I am m/26. I am 5ft 9in taller. I am getting a heavy belly fat and my thighs n but are getting heavier day by day. I have a sitting schedule at office for entire day n its hard for me to get time for workout due to tight schedules. Any good meds to get rid of it without harming myself or digestive system? if any ayurvedic or homeopathy is there, it would be better.

Switching from cold water to hot water can do you good. Hot water flushes out the fats from the vessels helping you lose weight easily. Firstly you will start exercise and walk. Have small and frequent meals. Take lemon juice with luke warm water early morning. Take salad, papaya,orange, take high fiber diet. Take green veg, avoid fried food, junk food, oily food ,maida products, extra salt, sugar. Do cycling. After meals don't sit and sleep. Don't skip your meals specially breakfast.

How can grey hairs be cured and is green tea perfect for loosing weight. If yes then why is it so?
No food works in isolation for weight loss. Green tea is just a good replacement for unhealthy drinks, some are good antioxidants and can aid in clearing the system. Other than that it can't alone cause weight loss. Eat local and seasonal foods and avoid junk foods, crash diets and unwanted stress. These will help reduce greying of hair.

Hi. If you can follow few basic things then you will get better results in a short period of time, 1) take solid diet two times in a day and liquid diet two times in a day, 2) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals, 3) don’t drink water before meal for one hour and one hour after meal, 4) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods, 5) avoid late night sleeping habits, 6) avoid coffee and tea, 7) eat 30-40 black currant and 1 tsf of jaggery during meals A) take 30ml of rubyclin liquid before meals, B) take 1 TSF of HARIDRA KHAND after meals, C) apply paste of MILK and fine powder of turmeric on face, two times in a day. D) apply paste of lemon juice and onion, in the root of hairs, with gentle massage leave it for 15-30 minutes, after that wash hairs with ROOTZ SHAMPOO (rajah ayurved). Do all things for 30 days, gives you good result, THANKS.

Dear to decrease ur weight you have to do work out daily...Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do Bhujang asana , Dhanurasana ,Naukasana, Kumbhakasana , Pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and spicy food..and Constipation.

Scientists now know that the body does not register liquid calories in the same way it does solid calories. Drinking a grande caffe mocha, for instance, won't make you feel satiated the way eating a bowl of pasta will. Which means that although the caffe mocha actually has a greater number of calories than the pasta, you're still more likely to want a second cup from Starbucks than another plate of linguine. So monitor your intake of juice, soda, coffee drinks and wine. If you consume one of each of those beverages during the day, you'll have taken in at least 800 extra calories by nighttime — and you'll still be hungry. (Incidentally, alcohol may suppress the metabolism of fat, making it tougher for you to burn those calories.)

Diet Tips: You may not eat or drink the following : Alcoholic Drinks. Butter, Margarine. Cakes, Pan Cakes, Cookies, Doughnuts, Pastries, Pies. Candy, Chocolates, Nuts. Creams, Cheese. French Fried Potatoes, Potato Chips. Pizza, Snack Foods. Gelatin Desserts, Puddings (Sugar-Sweetened). Gravies and Sauces. Jams, Jellies, Sugar and Syrup. Ice Cream, Ices, Ice Milk, Sherbets. Muffins, Waffles. Soda (Sugar-Sweetened). Cut down on salt and sugar. Eat from a small plate. Do not skip meals ? else being hungry you will overeat at the next meal. 1. The best way to reduce tummy fat is by working out. Do a fifteen minute ab work out everyday for a minimum of three months 2. Massage your tummy with a combination of warm sesame oil and rock salt. Massage well for five minutes and then have a hot water bath. This is a time tested remedy and a very effective one at that for tummy reduction 3. Hot water - about six to eight cups in a day is another effective remedy.
