Do regular exercise like brisk walking (at least), running, swimming etc. Avoid sedentary and lazy lifestyle. Do not drink water immediately after meals. For further assistance you can concern me privately.

You need to follow well balanced weight loss diet chart enriched with nutrients that will help to decrease your weight gradually and you can enjoy healthy life. Here is some tips which should be followed:- 1.Don’t starve yourself –Rather than not eating anything or on fasting, people should eat small frequent meals. 2. Eat fiber rich diet-Fiber gives bulk to the food and maintains hunger pangs which helps to burn fat in the body. 3. Be hydrated-Drink at least 8-10 glasses of water ,Simple RO water is recommended over other drinks such as-fruit juices, soft drinks, hard drinks. 4. Include green tea-drink green tea daily to help in losing weight and it will helps in water retention also. 5. Choose carbohydrate wisely-choose complex CHO over simple CHO to lose weight. 6. Choose unsaturated fat over saturated fat for cooking. For example-choose olive, rice bran oil over ghee, butter. 7. Avoid processed ,fatty food. HI…1) take 1 tsf of chitrakadi churna before meals and on empty stomach in morning, 2) take 1 tablet of gandharva-haritaki at night before sleep along with warm water, do these things for 30 days, gives you good result, thanks.

Yeah eat low carb low fat high protien n vitamin n mineral rich diet .don't skip your breakfast .eat oats .boiled mung Brown bread veg sandwich or boiled egg white. Eat lot of fruits like papaya watermelon n avocado etc. Drink plenty of water n drink green tea coconut water n butter milk .eat green salad n lentils multigrain roti n green leafy veg cabbage broccoli capsicum lauki rural tomato in lunch .eat roasted chana makhana soup .dalia saute veg .n some dry fruits like soaked almond n walnut in. Herbal life products are basically meal replacements. Along with these meal replacement they give you caffeine boosters. So not advisable to take these products. Start following a healthy lifestyle. Eat clean and exercise well. To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1. Exercise at least 5 times per week 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.

1. You may be eating excess calories hoping that you will burn the calories in exercise. 2. However 70-80% weight loss depends on Food control and only 20-30% on exercise. 3. Based on your current height and weight you need to be consuming a daily diet of 1600-1800 calories per day. 4. Measure it accurately. 5. This way you can target about 3 kgs per month weight loss.

Hello You need to understand the concept of weight loss. It requires cut down in calories under the guidance of a dietitian and regular exercise for 5 days a week. Don't skip breakfast. Sleep for 7-9 hours per night. Avoid fried foods, sweets, carbonated drinks and processed foods. Include whole grains, sprouts, seasonal fruits and vegetables, salad vegetables like cucumber, kakri, tomato, onion etc. Take green tea 4-5 times a day. Drink plenty of water. Take flaxseed powder 1 tsp with lukewarm water on empty stomach. Thank you

Go for brisk walk 45 minute daily. Take 3 cup green tea daily (jasmine flavour). Have diet rich in fruits vegetable salads & multigrain aata roti avoid rice, deserts, and fried stuffed. Drink 2-3 liters water in a day.
