Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * for thighs - work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories.

Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Many reasons are there to be overweight like health problem like hypothyroidism,heredity,food habit.So medical check up first.Do regular exercise like swimming,skipping,push ups,sit ups,plank,yoga.Use lukewarm water with lemon juice on an empty stomach in the morning.Eat small amount of food.Do not skip meals.Eat lots of watery fruits,vegetables.Use unrefined foods.Take more protein like fish,egg white,mushroom,tofu,peas,peanut,yogurt,lentil.Use healthy fat.drink lots of water specially before meals.Use lukewarm water after meals.Avoid sugar,sweetened juice,fast foods,junk foods,processed foods.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Take proper rest.

Dear get your t3 t4 tsh checked. If you felt no effect after 1 month. It can be due to hypothyroidism. B/w try the remedies: 1. Q) to ONCOLOGIST-- 74 years old male with a case of Adenocarcinoma of oesophagus and we have given three chemotherapy cycle and his Upper GISCOPY shows decrease in the lesion and even PET scan shows complete resolution of all the nodes. But the values of tumor markers -- 1) NSE - previous - 20.14 and after chemo - 28.5 2) beta2 microglobulin - previous -2713 and after chemo - 2753 I want to know the reason for increase in the values of tumour marker after chemotherapy.

Dear lybrate-user, adenocarcinoma in esophagus occurs at the lower end. Unless contraindicated treatment is by surgery. Rising markers after chemotherapy suggests the spread elsewhere though locally there is good response.

Hello, tell me answers of following questions 1. Is cough associated with throat pain ? 2. Is sputum is also coming ? 3.Do you have sneezing/nasal blockade/running nose And Follow advises given below 1.Take proper rest 2.lot of fluids and proper home made diet. 3.warm Saline gargles twice a day for 2-3 days. 4.You can take (if no drug allergy) Tablet Sinarest (Paracetamol. 500 mg+Chlorpheniramine 2 mg) one Tablet after food twice a day for 2-3 days We need to start antibiotics if sputum is coming with cough so tell me answers of above question than i will do further management

I will suggest you to do suryanamaskar daily as per your capacity for a minimum of six months and few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast, khaari ,naan ,white bread. Can drink tea but without sugar say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout's can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits say no to coconut water.

what was your normal weight before getting infected? i.e. when you were absolutely normal. usually people suffering from tuberculosis lose weight during disease process which recovers with treatment gradually. the medicines of treating tuberculosis doesn't cause weight gain , as is falsely believed.

My breathing is heavy almost all the time, Snoring is a big issue with me. My age is 30, Name Rajesh, 87kgs, 5'6" ht. Unable to control weight as I am a foodie. I get exhausted even if I climb few steps. How can this be controlled? Some times I even have pain in left shoulder and heart. Is this a symptom for cardiac problem?

Even if it is not a cardiac problem , you are at risk due to your lifestyle because of being overweight. Try to seek professional help to reduce weight or develop will power to do it yourself by cutting down sugar and fats , making portions of helpings as half and exercise to build stamina , start with 15 minutes walk per day and increase it to 1 hour within a month . Pain in left shoulder and heart side of chest can be due to heavy weight , gastritis due to wrong eating habits or due to heart . Get checked for basics for heart / lungs and food pipe related diseases. Reply after 2 weeks about weight loss / progress / reports.
