Hello, You should monitor your weight, please to check your belly -growth. Take, 3/4 litres  of water, free from conteminents to eliminate toxins and to regulate metabolism to burn fats cell.  •  Go for meditation to reduce your stress and to nourish cell & tissues to curb fats cells.   •Go for either, cycling, jogging, swimming, skipping, gardening, playing badminton, dancing,regularly.   •opt staircase, instead of a lift in your office. •Take, oats with green tea  or, 1 slice of whole grain bread with 1 cup of cooked vegetable soup + 1 fruit (pomegranate, pear) in d breakfast.     •Take, salad, fruits,sprouts in ample qty in lunch, your meal b preferably, vegetarian ,high in proteins and fibre, maintaing 1300-1600 calories through dietary  regulation.  •consume salad, fruits (not juice) whenever you feel hungry. To start with avoid simple sugars as far as possible like sugar, jaggery, honey, sweets, candies, chocolates, cold drinks etc. 'Eat Out' less, avoid junk and have good quantity of fresh foods which are not processed like fruits, vegetables, soups, salads, nuts, low fat milk, curd etc. Combine these dietary changes with 30 mins to one- hour play/ walk / exercise. I am 32 yrs old and did everything like diet excercises etc but not able to reduce weight please preffer some strong medicine to reduce weight please preffer effective I have done everything possible also cunsulted doctors.

Eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. The more you will crash your intake the more you lower your metabolism and the body will not lose weight. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips. I am sure it will at least help you with some initial weight loss.

start doing alternative fruit fasting for 30 days. In this you have to eat only fruits and drink juices every alternative days, secondly the other alternative days eat a little less than your hunger, start eating triphla chooran in morning empty stomach with warm water, try not to eat anything after sunset, make sure you are drinking 3 to 4 liters water everyday but make sure you dont drink water right after you eat food or during food, give a gap of 90 minutes, start doing surya namaskar in morning, eat lots of almonds (10 a day)

You have to follow some basic things so that you get better results in a short period of time. …. 1) take solid diet two times in a day and liquid diet two times in a day …2) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals …. 3) don’t drink water before meal for one hour and one hour after meal…4) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods…. 5) avoid late night sleeping habits …6) avoid coffee and tea. A) take 30ml of triphala juice and 10 ml of honey early in the morning on empty stomach and at night before sleep. B) take 30 ml of DAAAIMAVLEHA after meals along with 30 ml of water. C) take 2-2 tablets of arogyavardhini vati and sutshekhar rasa after meals, do all things for 30 days. This formulation is 100% effective. Consult to me for further suggestion. THANKS.
