Neck is always after sleeping some sort of muscle problem. It take 1-2 hours to normal. What should we do? It generally occur in winter season.

MD - Forensic Medicine/Forensic Medicine & Toxicology
General Physician, Pondicherry
If it's restricted to neck only then may be due to some risky habit like the pillow/bed cushion, type of sofa used while watching tv for long duration, height of tv from seating level. If any of these factors are there try to avoid these it will be solved. Better use a matte over hard floor for sleeping during night, at least for a month.

You are spoiling your son's life. This relation never allow such bad sex habits. There is no position to avoid pregnancy. What do you mean by safe. Always use nirodh and hygenic conditions.

Hello and welcome to lybrate. Your symptoms suggest, you could have a prostate gland enlargement or a urinary infection. The blood report shows a high level of your bad cholesterol, like triglycerides and ldl. Your good cholesterol should be above 45-55. Kidney function is normal. You need to get your blood sugar, urine routine and culture, psa, and a ultrasound scan of abdomen. Also, a urologist should examine you and the prostate gland and will advise further treatment after seeing the reports.

Hi lybrate-user. Welcome to lybrate. The cyst you have mentioned is pretty big and it seems to be an endometrioma. These cysts not only disturb menses and cause pain but also result in infertility. I suggest you get it surgically removed by a good gynaecologist in your area. I'm sure you will conceive soon after. Hope this information has been helpful. All the best. Let me know if I can be of any further assistance to you.

Men who masturbate too many times in a day, watch porn or think about sex way too much are prone to this problem. We understand that it is very discomforting and so, we have come up with some solutions for you. Excessive masturbation is very bad for health. A curved penis is not that unusual. But, it can make sex difficult. Or, even impossible. However, it is easy to fix with homoeopathic treatment, without any need for surgery, 99% of the time. The fact is: more than 50% of men have a curvature in their erection. So, you are not alone. Consult for homoepathic treatment.

What are the symptoms of dengue and precautions should be made to protect ourselves from dengue.

AUTLS, CCEDM, MD - Internal Medicine, MBBS
General Physician, Faridabad
What are the symptoms of dengue and precautions should be made to protect ourselves from dengue.
The principal symptoms of dengue are: High fever and at least two of the following: Severe headache Severe eye pain (behind eyes) Joint pain Muscle and/or bone pain Rash Mild bleeding manifestation (e. G, nose or gum bleed, petechiae, or easy bruising) Watch for warning signs as temperature declines 3 to 5 days after symptoms/fever began, as this is the most dangerous period when platelet counts decline significantly. Report immediately to hospital if any of the following warning signs appear: Severe abdominal pain or persistent vomiting Red spots or patches on the skin Bleeding from nose or gums Vomiting blood Black, tarry stools (feces, excrement) Drowsiness or irritability Pale, cold, or clammy skin Difficulty breathing There is no specific medication for treatment of a dengue infection. Persons who think they have dengue should use analgesics (pain relievers) with acetaminophen (crocin or dolo -650 mg) and avoid those containing ibuprofen, naproxen, aspirin or aspirin containing drugs. They should also rest, drink plenty of fluids like coconut water, lime water etc. To prevent dehydration. Preventing dengue fever: the best way to prevent the disease is to prevent bites by infected mosquitoes. To protect yourself: Avoid visiting heavily populated residential areas, if possible. Use mosquito repellents, even indoors. When outdoors, wear long-sleeved shirts and long pants tucked into socks. Make sure window and door screens are secure and free of holes. If sleeping areas are not screened or air conditioned, use mosquito nets.

I am 20 year old. I am suffering from heart beat problem. It increase suddenly. What reason behind it.
The problem is known as tachyarrythmia. It can be dangerous. First you need to identify the type of tachyarrythmia. Get a holter monitoring or elr (extended holter) done. Usually it is identified by them. If not then you may require a mini eps study to know the cause. The treatment depends upon the diagnosis. Consult with your physician /cardiologist.
