This includes various nuts and dry fruits, bananas, potatoes, rice, peanut butter. -Drink milk daily. -Consume more proteins and carbohydrates. -Increase your regular meal portions by some amount. -If you eat non-veg food, eat it more often. I do not know the correct name of my disease ,i am having great itching in and around thighs forming like ringworms ,i had also used antifungal creams but it gives me temporary relaxation and again the same but next it would be spread, but present I can not walk properly ,it is from more than 8 months.

Fungal infection or Ring worm. When occurs in groin, called as jock itch. Usually fungal infection is common in moist areas of body like skin folds. It's mostly circular or round in appearance. May be red or black in colour. Treatment depending on the type and severity. Avoid sharing clothes, towels and soap; sweating also increases it. As it has to be differentiated from eczema and infection, its a must to see and confirm the diagnosis for proper treatment. So, please send photos of the affected area for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

Include various shakes and smoothies, dry fruits and nuts, ghee and other healthy fats, multigrain or whole wheat bread, cheese to your diet. Eat more potatoes, rice and bananas. You can also try peanut butter or other nut butters. Increase your protein consumption. If you eat non-veg, eat it more often. If not then have paneer, chickpeas, dals and other beans and lentils. You need to gain muscle mass and weight. Include more of fish, eggs, chicken, nuts and oilseeds, full cream milk and milk products in your diet with ample quantity of fresh fruits and vegetables. For protein sparing action have calorie dense stuff like ladoos, burfi, milk shakes, preferably homemade sweets and snacks to increase calories. Add additional ghee n butter to dals or curries or rice etc also. Do not skip meals and eat frequently. Do some exercise along so that digestion is good.
