It is not good to have heart beat on the higher side like in your case , increase can be due to fear, fight or flight , face the situation and do not run away , do some simple exercises like walking , athletes have heart beats on the lower side. Get BP & Eyesight checked for headache

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. I have gone through the details given. Your Vit D level is low, may need supplementation. Total cholesterol is fine. Creatinine is also good. Ideally TSH should be in the normal range. ).3 to 4 mU/L or so. Thanks.
