Dear Habiba, Welcome to lybrate. Clinical depression or depressive disorder is a neurochemical disorder. Clinical depression is usually treated with a combination of psychiatric medicines, psychotherapy, life style changes, meditation and exercise. I hope you are undergoing psychiatric treatment, otherwise, please approach a psychiatrist. Once you make the necessary amendments in your life with the help of the above said therapies and life style changes, learn how to manage the depressive episodes without medicines and learn to relax, the medicines can be weaned off over a period of one year. Please consult a psychologist online or in person for advise counseling and therapy. Take care.

I had an unprotected intercourse with my girlfriend some days back! Now I want to confirm and be sure that any sort of infection has not been transmitted from her to my body? What should I do?

MD - Homeopathy, BHMS
Homeopath, Pune
Fears of infection with STD or the dreaded killer disease HIV is heightened after unprotected sexual intercourse. It is mandatory that you test to screen for STD and HIV. If possible, such test should be conducted with your sexual partner. STD to be tested for includes Hepatitis B and C, gonorrhea, syphilis and chlamydia. This can be carried out with blood samples or via a vaginal/ penile swab. However, results gotten from an early test are inconclusive hence test must be repeated after 6 months for cases of HIV and Hepatitis. Testing after having unprotected sexual intercourse allays fear/ anxiety and increases the chance of early diagnosis, prevention and treatment of sexually transmitted disease.

Please note that following in respect to queries - I am providing you some tips to enjoy sex with your wife: Women are verbal creatures and our love of words extends to the bedroom. Unfortunately, most of what you may have heard guys say in porn is all wrong (Ask "Who's your daddy" and you just might get a slap across the face). What your partner does want to hear are phrases that let her know how turned on you are, how much you love her body, and how good you want to make her feel. And even more important than what you say is the way you say it—when she can hear the burning lust in your voice, her thighs pretty much catch on fire. The number one thing women want is for you to be more aggressive in bed. That means handling her body with strength and confidence, which can be insanely erotic for her. And it doesn't require a lot of work or advanced skills on your part. In fact, doing just one take-charge thing can spike her arousal level. A few to try: In missionary, take her wrists and hold them above her head, pinned to the mattress. When she's on top, hold her hips and push/pull them back and forth, so her clitoris grinds against your pubic bone. And when you want to change positions, don't do it slowly or politely—grab her and put her where you want her. A foreplay is a must to bring her to mood and then perform. Include carrots, fennel seeds, celery, bananas, garlic, onion, ginger, shellfish, lettuce etc. - Including these foods in your daily diet will ensure that you remain free from sexual problems. If she has any vaginal pain then use a lubricant/Vaseline/olive oil on penis before intercourse. However you need to be sure that she is wet all around before penetration. Please try the above and you will sure get results. Get back to me on this again if this does not gives you desire result

Pregnancy mahine ke ek hi din rah sakti hai jab anda phut ta hai. Vo din ke aaspas intercourse important hai. Kyonki mahine ka ek hi din pregnancy possible hoti hai isliye yeh din ke aaspas jab 12 se 24 mahina bina family planning intercourse hota hai aur phir bhi pregnancy nahi rahti hai tab Gynecologist ya to infertility specialist ke paas jana hota hai.
