If you make necessary dietary changes and combine it with 45 mins to 1 hour play / exercise you can easily weight. You are young right now, so focus on physical activity. More so you have borderline weight and need to shed 6 to 7 kgs which would need patience. You need to correct your diet wherever it’s going wrong. Focus on higher protein intake, lower fat and restrict carbohydrates to high fibre foods only. Belly fat is a result of sedentary lifestyle or if you indulge in drinking with friends. As such, there is no treatment in reducing belly fat. The beat way it can be reduced is either by following a proper diet and with regular vigorous exercise. You are very young right now and I am sure your metabolism would be working well. I would recommend you to eat your meal at proper time. Portion size of meal should be monitored by a dietitian. Include complex carbs in your diet like oats, brown rice, multigrain flour. Protein from pulses and lentils and dairy products. Good fat can be included from nuts and by using olive oil. You are having belly fat. May be fat gets accumulated towards your belly area. I would recommend you to exercise at least for 1 hour in gym under a gym trainer's guidance. Portion size of meal has to be controlled. I would recommend to stay away from junk food. Include more fresh fruits and salad in your diet. I am suffering from tummy fat for 16 months. Can you suggest me what can I do that my tummy fat reduce.
You are very young and have normal weight (in fact its towards the lower end only) .You should not have tummy fat unless you sit down in the wrong posture for many hours in a day and eat foods which cause bloating. Erratic eating might also cause it. Try to have small and frequent meals, plenty of water during the day, exercise for 45 mins on a regular basis. Also take care that you get up frequently and do not sit for long hours. Correct your posture too. Bring discipline in eating habits as far as timings and healthy food is concerned .Avoid junk.
