Paneer ka phool is a effective herb to counteract diabetes. But does it cause weight loss or not needs to be assessed. meanwhile for weight loss, you can safely take medohar guggul 2 tab thrice daily after food. Reduce the qty of water intake.MORE WATER LEADS TO MORE FAT!!!. Exercise daily. have light food.

This is due accumulated fat on your thighs. Do baithaks. Start with 10 and increase to 50. Or go for jogging. Or for cycling.

To reduce belly fat you need to eat right food by avoiding packed and processed food like biscuits, breads, salty snacks, soft drinks etc. Exercise will be effective only when you eat right.

A glass of warm water mixed with the juice of half a lemon. A teaspoonful of honey can be added Have it early in the morning. Do regular exercise like brisk walking (at least), running, swimming etc. Avoid sedentary and lazy lifestyle. Mid afternoon – Coconut water or dry fruits or lemon tea or vegetable soup.

Marathon running is known to reduce muscle mass as to run for a longer distance your body is trying to optimise energy consumption. Lesser muscle mass means less energy requirement. If you do not want to loose weight you need to do weight training in between and eat lots of protein.

My dear your protein intake is less. How much is your height and weight? you may have to take 1.25 gms of protein per kg of ideal weight. One medium chapati which used to have 5 gms of protein earlier now has approximately 1 gm of protein because of soil depletion, mass production, techniques used to increase shelf life of flour etc. If you want to see immediate results, then you should contact me seperately. After office time, it is your time, spent daily one hour in gym/field for heavy exercise. Diet control- avoid fast food, fried food, party food, ghee, butter, chees, oil. Sweet, etc increase salad and vegetables, eat only 3 times, if hungry take salad-no fried items.

Hello ,for reducing weight and belly fat , Don't eat sugar and avoid sugar-sweetened drinks. Eating more protein is a great long-term strategy to reduce belly fat. Cut carbs from your diet. Eat foods rich in fiber, especially viscous fiber. Exercise is very effective at reducing belly fat.
