Start doing regular exercise. You can join a gym or go for Yoga classes. Or go for walks in the park. Do exercise regularly and your stomach will become tight and flat.

Hi Sumit There is very simple and easy to follow diet plan with which you can lose 2-5kg in just 15days. This plan can be done by you easily. For Breakfast you take 150g curd, 30g Lipolyzer powder, 10g milk cream, 25g roasted flax seed, 100g any fruit, mix them all together in a bowl. Lunch – 2 Chapatti made with Nutroactive Brown Atta, 150g cooked vegetables, 150g green salads like cucumber and tomato. Dinner – 200g any cooked vegetable or vegetable soup only. Follow this diet plan exactly as said; you will surely lose few kilos immediately.

Dear Lybrate User, You are not suffering from 'weight gain' You are suffering due to your 'Food Choices' To reduce weight you need to change your food choices. Best is to visit a dietician and take proper guidance on which foods help you and which damage your health. Try to go on a 1500 calories diet per day. Do 60 minutes of daily exercise. Eat simple and eat natural. Give up excess sweets / oily foods. Take health as a challenge and work for improving your health.

Aim for long term weight loss. Aim to be fit and smart and slim..>> Add more Fruits /Salads to your diet. Double your water intake..>> Cut down Sweets/Biscuits/ Colas/Juices from your diet..>> Cut down Puris/Parathas/Pizzas/Burgers/Fried Rice..>> Eat slowly and mindfully. Hello, Losing 15 kgs in 10 days is very unhealthy and also humanly not possible. Please do not even try following a trend, specially with a small infant with you. Crash dieting will also deteroiate milk production. You will have to provide nourishment to your body to lose weight. Refrain excess of junk, fried and oily stuff. Eliminate excess of tea and coffeee consumption from the diet. Walk for atleast 40 mins everyday. Drink lots of fluids and take rest. Sleep for atleast 7 hours in the diet.

There’s no overnight fix when it comes to healthy weight loss, but you can adjust your lifestyle to promote quick, natural weight loss for the benefit of your health and your appearance. Successful, long-term weight management needs to focus on more than the food you eat and the pounds you lose. It needs to focus on your overall health. Reshape your body and your lifestyle by adopting healthy habits and breaking unhealthy ones. Replace all processed foods in your diet with vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low-fat dairy, lean meats, eggs, legumes, nuts, seeds and seafood. Focus on the variety of whole, unprocessed foods you can eat instead of dwelling on the junk food you eliminated from your diet. Eat smaller portions at every meal and avoid going back for seconds. Take a smaller scoop of rice,  half of a piece of chicken instead of a whole piece and one less egg in your morning omelet, for example. Make time for breakfast every morning. Eating breakfast helps prevent overeating and is a habit of people who successfully lose weight. Pack to-go meals instead of eating convenience foods when you’re not home. Store foods like chopped fruits and vegetables or cooked grains, legumes, eggs and meats in your refrigerator so you always have something to grab when you’re in a rush. Buy fresh vegetables and fruits from the grocery store if you forget to bring healthful food from home. When you can’t avoid dining at a restaurant, opt for a salad as a starter, and always ask for the dressing on the side. Clear soups, lean meats, seafood and grain-based dishes like roti, whole grain bread are other good choices. Exercise for 30 to 60 minutes at least three times per week to build muscle and burn more calories. Pilates, strength training, aerobics, swimming, dancing and yoga or a sport like football are ideal choices. If you’re new to exercising, start with brisk walking and jogging. Adopt physically demanding hobbies like bicycling, hiking, jogging, power walking to promote faster weight loss. If you don’t have time for new hobbies, increase your physical activity with things like walking the dog, playing with the kids or jogging instead of driving to a nearby store or taking the stairs instead of the elevator.

Yes walking is best exercise to lose weight. It should be combined with a restricted calorie diet.

Hello, it is natural to get belly fat when you are on complete bed rest. -drink warm water instead of cold. -drink warm water with lemon every morning, -cut your daily calorie intake by 25% in a way that your body does not feel weak.(example, make healthy substitutes for unhealthy snacks or eat steamed rice instead of pulav etc.) -do kapal bhati for ten minutes every evening, it comes under pranayam, is a breathing process that will help you loose belly fat.

To loose weight change food habites Avoid to oil end ghee prepretions fast end junk food habites over eating. Take simple veg food with green vegitabales salad take fiber foods. Do aerobic excersices yoga will help you take Ķeva slim tea boiled for few minuties in morning 3o minuties before lunch end dinner (1/2 spoon in a 1 1/2 cup of water boiled turn into one cup filter than take it) one pack than consult me for further treatment.
