TIPS FOR PROPER SLEEP:: 1.Have a glass of whole milk (without the cream removed) with green cardamom powder before going to bed. 2.Have 1 teaspoon of licorice root powder with a glass of milk on an empty stomach in the morning. 3.Boil 3 grams of fresh mint leaves or 1.5 grams of dried powder of mint leaves in 1 cup of water for 15-20 minutes. Take lukewarm with 1 teaspoon of honey at bedtime. 4.Massage your feet with lukewarm mustard oil 2-3 times a day and before going to bed. 5. Take light meals at night and drink 10-15 glasses of water daily. 6.Stop using gadgets 1 hr before sleep.switch off lights at 11:00 pm. 7. Sleep in total dark room. 8.Add some fresh rose petals in a cup of boiling water. Keep it aside till it is lukewarm. Add ½ teaspoonful of sugar to it and have this twice a day. This is a good drink to uplift mood. 9.Do yoga daily 30 min n shavasana daily 5 min before sleep.... Do deep breathing for 2-3 min after every 1 hr.... 10. Take 2 tab stresswin at night for 5 days only.

Do 30mins walk in a day. Be on time with your diet and avoid lot of coffee and teas. Try to have a sound sleep when you sleep for atleast about 5hours. Drink more water in a day. Have more fruits in your diet.

Hi for pain take cold water fomentation for 20 minutes thrice a day for 5 days. Do stretching and gentle massage of hand. If still you don't get relief and need further advice, consult me via lybrate.

1.Take paracetamol 500mg,1 tablet sos after food up to a maximum of 3 tablets daily, 2.Drink plenty of water 3.Take rest If you have recurrent attack of headache 1.It could be a tension headache due to stress and strain or migraine. 2.Avoid stress, physical and mental exertion 3.Go for regular exercise 4.Practice yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress 5.Check for refractive error, sinusitis Hemoglobin, BP 6. Consult Neurologist to rule out other causes of headache 7. consult me for further advice

Hello lybrate user, headache can be due to migraine, acidity, eyes problem, stress, BP n etc. Start having water rich fruits. 2. Start day with Yoga and meditation. 3. Start having tab chandraprabha vati 2 tab twice a day. 4. Have food which is free from excessive oil n masala. contact for further treatment. tc

Ibs can be managed if a person gives up his/her sedentary life, take good diet. Take more probiotics as it will help and give relief. You may also go for homoeopathic treatment.

Hello, take Alpha HA, 15 drops with warm water twice at the gap of 2 hours. Take kali phos 6x, 6 tabs and sleep for 8 hours. After getting up you will feel better in Headache.

Leg pain can occur due to many reasons. Here are some simple tips to help you. 1. Drink lots of fluids in this summer to avoid cramps. 2. Avoid jogging on hard surfaces. 3. Wear good quality supportive shoes while walking 4. Give rest to your legs and apply cold pack when you have severe pain. You can take simple analgesics like paracetamol for relief. 5. Can apply topical analgesics. For diagnosis and management give details of your pain and consult.

I have a prob" avascular necrosis" in my right hip joint, I had an operation before 3 yrs ago. They said that. They drilled and inserted an bone inside the bone joint at hip joint (right), the problem is. Now also if sm stress is applied. Or else, if I walk fr a while its paining. So wat should I do. To remove the pain permanently. Smtyms knee gets irritating and very painful. So please help me out. Thanx.

I am 43yrs female. Having severe shoulder pain in both the shoulders. Since past few mths movements have also bcome restricted. I also am taking thyroid and cholesterol tablets. Hysterectomy done 6yrs back. Also have general body pain. Please help.

You may be suffering from frozen shoulder. It is quite common in patients who are hypothyroid. Get your thyroid tests done to see if the levels are in normal range. Also get vitamin d and uric acid levels done fasting and revert back with reports.

Hello. I am 19 year old, male and suffering from sleeping disorder. Last seven days I don't use to sleep at night for study purpose. After whole night of reading and writing I go to bed on 6: 00a. M. Now when I try to sleep at night, then don't know why my eyes don't go drwosy. My body pains and feel sleepy but whenever I try closing my eyes and to sleep, my eyes gets open in its own. Sleeping well is essential to your physical health and emotional well-being. This problem of urs is temporary and due to stress and change of routine. Avoid too much of coffee in the evening or night time. Drink plenty of liquids. Keep a regular sleep schedule. Do deep breathing exercises. Rest in cool dark and quiet room.

Hi Apply pranacharya restopain oil or prasarini oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. And agni tundi vati and maha yograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day.. .

1.You may be having anxiety or stress. Avoid stress. 2.You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep to remain healthy. 3.Go for regular exercise, Take part in games and sports, 4.Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind, control your emotion, relieve anxiety and improve concentration. 5.Adhere to a specific sleep time and regular schedule 6.Take light dinner. 7.Avoid taking tea/coffee at bed time. 8. Don’t go to sleep immediately after dinner.Take a small walk after dinner and if possible take hot water bath before sleep. Read a light magazine or interesting book before going to bed 9. Avoid late night. 10..Don’t sleep in day time 11.Don’t take sleeping pill 12. If no relief consult doctor
