I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2.take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3.triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating. When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts also contain fats in them and can help in adding that extra pounds you desire. 2. Sometimes loss of appetite may also cause weight loss. you can start with high protein diet. Take 2-3 eggs with full cream milk ,banana shake ,any protein shake. stuffed chapati with panner, pulses, onion,potatoes etc you also can include green leafy vegetables ,seasonal fruits,rice,etc. Take red meat. Take milk everyday take coffee with cream. Don^t drink water before meal. make a record of your weight.

Hello, your dad should maintain all sort of anti-dietetic, norms to control sugar level as rise in sugar will retain any sort of disease. Give him homoeo medicne: @ bryonia alb 30-5 drops, thrice, orally. @ kali bichrome 30-5 drops, thrice, orally. Avoid, caffiene, nicotine, cold intake, exposure to cold, junk food. Hello madam / sir I am going to be 25 in November and I am just married. Having few bad habits smoking, sometimes alcohol and sometimes junk food also. But I am also work out person, I lift heavyweights in gym and my weight is 76-77 kg. Can you please suggest me how to continue my fitness and keep my body much energetic and stamina full. I have left gym since my marriage function now I want to start again but towards real fitness instead of heavy weight lifting and body building.

Hello, You need to quit alcohol and smoking completely. They just won't help. You need to start with a scratch and gradually restart exercise schedule. Fitness should be mandatory and should not be compromised under any circumstances.

Weight gain depends on many factors such as genetic, hereditary, previous weight records and many more. Help yourself with more of milk products & nuts in diet. Only 3 meals will not be enough to gain weight. Include high calorie snacks in between your main meals such as nuts, dark chocolates, cakes, soy sticks. Even medicines & supplements will not work in isolation. And to gain weight it's necessary to be in positive energy balance, I would suggest you gain weight under the supervision of diet expert so to be in positive energy balance and to get desirable results.

You can get your daily diets planned according to your food habits, lifestyle, blood group & medical history, if any. You have to increase your daily calorie intake. Try to eat after every 2 hours. Include milkshakes, paneer / aloo parathas, cheese sandwiches, dry fruits, have rice as well as chapattis in your lunch / dinner. Drink atleast 3lts. Of water daily.

Hello, Gaining weight is a slow process which requires patience and dedication! The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points ( if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). I will suggest you to not take any kind of supplements or mass gainer for increasing your weight and instead concentrate on natural ways and Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong , chana , Dal , rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit

Weight gain is a complex process & depends on many factors such as genetic, hereditary, previous weight records and many more. To gain you have to be very particular about food timings & choices, don't skip any meals. Include high calorie foods in between mani meals such as dark chocolates, nuts etc.
