I have some ringworm like structure look like radish near genital area what is this? I am really worried about it.

It may be some fungal infection dts common in rainy weather. Try keeping the area dry and use intimate wash evrytime you use the toilet. Apply acid chryso ointment twice a day for a period of 5 days. If problem still continues, then revert.

Nothing to be done now wait for your periods to finish and see how it goes if bleefing is very scanty then do urine pregnancy test after a few days to confirm the status.

Hye. Thank you for your query. You cannot target one body part but you can try to do singular exercises in your workout routine. Working out your legs, thighs and calves will help improve muscle mass and make your legs look more toned.

To increase weight and or control diabetes take small amount of foods frequently.Take foods 5-6 times instead of 3 big meals.Avoid fast foods,junk foods,processed foods.No sugar,sweetened juice,soft drinks,cola beverages.No underground vegetables,banana,pumpkin.Use lots of watery vegetables,whole fruits.Take unrefined foods small amount.Take extra protein to gain weight and to control diabetes.Use small amount of healthy fats.Take walnut,almond,seeds.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Drink lots of water specially before meals.But not during meals.Use nutritional supplement to control sugar and to gain weight.

There are many reasons for being underweight. Very active, tense, nervous, irregular eating habits, some psychological factors may cause a person to eat less. Take 500 calorie more than what you are taking daily. Take more cereals, pulses, potatoes, sugar, creamed milk, fruits, dry-fruits. Also do some exercises that will help you by stimulating your appetite to improve the intake of calories. It also helps in improving muscle tone specially of the digestive system, resulting in better absorption and assimilation of the food, which helps tremendously in weight gain.

Firstly understand that weight gain is very dependent on genetics and metabolism. It is important to know that just eating just two heavy meals a day will not help. Eating the right foods at the right time is very important. Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Even if you were to take medicines or supplements they will not work in isolation you need to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal.

I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2. Take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3. Triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating.

Thanks for the query. There’s no overnight fix when it comes to healthy weight loss, but you can adjust your lifestyle to promote quick, natural weight loss for the benefit of your health and your appearance. Successful, long-term weight management needs to focus on more than the food you eat and the pounds you lose. It needs to focus on your overall health. Reshape your body and your lifestyle by adopting healthy habits and breaking unhealthy ones. Replace all processed foods in your diet with vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low-fat dairy, lean meats, eggs, legumes, nuts, seeds and seafood. Focus on the variety of whole, unprocessed foods you can eat instead of dwelling on the junk food you eliminated from your diet. Eat smaller portions at every meal and avoid going back for seconds. Take a smaller scoop of rice,  half of a piece of chicken instead of a whole piece and one less egg in your morning omelet, for example. Make time for breakfast every morning. Eating breakfast helps prevent overeating and is a habit of people who successfully lose weight. Pack to-go meals instead of eating convenience foods when you’re not home. Store foods like chopped fruits and vegetables or cooked grains, legumes, eggs and meats in your refrigerator so you always have something to grab when you’re in a rush. Buy fresh vegetables and fruits from the grocery store if you forget to bring healthful food from home. When you can’t avoid dining at a restaurant, opt for a salad as a starter, and always ask for the dressing on the side. Clear soups, lean meats, seafood and grain-based dishes like roti, whole grain bread are other good choices. Exercise for 30 to 60 minutes at least three times per week to build muscle and burn more calories. Pilates, strength training, aerobics, swimming, dancing and yoga or a sport like football are ideal choices. If you’re new to exercising, start with brisk walking and jogging. Adopt physically demanding hobbies like bicycling, hiking, jogging, power walking to promote faster weight loss. If you don’t have time for new hobbies, increase your physical activity with things like walking the dog, playing with the kids or jogging instead of driving to a nearby store or taking the stairs instead of the elevator.

Some causes of low metabolism are fasting, poor eating pattern, an unhealthy or low-calorie diet, lack of physical activity, snacking on sugary foods, drinking too many high-sugar drinks, poor or inadequate sleep, too much stress and accumulation of toxins in the body. Other key factors responsible for slow metabolism are conditions like diabetes and hypothyroidism. Some of the most common symptoms of slow metabolism are low blood pressure, slow pulse, fatigue, weakness, constipation, dry skin, high body fat and increased sensitivity to cold.
