You are 15 kgs overweight...Best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control....take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day....medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day....and pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day...avoid junk food...oily food...fermented food..alcohol consumption..sugar....milk products and sweets....take oats and cereals more..and do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day...and do exercises....dont sleep immediately after taking meal....

I was thin before going to gym but now I have well developed chest and arms through workout, but the thing is my hip and stomach is not developed yet, and my fingers of toes and hands are so skinny and my legs are too thin. Follow the following tips:- · Pay attention to your health and food intake. · To increase your appetite, have a glass of lime water or 1 cardamom (elaichi) before your meal.  · Have minimum 4 meals in a day. · Drink 1 glass of milk twice a day. · Try to enjoy your meals and gradually increase the quantity you eat every time. · A balance diet should have all essential nutrients in it. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It should include combination of Both Carbohydrates and Proteins for e.g. Oats with Milk or Poha/ Upma with a glass of milk. If you do not like milk have 1-2 egg whites in the morning along with your breakfast. · You need to focus on your protein intake : Increase your protein intake e.g. Milk, dairy products- cheese, paneer, lentils (dals), nuts (soya, peanuts, dry fruits ), pulses e.g. Rajma, chole, kidney beans etc. Sprouts. If you are a non-vegetarian, then you can have proteins by also eating eggs, chicken, fish. Make sure you are including at least 2 serving of any of these in your daily meal. · Lunch and dinner again should be a combination of Proteins, Carbohydrates and Fats which could have dal, roti, sabji/chicken, salad.  · Please do have minimum 4 almonds or a small bowl of peanuts every day. · Please ensure that you drink at least 3 litres of water every day.

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. you can start with any physical activity during the day either in the morning or evening. start taking High protein meal in your diet. take frequent meal at every 2 hourly. summer is. good time to gain. include more of beverages in your diet like shakes, protein powder with milk etc. take proper sleep of 7-8 hours. check your weight on a regular note. do check your body constitution as well that will also give you best results, as that will be completely up-to your desired requirement.

Your walk routine is good. You should continue it. To reduce weight, eat more salads, with each meal. Take 2+3 fruits daily. Avoid sugars, oils in diet. Reduce 20% of your diet.

Hello there, If there is previous history of any major illness, then we have to treat her by root cause. If not then, Will start Medicines to improve Hb level. Bad eating Habits is the most common cause of Anaemia. She should change her eating Habits. Add compulsory green vegetables in her every meal. Have tomato, reddish, Palak & beetroot soup every day. For supplementary. I advise her- 1) T Folvite 1-1-1 after food for 3 months. 2) Syp. Lohasav 30 ml ×3 Times a day as above.
