Hello try to modify your schedule. Start your day with morning walk and exercise. This will help you to feel fresh. Take good healthy diet. Form a study time table. You can take help of study organizers. You can write number of chapters to be learnin one column and then make adjacent column naming them learn, then revised 1, then revised 2. Whenever you finished learning 1 chapter put a tick. When you are finished with revision 1 put another tick. This will help you to get an idea about your preparation and will increase your confidence. Goal setting can also be another technique, you can set goals like need to complete 1chapter within 1 hour. Tell yourself that you will not leave your preparation between. After achievement of your goal reinforce yourself by engaging into likeable activity. All the best. Hi to increase weight you should improve your digestive system...by digesting your indigested food with the help of remedy and medicines will ultimately increase your appetite and digestive system...take chitrakadi vati after meal...Take ashwagandha churna with water twice a day..Take banana milk shake... Drink lots of milk and eat lots of milk products.. Like butter...ghee... .

1.Check your Hemoglobin, Bp. 2. Avoid stress, anxiety,severe physical and mental exertion 3. Take adequate rest and sleep for 7-8 hours daily to remain healthy 4. Have good nourishing diet, plenty of green leafy vegetables, fruits etc 5.Drink plenty of water(8-10 glass daily) 6. Take one capsule of Revital daily after breakfast 7.. consult doctor for further advice

Hello Mr. Lybrate-user, in the age of 15, mostly boys and girls tend to get oily skin due to hormones activation. But do not worry this is natural process and with ayurveda we can control this problem. Do as mentioned below: 1. Drink at least 3 to 4 liters of water daily. 2. Avoid oily and spicy food. 3. Apply once a day paste of sandalwood powder 1 teaspoonful, besan 2 teaspoonful and rose water/aloevera gel sufficient quantity to make paste. 4. Use any neem & aloevera face wash two times a day.

For weight gain proper nutrition is a must. 1) you can start including more milk, cow ghee, fruits & vegetables in your diet. 2) stop eating junk & processed food. 3) make a habit of consuming one well ripen banana with a cup of warm milk with a tsp of ghee. 4) eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk over night. 5) boost up your apettite by working out daily for atleast 30 mins. If you want ayurvedic medicine for weight gain, then consult me privately. There is a very good ayurvedic medicine for weight gain, that increases 3 to 8 kg weight in the 1st month itself, without any side effects. The main part is weight does not come down after stopping, as it is completely ayurvedic.

Take protein rich food, you can include protein powder in your diet it gives you stamina and use knee caps for support while activities.

Beleive me your body does not work like that.
Try thinking in reverse-:
Someone who eats chips most days, does not lose 2 kgs by eating healthy one day.
Someone who sits on the couch most days, does not lose 2 kgs from going to the gym one day.
Its about your lifestyle. Not about a single moment.

Your periods are reduced from 4 to 1 day. I advise you to take proper balanced vegetarian diet. Take fruits and vegetables in daily diet. Take lots of water daily to detoxify body. Do meditation for mental strength daily. Avoid non veg and eggs. Keep your weight normal as compared to your height. These will help you in your period problem.
