Hi lybrate-user stop eating wheat and wheat products for 1 month, avoid sugar, canned food, refined (use sarso oil only), secondly eat seasonal fruits every alternative days and other alternative days only normal dal, vegetables and rice or mostly south indian dishes. Stat eating triphla chooran in morning emty stomach with luke warm water (available in patanjali stores). And the most important thing start doing surya namaskar in morning. Try not to eat anything after sunset, this will make you slim and healthy.

If i do 30 day challenge workout eat in morning rice with dal in breakfast than in lunch I eat chapati 3 n green veg fired n in dinner I eat two chapati n fired vegie than in midnight I eat cake n sometime chips, or ice cream daily different I take daily 1500calories than it ok to loose weight and never gain again weight even after pregnancy please tell give me a perfect n satisfied answer becoz I can take a fruit n salad diet it not in my hand.

You need to have diet plan based on your BMI & activities. Whatever we eat is metabolised by the body for the energy needed to do daily work and the excess is stored as fat. Abdomen is the first place to gain weight and last to disappear. In brief, Weight reduction can be achieved only by reducing the intake of food 1/3 of what you take now. And by appropriate exercise plans for each part like belly, thighs, legs / chest etc. To burn off fat. Some tips 1) Drink three or four cups of water whenever you feel hungry and just before eating food 2) Take boiled or raw vegetable like cucumber, carrot etc. As half of your diet. Then take 1/2 of your total diet as sprouted pulses / proteinaceous food like roti, cooked pulses and remaining with rice or other carbohydrates. Oil or ghee etc. Should be just bare minimum. And do aerobic exercises, running, jogging or at least walking briskly 3-5 KMs and swimming if possible, and in a gym if feasible. The most important is to burn off the energy intake by exercises. There is no short cut or medicines without exercise & dieting to take just as mush food as needed for your activities. The food we eat is utilised for our energy needs and the remaining will be stored as fat which leads to obesity. It is better to do some tests. When dining out, check the menu online and decide what you will order before you sit down. Ask for dressings on the side. Opt for foods that are baked, broiled or steamed versus fried or swimming in creamy sauces. Avoid chips and bread baskets—they add unnecessary calories. •Stay hydrated. People often mistake thirst for hunger. •Eat breakfast. If you skip this meal, you'll be starving by lunchtime. You'll have more difficulty making healthy choices throughout the day. Find resources to help you keep track of your food choices and nutritional values and that can offer additional support when you need it.

Exercise regularly with a high protein, low fat diet to lose belly fat and gain muscle mass. Restrict carbohydrates to complex ones only which are rich in fibre and fill you up with lesser calories. Avoid simple sugars completely. 'Eat Out' less and have good quantity of fresh foods (Fruits, Vegetables) which are not processed. Eat small and at frequent intervals. Have plenty of water and sleep well. Take care of the posture while studying or working on the laptop or mobile. What form of diet do I need to follow to reduce my weight especially in cheeks n arms?
For reducing weight pls take care of your food intake. Avoid all processed and packed food like biscuits, bread, sandwich, noodles, jam, ketchup, butter, salty snacks etc. As your energy expenditure is less and such foods will increase weight. Reduct intake of milk products, refined flour (maida), refined oil and white sugar. Have at least one serving of fruits (at least 2 whole fruits) and 1 serving of salad (2 types of veggies) every day. This will help in weight reduction and providing proper nutrition. All the best.

Only diet will not be effective... Still try saltless and sugarless diet. Take milk... Divide your meals in small ones... Don't eat too much at a time..and most importantly chew your food properly...

Its tough to take care of two kids. But still you need to take some time off for yourself. Join an Aerobics or Zumba class with at least 4/5 classes a week. If this is not available join a Gym And do Cardio exercises for 30-40 mins everyday. Cut down on Oils/Ghee/Sugars/Colas/Juices/Namkeen If you want personalized plan you can consult privately.

Your bmi is 36. 6 and you are obese. You have to persist with a low carbohydrate and low fat, high protein diet. Stop all cereals, sugar, bakery products and desserts. Take the white of 2 boiled eggs and lots of fruits and green vegetables and salads. White meat like fish and chicken made in little bit of olive oil / cornflower oil is good. If you don' t loose weight soon you will develop diabetes and high bp and need bariatric surgery. For more details read the health tips I have written on this website or send me a personal question.
