Hi. I am a 31 old female not married. My body weight is around 65 kg. The major weight goes to my lower abdomen hips buttocks and thighs. In contrast, my hands face are too thin. Hello 1. Start cardiovascular exercises like running, jogging, cycling etc. 2. Avoid carbohydrates and fats. 3. Avoid processed and junk foods. 4. Start exercising. Both body weight exercises like push ups, pull ups, squats and weight training in the gym is helpful. 5. Stay hydrated. 6. Have a light dinner. 7. Evening walk is always recommended. 8. Green veggies complete your nutrient requirements. 9. Consume all types of protein both from veg and non veg sources. 10. Sleep well.

To lose weight, you have to maintain an input-output ratio. Whatever food you eat contains the input calories which gives you the output calories in the form of energy. If your input calories is too much, you are likely to put on weight. The best way to lose weight is to exercise or spend the additional calories accumulated in your body in the form of fat. The other most important thing is to eat wisely. Try to cut down the excessive calories you are eating and make sure whatever you eat is healthy. Some tips to lose weight - 1. Have more fruits and vegetables than junk food and juices. 2. Avoid sugar as much as you can 3. Exercise 3-4 times a week. 4. Have an early dinner, preferably before 8 p. M. 5. Do not starve yourself. Eat small meals 5 times a day. 6. Have barley soup in dinner and avoid rice at night. 7. Drink lots of water daily.

I will suggest you to do suryanamaskar daily as per your capacity for a minimum of six months and by doing this your body fatness including over the face will come down on its own.

Hello- wet dreams are due to improper viability of the sexual organs, and can reduce your immunity in the long run. Try these foods and tips - 1. Use bottle gourd juice. Bottle gourd juice cools your system and helps you stop nightfall. 2. Try gooseberry. 3. Nclude garlic and onion in your diet. 4. Take milk with other ingredients. 5. Try juice and honey. 6. Take sage tea. 7. Eat pomegranate. 8. Take yogurt daily. 9. Don't indulge in sexual activities like watching porn etc. And stop masturbating.

Yes, it will help.     Pay close attention to your food choice. ·        Eat less carbohydrate food sources like chapatti, rice, noodles, pasta, bread etc as they help in gaining weight and storing fat. ·        While having lunch or dinner eat vegetables and dal to fill your stomach rather eating lots of chapattis or rice. ·        Have a healthy breakfast like poha, idli, upma, plain dosa, oats, dalia or khichdi with vegetables. ·        Eat a balance diet including good quality proteins like: fish, lean chicken and eggs. If you are a vegetarian then include skimmed milk, low fat paneer, butter milk, soy bean or soy milk in your diet. ·        Avoid ghee, butter or vanaspati. Prepare your diet with vegetable oil like sunflower, safflower soybean or olive oil. ·        Eat plenty of salads. ·        Eat fresh fruits including apple, orange, pineapple, papaya, sweet lime, berries, guava, watermelon, mask melon etc. ·        Avoid eating outside junk and fried foods like pizza, pasta, roll, burgers, cakes, chocolates and cookies. ·        Have an early dinner. The earlier the better, giving your system more time to digest the food. ·        Avoid cold drinks/alcohol as they add empty calories to your diet. ·        Avoid fat enriched milk products like cheese, sweets, full fat cream etc. ·        Drink 3 liters of water in a day. ·        Try to have less sugar in food and beverages. ·        Try to drink 2 cups of green tea in a day as green tea helps in weight loss by aiding digestion. ·        Avoid red meat like mutton, beef, lamb or pork. ·        Eat sprouts or roasted chana, whenever you feel hungry.

Hi, you should go for 45 minutes brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 20 minutes daily. Take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Take salad before meals. Drink more water in a day. Don't take rice at night and don't skip breakfast. Avoid junk food and oily food. Take frequent meals instead of 3 big meal

Hello! you must concentrate on your weight. Too much of refined carbohydrate with bad fat can increase your blood glucose level n fat percentage also. Take small meals in every 3-4 hr. Regular interval. Avoid sweet n sugar also honey n jaggery, fried foods, ready to eat foods, preserved foods n simple carb like maida. Take whole grain cereals in limitation, lot of veggies, 150-200 gm fruit (not juice). Don't skip breakfast n take a small portion of milk or product or any whole grain cereal before bed time. Do 30 min of exercise a day. Consult a dietician for diet plan.

