Im not able to sleep as soon as I lie down on the bed it takes me minimum of 20 mins to maximum 4 hours to get sleep. I want to sleep immediately but I'm not able to sleep like that. It's affecting my daily routine I tend to sleep at office and I sleep for a maximum of 6 hours if I'm on holiday I sleep at 3 am and wake up at 2 pm or 1 pm.

For good sleep, just try out these simple ways - 1. Stick to a sleep schedule- Go to bed and get up at the same time every day. Try to limit the difference in your sleep schedule on weeknights and weekends to no more than one hour. Being consistent reinforces your body's sleep-wake cycle. If you don't fall asleep within about 20 minutes, leave your bedroom and do something relaxing. Read or listen to soothing music. Go back to bed when you're tired. Repeat as needed. 2. Pay attention to what you eat and drink - Don't go to bed hungry or stuffed. In particular, avoid heavy or large meals within a couple of hours of bedtime. Your discomfort might keep you up. Nicotine, caffeine and alcohol deserve caution, too. 3. Create a restful environment - Avoid prolonged use of light-emitting screens just before bedtime. Consider using room-darkening shades, earplugs, a fan or other devices to create an environment that suits your needs. Doing calming activities before bedtime, such as taking a bath or using relaxation techniques, might promote better sleep. 4. Limit daytime naps - Long daytime naps can interfere with nighttime sleep. If you choose to nap, limit yourself to up to 30 minutes and avoid doing so late in the day. 5. Include physical activity in your daily routine - Regular physical activity can promote better sleep 6. Manage worries - Try to resolve your worries or concerns before bedtime. Stress management might help. Start with the basics, such as getting organized, setting priorities and delegating tasks. Meditation also can ease anxiety. Identifying and treating any underlying causes can help you get the better sleep you deserve. If above things doesn't help you, then consult us for homeopathic medicines.

Give pressure the dipping point on the portion between the thumb and the index finger on the back of the palm. Press and release for 15 times where the pain is more. This will solve the problem. Further do some wrist rotation exercise. Report after 5 days.

Hello lybrate-user, Welcome to Lybrate. For your pain, you can try some oral analgesics like ibuprufen or paracetamol. Also you can go for pain relief ointments like diclofenac gel. But remember not to exhaust yourself with practicing overtime before your final test. All the best!

Tip- I will suggest you to take a shower with warm water or just wash your face, forearms, legs with soap and water at bedtime for a peaceful sleep.

Playing on daily basis does not cause pain because your muscles get strengthen up. Pain in leg may be due to many in such case I would recommed you to go for some investigations to rule out the reason for pain like vit b12, uric acid and calcium. Let me help you with the treatment that you can take at home to give you relief: take some alum and dissolve in hot water bucket. Take hot fermentation with this water for 10-15 minutes daily twice a day. Before going for playing mandatory to have hot fermentation. This will release all your pain and discomfort. If possible visit nearby physio and pain relieving modalities along with manipulation therapy. Best regards.

Apply prasarini oil or pranacharya restopain oil on your affected part and give hot fomentation twice a day. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take maha yograj guggul 1-1 after lunch and dinner. Avoid fermented food. Spicy food. Junk food. Eat green vegetables. Fuits. Drink minimum 7-8 glass of water everyday. Sleep for 7 hrs minimum. Do pranayama early morning. And do exercises.
