Pigmentation is common after delivery. It will get better with time. Take proper diet and use sunscreen regularly. Apply a cream containing combination of Kojic acid and Glycolic acid at night over the face.

Skin is dry and wrinkles are seems and I am 19 years. Please give a proper remedy for this.

DHMS (Diploma in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery)
Homeopath, Ludhiana
Skin is dry and wrinkles are seems and I am 19 years. Please give a proper remedy for this.
Homoeopathic cream ANTIWRINKLE CREAM ( BAKSON) Apply in circular fashion twice a day 1. Avoid the sun and/or use a good sunscreen. Sun damage is well-known to wreak havoc upon the best of skin. All sun worshippers that do not take heed pay the price with lax, leathery skin before their time ~ not to mention the risk of many dangerous skin cancers. The sun screen should be o Broad-spectrum protection (protects against UVA and UVB rays). o Sun Protection Factor (SPF) 30 or greater. o Water resistance o Preferably Homoeopathic SUNCARE SUNSCREEN ( BAKSON). 2. Drink plenty of water. Water is what nourishes our cells…it is present in EVERY cell in our bodies. But, many people do not drink enough of this elixir! And, without proper hydration, skin will appear dull and listless ~ lacking the elasticity that gives us our youthful appearance. What is the proper amount of water to drink per day? This is a controversial subject, but I recommend 9 cups for women and 12.5 cups for men. 3. Do not bathe in hot water since this has a harmful effect on the skin integrity, damaging it and drying it out. 4. Use a good moisturizer! Preferably Homoeopathic ROSE MOISTURISER ( SBL) 5. Partaking in regular exercise can improve skin elasticity. It is recommended to have 30 minutes of aerobic exercise to improve circulation for the skin. This gives the benefit of feeding the skin and removing any waste products more effectively. Hence, you will have a more youthful skin. 6. Proteins make up the matrix of our cells and thus are very important for good collagen and elasticity. Eat these top proteins for good elasticity: almonds, peanut butter, salmon, sardines and eggs. 7. Luten an antioxidant found in egg yolks, spinach, and other leafy greens may improve skin elasticity by almost 20%. Lutein is also found in topical face products. 8. Fish oil capsules taken on a daily basis can do much for skin elasticity. This is very important if you are on a diet or have already lost a lot of weight…fish oil is one of your best weapons to combat laxity and looseness of the skin. But, be sure to follow the dosage directions on the label (and consult a physician before taking anything) since the wrong dose may be harmful or dangerous in bleeding disorders (or other medical conditions). 9. Also, it’s important to eat plenty of fruits and vegetables for good skin elasticity. And, of these ~ the best ones to eat are as follows: • Red Peppers • Oranges • Grapefruits • Strawberries • Broccoli • Carrots • Mango • Apricots • Sweet Potato • Avocados So, if you have lost elasticity due to poor habits or weight loss ~ the above list should give you a guide on how you may improve your skin starting TODAY. Or, if you are needing a preventative treatment against aging…these habits can take you down the road to a much happier, youthful skin! We don’t have to give in to mother nature, there are always variables we can manipulate to fight back against what our mothers and grandmothers had to endure ~ loose, sagging skin.

Hi Thank you for posting your query I understand your concern You may use a cream triple drug combination i.e based on Kligman formula e.g tretinoin+hydrquinone+hydrocortisone in addition to the sunscreen. This formula/combination is preferred for initiation of treatment in melasma and usually produces good results in most patients in about 2-3 months. Thereafter this combination cream based on kligman formula is changed to a milder preparation containing Konica acid for maintenance of improvement. Sunscreen use is a must for these to be effective. Creams based on kligman formula/ modified kligman formula are prescription products and should be used under supervision of a dermatologist because they can cause irritation. In any case these creams should not be used longer than 2-3 months because they are steroid based. However these creams based on kligman formula are effective for initiation of treatment in melasma because of dramatic and excellent impoivement in melasma. Some procedures like chemical peels are also effective in treating them It take time for the results to be observed Hope this helps In case you have further query you can discuss on my page with your pictures Regards.

Believe me, if you are happy from inside and taking nutritious, healthy food and daily yoga or some kind of exercises, it will be automatically reflected on your face. Yes, the colour which is inherited from your parents/ ancestors, cannot be changed, but you can try to get glow on your face!! Daily Regime: Apart from these, you do follow CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally sunscreen with SPF-30 – a thick layer of Bakson's Suncare cream may be, 20-30 minutes before going out daily and repeat it's application after every 3-4hrs.) after washing your face daily; use the products as per your skin type. This will change the skin texture and skin tone. In case you do have tanning, apply honey with a dash of lime on your face. Eat right and healthy that too on time, relieve your stress/ tensions, sleep well, stop smoking, as this restricts blood flow to your face and leaves you with a greyish complexion. lead a healthy lifestyle! Apart from this, avoid anger, anxiety, fear which increases stress hormone in the body and subsequently makes your complexion darker! (Hormonal imbalances also plays a major role). If the dull and dark skin tone is due to any underlying ailment or diseases, need to look into the matter. Diet: -Increase your Vitamin C intake (lemon,orange,gooseberry,etc.Fruits/juices, strawberries, sweet peppers, tomatoes, cantaloupe, and green peas). - Eat more Vitamin A (nonfat milk, oysters, and egg yolks, carrots, watermelon, papaya, tomatoes, or other dark colored produce) . If you feel your skin is weak or not tight enough, that usually suggests a lack of Vitamin A. Medicine: You can also use homoeopathic cream - Medicynth's Whitch Hazel daily at night. Home remedies: Apply fresh-squeezed lemon juice to your entire face and neck. Leave it on for 10 minutes and then wash it off with lukewarm water. After this, rub cucumber slices on your skin to soften and moisturize it. Do this daily or every other day. Another option is squeeze the juice of one-half lemon and mix one to two tablespoons of raw honey in it. Apply it on your face, leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes and then rinse it off. To exfoliate your skin, mix two teaspoons each of lemon juice and sugar. Apply the mixture on your face, neck and hands. Scrub in a circular motion and leave it on for 10 minutes. Then rinse it off with lukewarm water. Follow this remedy once a week to enjoy glowing skin. Mix one tablespoon of turmeric powder with enough pineapple juice to make a paste. Apply the paste to your face and neck. Leave it on until the paste dries completely. Then wash it off with lukewarm water. Follow this remedy two or three times a week to reduce the appearance of spots on skin.

Dark circles are a common problem but the cause for its occurrence has to be determined. Most of the times, it's genetic that is it runs in the family. But inadequate sleep, nutritional deficiency or working on laptop for long hours can also cause this. Please get your hemoglobin checked. Creams can be tried, which are specially made for treating pigmentation on this area. Chemical peels are also another option. Please use a sunscreen. You can call me or contact me through online consult option for detailed prescription and all other precaution to be taken.

Hi! You could be either having sun sensitivity or allergy to some products. Stop applying any other product. Splash water twice a day. Pat dry. Use only mild baby soap.

My skin day by day totally drying and getting some itching so please provide some medicine.
Hi lybrate-user I think it's better to use nimbamruthadi kera for body massage. Also strictly not use hard soaps at all. Use ayurvedic soaps lyk Gly-seb for retaining moisture. Eat plenty of veggies and seasonal fruits. Drink plenty of water. Avoid outside foods. Regards

Facial skin is very sensitive for waxing. It can give rashes when the hair is pulled out, as the face skin is much thinner than the body skin. Black dots can form due to small amount of blood that comes out when the hair is pulled, it dries and flakes out in a few days.
