Keep proper oral hygiene with includes brushing your tongue gently twice a day using a good antibacterial mouth wash. You can try dental gels but avoid mouth washes that contain alcohol. To get rid of tongue pimples fast, gargle saline or salty water for 2-3 minutes twice a day.

To maintain the skin health and reduce the dry skin condition, follow this - 1.Bathe with gentle soaps. If possible use some natural ingredients like gramflour, turmeric mixed with some milk to bathe daily. This does not wash your skin off the natural oils. 2.Keep your bath short and do not use hot water to bathe. Use only lukewarm water. 3.Apply Vitamin E oil or warm olive oil on the body after bathing. You can also use a good moisturiser. 4.Cocoa butter mixed with wheat germ oil is also very good at maintaining the skin health. 5.You can mix some oils like – Sesame, olive, virgin coconut oil, wheat germ oil to apply before going to bed. 6.Consume diet that is rich in vitamin E, omega 3 and 6 and other skin friendly vitamins like vitamin E and A. Eat almonds, walnuts, flaxseeds, sesame seeds to maintain skin health. 7.Keep yourself hydrated. Drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water to keep your skin soft and supple.

Hi, all your issues/ symptoms are because of you not getting sleep early. You may try out the following - (a) have dinner early, max by 8: 30 pm in night (b) streamline your diet & lifestyle. Make sure you have a light yet healthy dinner at night. High calorie foods are best avoided especially at night when the energy requirements are minimal. (c) avoid fatty, oily and greasy foods. (d) try not to study/ work late at night. Plan your day realistically, well and stick to your schedule. For things that you could not accomplish on any particular day, you may as well plan/ prioritize it for the next day as appropriate. Its always in your best interest/ health to get up early and study/ revise/ work with a fresh mind. (e) avoid studying/ watching tv/ movies et al in the night time as it would make your brain alert and you will have difficulty falling asleep. (f) in relation to point (e) above, you may watch some light weight entertainment serials/ music/ bhajans/ spiritual discourses in the evening time that shall help relax & de-stress. Studying some light interesting stories/ books at bedtime also helps lull and fall asleep. (g) do exercise/ walking, yoga/ meditation daily for about 30 to 45 minutes as suitable. You can try out shavasana especially when you go to bed, for 10 minutes. This shall help you relax, control your thought patterns and help fall asleep. (h) immerse your feet in warm water, with a cold towel wrapped around your head, for about 10 - 15 minutes before you go to bed. (i) avoid taking vitamin pills in the night. Instead, take them in day time. (j) a glass of warm milk with a pinch of turmeric at bed time helps too. Hope the above-mentioned helps. Should you still have issues falling asleep, I would advise you to see a sleep disorder therapist/ somnologist who shall assist you suitably here. All the very best and take care.

Apple is a miracle fruit for the skin. The alpha hydroxy acids or AHA’s present in apples improves skin color and elasticity of the skin.Soak peeled apple slices in milk for 20 minutes and then blend to form a creamy paste.Place in the freezer for 10 minutes, and then mix a tsp of lemon juice, apply all over your face and neck.Rinse off after 15 minutes with cool water and massage an ice cube. The skin looks baby soft, smooth with a rosy white glow.Follow this for a week to get fair skin naturally. or All the natural ingredients (Tretinoin, Hydroquinone and Cortisone) inlcuded in Melamet have only one goal: to improve your skin tone. Tretinoin helps prevent and treat acne and wrinkles by peeling off dead skin cells. Hydroquinone is the skin lightener agent in this equation that improves the overall tone of your skin. Cortisone is an anti-allergy ingredient that reduces inflammation and/or itching.' How to Use: Use the Melamet Cream just before bedtime. Wash it off in the morning, and apply some sunscreen if you intend to go outdoors. Failure to do so will cause significant damage and even result in your skin turning black.

Use tea tree face wash and toner twice daily. Use aha glow face wash daily use sunscreen with spf 30 daily. Use natural face pack of multani mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar with mother for 5 mins after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Hello, as you are worried and have tried many commercial products which do more harm than good, try these home remedies. Dilute one part apple cider vinegar with three to four parts water (use four if you have sensitive skin), and then apply all over your face using a cotton ball or pad Like apple cider vinegar, lemon juice contains citric acid. It also boasts L-ascorbic acid, a natural astringent and antioxidant. LEMON is good remedy- Dip a clean cotton swab in fresh lemon juice and apply it to the pimples before going to bed. You can also mix one tablespoon of lemon juice with one teaspoon of cinnamon powder and put it on the pimples overnight. In the morning, wash the skin well with lukewarm water.

Organic brain syndrome (OBS),

also known as organic brain disease (OBD) Organic mental disorders organic brain disorder, is an older and nearly obsolete general term from psychiatry, referring to many physical disorders that cause impaired mental function. It does not include psychiatric disorders. Originally, the term was created to distinguish physical (termed "organic") causes of mental impairment from psychiatric (termed "functional") disorders.

Acute organic brain syndrome is (by definition) a recently appearing state of mental impairment, as a result of intoxication, drug overdose, infection, pain, and many other physical problems affecting mental status. In medical contexts, "acute" means "of recent onset. As is the case with most acute disease problems, acute organic brain syndrome is often temporary?however this is not guaranteed (a recent-onset problem may continue to be chronic or long term). A more specific medical term for the acute subset of organic brain syndromes is delirium
Chronic organic brain syndrome is long-term. For example, some forms of chronic drug or alcohol dependence can cause organic brain syndrome due to their long-lasting or permanent toxic effects on brain function.[3] Other common causes of chronic organic brain syndrome sometimes listed are the various types of dementia, which result from permanent brain damage due to strokes, Alzheimer's disease, or other damaging causes which are not reversible.

Though OBS was once a common diagnosis in the elderly, until the understanding of the various types of dementias it is related to a disease process and is not an inevitable part of aging. In some of the older literature, there was an attempt to separate organic brain syndrome from dementia, but this was related to an older world view in which dementia was thought to be a part of normal aging, and thus did not represent a special disease process. The later identification of various dementias as clear pathologies is an example of the types of pathological problems discovered to be associated with mental states, and is one of the areas which led to abandonment of all further attempts to clearly define and use OBS as a term.

Disorders that cause injury or damage to the brain and contribute to OBS include, but are not limited to:

Encephalitis
Epilepsy
Fetal alcohol syndrome
Hypoxia
Parkinson's disease
Intoxication/overdose caused by drug abuse including alcoholism

Withdrawal from drugs, especially sedative hypnotics, e.G. Alcohol or benzodiazepines
Other conditions that may be related to organic brain syndrome include: clinical depression, neuroses, and psychoses, which may occur simultaneously with the OBS.

Symptoms
Symptoms of OBS vary with the disease that is responsible. However, the more common symptoms of OBS are confusion; impairment of memory, judgment, and intellectual function; and agitation. Often these symptoms are attributed to psychiatric illness, which causes a difficulty in diagnosis.

Treatment
Treatment of OBS varies with the causative disorder or disease. It is important to note that it is not a primary diagnosis and a cause needs to be sought out and treated.

Fungal infection. Also called jock itch, when occurs in groin. Usually fungal infection is common in moist areas of body like skin folds. It's mostly circular or round in appearance. May be red or black in colour. Treatment depending on the type and severity. Avoid sharing clothes, towels and soap; sweating also increases it.