A. Breakfast (Between 8-10 a. M) – Have oats/porridge or brown bread with milk and nuts. B. At 11 a. M - Cup of Green Tea C. Mid day meal (around 12 p. M) – Have a bowl of fruits. Citrus fruits are best taken during this hour and absorb well in the body. Have oranges, amla, pineapple etc during this hour. D. Lunch (between 2-3 p. M) – Daal, roti, mix veg, buttermilk and salad. You can also take brown rice with daal in lunch. Try to get your food cooked in olive oil. Lace your salad with apple cider vinegar, black pepper and seeds like flaxseeds or chia seeds to make it nutrition packed lunch. E. Between 4 p. M – 5 p. M – Cup of Green Tea F. Evening (4-6 p. M) – Have some nice sprouts with tomatoes and cucumber. G.Dinner (2 hours before sleeping, preferably before 9 p. M) – Paneer & veggies salad with olive oil, Roti or brown rice with Daal. H. Have a glass of warm milk. Weight loss is 80% about what you eat and 20% about exercises. That said, both the things go hand in hand. If you want to lose weight in a more healthy way than be patient and just follow the regimen every day. Slow and steady wins the race.

hello sir. take high fibre diet. take luke warm water before and after meals. take luke warm water with apple cider vinegar with honey. do cycling daily and brisk walk . take coconut water with lemon, veg. soup, veg. juice ,luke warm water with lemon juice, salad,. have small and frequent meals . don't skip your meals and breakfast and exercise .

There is no any fast method to loose your weight. You have to do some modification in your diet & excercise. I am talking about healthy diet not dieting. You can lose your weight upto 5 kg by following a good diet plan & excercise or a healthy diet with right ratio of calories, protein & carb. You have to avoid such type of high gi foods, simple carb like rice, refind flour products, unhealthy food like fried, oily foods, fast & junk food, tea, coffee, sugary products & sugary drinks. You should take a healthy breakfast. If you want to lose your weight please don't skip it because it will help you to boost your metabolism, includes salad with lunch & dinner. Use 6 small meal pattern instead of 3 major meal.

As a diet, you must not take fat related food products, avoid spicy/saltry/sweets/junk/ghee made/fast food, outside food,& carbonated/black drinks.& need to follow taking proteinaceous diet like dal, millets, sprouts, more fruits, 3-4 litres of water. Try to take breakfast more, medium for lunch& less as dinner. Do not take heavy quantity at at a time, try to take small q, often. Try to reduce sugar intake, rice intake, where, you can replace those by jagger/honey/& brown rice or hand pound rice. ** must do exercises followed by diet.

Hi, do regular exercise atleast15 minutes. You should go for brisk walk in the morning. Take one glass lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Take sprouts, fruits and vegetables. Eat salad before meals. Drink more water in a day. Take small and frequent meals. Avoid junk food and oily food. You are weak you should take proper diet you take 5 meals in a day in frequent intervals and don't skip breakfast.

Hello, Losing 15 kgs in 10 days is very unhealthy and also humanly not possible. Please do not even try following a trend, specially with a small infant with you. Crash dieting will also deteroiate milk production. You will have to provide nourishment to your body to lose weight. Refrain excess of junk, fried and oily stuff. Eliminate excess of tea and coffeee consumption from the diet. Walk for atleast 40 mins everyday. Drink lots of fluids and take rest. Sleep for atleast 7 hours in the diet.

Studies show that replacing a grain-based breakfast with eggs can help you eat fewer calories for the next 36 hours, and lose more weight and more body fat . If you can’t eat eggs for some reason, then that’s fine. Any source of quality protein for breakfast should do the trick.
