Start with physiotherapy treatment and learn knee exercise. Don't sit on floor. Use knee brace. Take calcium; glucosamine and vitamin d 3 with omega 3 also. Send x ray report for further consultation.

Lemon juice. Lemon juice could possibly be the best remedy for getting rid of dark spots that are caused for any reason. Aloe vera. Aloe has long been known for its healing properties of the skin. Buttermilk dark spot and also for your rough skin. Sugar cubes. Drink lots of water, keep your body hydrated. Avoid hot water bath. For more details kindly consult.

Hi your friend is suffering from scars due to healed chicken pox lesions. These scars can be effectively reduced by fractional co2 laser treatment monthly once or miconeedlling rf. See a dermatologist who can offer these services. Meanwhile use sunscreen daily and use vaniza gel twice daily over the scars.

Take ras manikyw 10 gram gandhak rasayan 10 gm giloy satva 20 gm kaishor gugulu 10 gm mukta sukti 5 gm mix and make 20 divided doses I dose twice a day with milk take 40 ml khadira rist with equal water twice a day clean your face 5 to 6 times a day wih pears soap avoid fat or oily diet drink 5 to 7 ltr water per day use besan as face pack continue for 3 month.

Hi Atul Kumar , you can apply a mixture of milk and banana on your face. 1. Before going to sleep apply a mixture of raw milk and rose water on your skin. 2. Mix baking soda with water and apply on your face when clean. Let it sit for 15 minutes before you wash it off with water. – This is an excellent way for getting lighter skin -1) Apply a mixture of honey and lemon, both only one tablespoon, before sleeping and then rinse with warm water. Ensure a good night's sleep and then wash your face with cool water in the morning. OR YOU CAN 2) Apply mash ripe banana on face and leave for 15 minutes. Use rice water to help lighten your skin faster. For smoother and clear skin- you can make a lemon juice rinse. 1. Squeeze the juice from half a lemon and add the same amount of water. ... 2. Dip a cotton ball in the mixture and apply it to your face, neck, chest, arms, and anywhere else you want your skin to be lighter. 3. Let the rinse sit on your skin for 20 minutes, then rinse it off with warm water.

Hi your height can grow till 25 year take following remedies 1. Flax seed powder 1 tsp after lunch and dinner with warm water 2. Lakshadi guggul 2 tab twice a day 3. Ashwgandha churna 1 tsp with milk at 6.30 pm exercise 1. Swimming 2. Skiping 3. Pull-ups 4. Suryanamaskar.

Dear Lybrateuser, - Take some dietary precaution along with medication to reduce bloating: - avoid gas forming foods such as vegetables like cabbage, cauliflower, onion, garlic, radish, also beans & lentils, restrict milk & milk products, avoid colas, alcohol & smoking if you do, also restrict tea, coffee intake to 1-2 cups per day - chew your food well, have small & frequent meals (4-5 including snacks) for proper digestion, take a walk for 5-10 min after meals, do not lye down for about an hour after meals, have a light, non fat containing dinner at least 2-3 hrs before bedtime - have plenty of oral fluids including 7-8 glasses of water for proper digestion & hydration - do regular exercise like walking jogging, yoga for smooth bowel movement - reduce weight if overweight - continue with your medication till symptoms reduce.

Exercises To Boost Brain Cells!

The brain is not a stagnant realm fed with a granted quota of intelligence and memory at birth. It is always in a state of flux. Exercising your brain in various ways accelerates its ability to perform better. It is in your hands to have a sharper take on situations and occurrences. Playing games that require brainstorming, solving quizzes, crosswords or playing chess makes you feel rejuvenated and tired at the same time; the reason being activated brain cells. A healthy brain will affect your life decisions positively and you probably will think rightly before you leap.

Tips to exercise those brain cells:

1. Meditate and calm your mind: Ten minutes of meditation each day can help you get over anxiety. When your mind is at peace you think out pros and cons with enhanced insight. This composure reflects in each of your actions. Meditation demands your brain to be quiet when it is accustomed to work; you therefore have greater control over it.
     
2. Music can improve your brain abilities: Music is the best antidote for a sloppy brain. Music excites the neurons healing a bruised memory. It gifts you with clarity of thought. Apart from listening to music one must try to play a musical instrument. Teaching yourself things puts your mind through a strict regimen of constructive activities.
   
3. Take out time to learn a new language: We are paralyzed the minute our brain gives up. Due to several external and internal reasons each one of us is likely to suffer from cognitive disorders on being subjected to extreme pressure or shock. Trying to learn a new language motivate your brain cells to have a wider vocabulary, which further restricts your chances of brain damage.   

4. Mental mathematics could better your intelligence: Calculators, computers and phones are ridding us of our ability to compute individual data. Computation and consolidation of data helps your mind to work faster with precision. So, you now know those lessons on mental mathematics in childhood were actually the key to a well-rounded brain. 

5. Think of something novel: The more the number of neurons the merrier is your brain. Take pains to direct your mind on a novel track. Thinking beyond what is given and expected helps your brain grow new neurons. Hello, I am a female and I am 28 years old. Since last four years, I am experiencing frequent urination and a burning sensation with urine. Even I have the urge to urinate after few time when I come out of the washroom, though very few drops of urine come out when I go but the burning sensation occurs. Nowadays I am also feeling thirsty every time though I drink enough water and as soon as I drink something, I feel the frequent urge to urinate. I have also done checkup for diabetes but the result was nil. May I know what is the problem I am suffering from and what kind of treatment do I require for permanent cure?

For your age excessive Urination could be due to 1.Drinking lot of water/ excess tea/ coffee/alcohol 2.Urinary Tract/bladder infection 3. Bladder stone causing a blockage in ureter/bladder, stone in urinary tract, cystitis, interstitial nephritis 5.Diabetes mellitus/Diabetes inspidus, Hypertension, 6. Stress/Anxiety/nervousness, 7.Do urine Re/Me, Blood sugar testing, Take USG KUB, and consult urologist for advice.
