Exercises:- 1) skipping at least 10 min 2) pull ups 3) tadasan, stretching & suryanamaskar in yoga 4) hold horizontal iron bar which is 2 feet from your height & let the body hang for as long as possible to hold on. According to ayurveda, for treatmnet of obesity, you firstly stop causative factors from your life style. Like drinking too much cold water, eat too much sweets, day sleep, water after meal, lack of exercise, curd, menda etc. I will need your detail history. Till you can follow this * start drinking hot water * stop day sleep * start any exercise in morning, like suryanamaskar, walking, joging, sports * drink juice of turmeric n ginger with honey * take jau barley, instead of ghenhu wheat. * use cow ghee n milk only * boild rise in open pot, don't use cocker. Withdraw water if rice we are offering ayurveda course for obesity. For weight reduce in particular organ, excersice of that organ is best. Diet & medicine can affect on whole body. So start abdomen excersice. One more thing you can do it, use barley flour & triphala powder. Use it for massage on abdomen before going to bath.

Hello lybrate-user. Both things are important for reducing body weight. 1st its proper 30 to 45 minutes workout or brisk walk and 2nd its diet control or taking healthy nutritive diet. Drink warm water with lemon and honey early in the morning. Maximum intake of green tea and water dinner it should be light maximum till 8 pm. Avoid sugar refined fatty food. Hi you need to plan your meals well. Eat smaller meals at frequent intervals. Reduce your meals but avoid long gaps between meals and/or heavy meals. Have an early dinner by 6: 30-7: 00pm if possible. Avoid outside, junk foods. Exercise whenever you get the opportunity or at least3-4times a week. This will ensure at least initial weight loss. Lastly. Be commited.

Hi It's due to high weight that gives back ache or leg pain, as weight comes on lower part of body. To reduce weight she needs to change her eating pattern, reduce oily intake, include foods rich in protein and fiber and avoid refined carbohydrates. Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.

Dear user, remember that the stomach fat is very difficult to reduce for everyone. But by healthy weight reduction acnd following following tips will help you. 1. Exercises daily. Stretching, yoga and aerobics will be helpful on regular basis. 2. Do not sleep in day time it causes increase in weight 3. High carb food like rice, sweets, cakes, chocolates, creams, biscuits should be avoided. Wheat chapati, roti, phulka are preferable with sabji. 4. Running should be done at least for 30 min daily. You can even do rope skipping or swiming. 5. Try not to sit at a place for long time. 6. Avoid sweet juices, pizzas, fries, cheese, butter in your diet. 7. Avoid oily, spicy, salty food to ensure steady weight loss 8. Indulge in activities like swimming, badminton, football as they help to increase your metabolism. 9. Notice your calorie intake and adjust it according to burn fat (help of a dietitian may be required) 10. Do not have curd, banana, chiku, cold food, junk food at all. 11. Use cycle or walk than using your car or bike to commute. Hello, if your weight is 64 of, you are not under weight. Go for reducing weight as per the normal limit. Go for abdominal exercise. Your diet be easily digestible on time. Tk, phyto berryQ-10 drops thrice with little water. Tk care.

Tips to lose weight  faster: 1. Eat a high-protein breakfast. 2Avoid sugary drinks and fruit juice.  3. Drink water a half hour before meals. 4. Choose weight loss-friendly foods (more vegetables and fruits) 5. Eat soluble fiber. 6. Eat mostly whole, unprocessed foods.  7. Eat your food slowly. 8. Sleep 7-8 hours 9. Hi, I am both a registered dietitian and a doctor who will help you in losing your weight as well as solve your other health problems through a dietary therapy. Let me know your food intake details. The best diet is one which is healthy and well balanced with foods from all the food groups, and one which is varied and that you can stick to weight loss on some diets can be dramatic in the short term, but there's more of a chance of rebound weight gain. Set yourself a realistic target and aim to lose between (0.5-1.0kg) a week I being a registered dietitian strongly accommodate the patients own preferences without the patient feeling that they are on a diet not compromising the weight management goals. Don't fall for self dieting or fad diets availiable online they have harmful effects in the long run, if you lose a lot of weight very quickly, you may not lose as much fat as you would with a more modest rate of weight loss. First you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it *in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *in evening, you can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *in dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes. * you can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Follow these exercises in the morning - * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories and the calories deposit in body in the form of weight if not utilised. * you can take medohar guggalu 1 tablet daily for quick weight loss but only under the guidance of ayurveda expert. The weight gain in the body is due to the more of the calories in your diet than you burn in the whole day. One should eat balanced diet comprising of Carbohydrates-50%, protein-40% and fat 10% in right ratio with a maximum of 1500-1800 calories per day. To keep satiety at meals increase your protein and lower your crabs content, these wills the amount of food in next meal and thus decrease calorie consumption. Good choices of protein to be opted are: •Egg white •Sprouts •Mushroom •Oats •Chicken and fish Drink plenty of water and do not include high density source of calorie rich snacks like nuts and seeds. Make sure to include workout schedule at least 5 times a week along with maintaining rest session and complete sleep for a healthy body and mind.

I will suggest you to concentrate on fitness levels and Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong , chana , Dal , rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit
