if you are eating a lot and you are not gaining weight it simply means that your intestine is not clean, weight has everything to do with your intestine, take a copper pot (tamba lota) fill water in it at night before sleeping and in morning drink it immediately when you wake up. Hi, follow these tips to increase your blood pressure: 1. Increase intake of salt by adding salt to curds rice and taking pickles along with curds rice. 2. Please follow the below recommendation for your condition: diet, exercise, and behavioral modification should be included in all obesity management approaches for body mass index (bmi) of 25 kg/m 2 or higher. Hi lybrate-user if your belly is lowering your self-confidence and giving you sleepless nights, here are the tips to give you flatter and fitter tummy. 1. Add fiber to your diet constipation distends your belly, add veggies and fruits to your daily diet to relieve you of constipation, reduce intakes of refined cereals like maida, noodles, pasta and whole grains instead add dalia and oats. Best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control. Take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day. Medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day. And pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day. Avoid junk food. Oily food. Fermented food. Sugar. Milk products and sweets. Take oats and cereals more. And do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day. And do exercises. Hello You need not worry. You need to understand the concept of weight loss. It's a gradual process that requires cut down in calories under the guidance of a dietitian and regular exercise. Don't skip breakfast. Sleep for 7-9 hours per night. Avoid fried foods, sweets, carbonated drinks and processed foods. Include whole grains, sprouts, seasonal fruits and vegetables. Take 3 main meals and 2 side meals. Take flaxseed powder 1 tsp with lukewarm water on empty stomach. Take green tea 3-4 cups a day. Drink plenty of water. For belly fat, do squats and planks. Hello, It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight! Remember, there's no magic bullet for weight loss. The key to losing weight is burning more calories than you consume. Choose a variety of healthy foods — such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains and lean sources of protein — and include physical activity in your daily routine. Go through the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous) . Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Preferably brisk walking, swimming, cycling, skipping. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Always remember to eat like a king for breakfast, eat moderately for lunch and eat light for dinner. Donot skip any of your meals. The right time to have fruits is in between your major meals. If you follow a well balanced diet and exercise for 30-45 mind daily you will have a healthy weight loss. Remember that losing weight by eating less is very harmful for your body and health.

Yes definitely you have a more weight according to your height also. It should be reduced upto 78 kg. By conscious eating you can lose it. Eat less chapati 1 per meal. Never eat upto satisfaction. Drink plenty of water.
