Want to find reason for something which is already over, difficult. Still may try to find reason by going to Gynecologist and getting reports done. More important is that pregnancy is ruled out and if repeats to get examined and investgated by gynecologist.

* Reduce carbs/cereals. *Green tea is good. *Take lemon juice and honey in warm water in the early morning, empty stomach. *Avoid sweets, cakes, creams, fried foods, processed food and junk food. * Maintain food timings * Don’t miss breakfast. *Avoid heavy dinners and late night meals. *Avoid stimulants, aerated drinks sweetish juices, etc. And maintain good food habits. * Drink lots of water and keep hydrated. Avoid sugary soft drinks * Have adequate, timely, good night sleep *Even with desk job, you can spend morning and evening time for work out *Have vigorous physical exercise to improve absorption and blood circulation. Games like basketball, volley ball and stretch exercises like pull ups, cycling will be helpful. Obesity- Check whether you have thyroid and such ailments causing weight increase. Homoeopathy has a good treatment for this problem.

I am 44 years female having diabetes since last 20 yrs, my current fasting level is 219 and pp is 269. The eGFR is 74 and creatinine in 0.94. Can you please advise my kidney is ok or not and wat diet I should have. I have thyroid 8.64.

Normal GFR is 90 or more. It is well established fact that diabetes affects kidneys adversely, more the duration of diabetes more are the chances of kidney famage. Please consult a Nephrologist. Control your blood sugar levels with in acceptable limits (FBS 90-120, PPBS 150-170). Avoid nephrotoxic drugs specially pain killers. TSH 8.64 is suggestive of hypothyroid which should be controlled with thyroid hormone. Regarding diet, you should avoid sugar, jaggery,honey, sweets,sweet fruits like mangoe, banana,cheekoo, grapes etc.

You can go for following remedy it will help you Boil 1 teaspoonful of garlic paste in 1 glassful of milk for 15-20 minutes on low flame. Have this preparation once in a day. Take 2 dried dates, 2 almonds, 2 pistachio and ¼ teaspoonful of quince seeds with a glassful of milk at bedtime. Have 1 teaspoonful each of licorice root powder, honey and purified butter twice a day with a glassful of milk. Causes Obstruction of the normal flow of sperm due to such conditions as testicular trauma and vasectomy. Scarring due to surgery on the male reproductive system or from infection and sexually transmitted diseases. Decrease in sperm production due to such conditions as Varicoceles (Varicose veins around the testes), hormonal disorders, diseases of the testicles, and obesity. Tress, smoking, drug or alcohol use, some medications, exposure to some toxins, malnutrition and being underweight. Some sexually transmitted diseases, such as Chlamydia and Gonorrhea it will surely help you.

Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).
