U have to improve your food habits do 1. Take 2/ 3 glass of warm water in the morning before brush 2. Take more water in day 3. Take meals at fixed hrs, chew food properly/ completely, no eating quickly 4. Take small amount of food at a time, take more frequent meals - may be five times a day. 5. No spicy/ fried/ fast/ junk/processed food. 6. No smoking, chewing gum, and carbonated beverages. 6. No milk for few days, can take curd, no uncooked salad 7. Avoid constipation 8. Use nibu pani (lemon water) 2/ 3 times a day 9. Do not drink/ store water in plastic bottles. 10.relax and walk for 30 mts daily 11. Take enough rest- do not lie down immediately after eating. Take dinner 3 hrs before sleeping. No late nights 11. Keep your weight under control. 13. Avoid tea, coffee, alcohol 15. Reduce physical and mental stress. Maintain healthy life style. Hello ,take high fiber diet. Have small and frequent meals. Don, t skip your meals. Do stretching exercise alternative days. Take Luke warm water before and after meals. Take green leafy veg, plenty of water, plenty of fruits. Take aloe vera juice with Luke warm water.

Hello, No it's not a problem per se. But loss of appetite may be due to multiple reasons. It can be gastric or hepatic or psychological also. If you want to increase your appetite then, you can take syp cyproheptatidine 5 ml twice daily.

Hi, You need to have a balanced diet with less of carbohydrates and fat intake. Increase your protein and fiber with foods like milk, paneer, eggs, chicken, pulses, soybean, chana, sprouts. Also have -3 servings of fruits, vegetables and salad in your daily diet. Don't skip breakfast and have a light and early dinner. Hi Lybrate user weight loss can be acheived if you to need to follow a proper diet and physical activity weight loss tips 1. Avoid much outside food, fried food and junk food. 2.Avoid papad, pickles, Coconut-peanut chutney. 3.Can eat homemade Paneer sabji, sandwich, paratha. 4.Opt for Brown bread, low fat cheese, skimmed milk, roasted food items. 5.Use skimmed milk in food items as much as possible, sprinkle over cooked sabji and add in milk, soups as thickening agent. Reduce the amount of roti to 1 breakfast, 2 lunch n 1 for dinner. 2 should go in for 2 -3 eggs in a day. Include more salads n fruits in diet. 12-15 glasses of water sprouts daily once.
