ or applesauce. Alternatively, a peanut butter sandwich is also a good choice.

Hye, Thanks for the query. The moment you think of weight gain, whatever is your workout or diet intake, does not justify taking a protein supplement or a weight gainer. You cannot gain weight by just adding a protein source or gainer to your diet. Weight gain needs additional calories through a balance of carbohydrates, proteins, healthy fats and exercise. You have to have a balanced healthy protein rich diet for the supplement to be utilised. Even if by chance you do gain weight it will just be fat mass which will disappear once you stop the supplement. Healthy weight gain needs good muscle mass gain which needs good diet and exercise.       Supplementation totally depends on your present food intake & activity levels. So, for weight gain you need a balanced, calorie dense diet and a good exercise routine Once your diet is good and you are working out right the supplement will be of benefit to improve the increased needs but not on its own alone.
